The closed cooling tower is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the circulating water tank, the water inlet of the closed cooling tower is communicated with the water outlet of the circulating water tank, which is positioned below the alkaline circulating water level and used for guiding out alkaline circulating water, the water outlet of the closed cooling tower is communicated with the cooling water inlet of the circulating water tank, which is positioned above the alkaline circulating water level and used for guiding in cooling water, through the pipeline, and the water outlet of the circulating water tank, which is positioned above the alkaline circulating water level and used for guiding out alkaline circulating water, is provided with valves;
