Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of wastewater treatment, and particularly relates to a treatment process of kinds of garlic processing wastewater.
Background
At present, products processed from garlic mainly comprise garlic rice, garlic slices, garlic powder and the like, and a large amount of waste water is generated due to the fact that washing is needed in the processing process, and the waste water contains a large amount of organic pollutants, suspended matters, ammonia nitrogen and other substances; meanwhile, the garlic flakes are required to be sliced in the processing process, so that the garlic flake cleaning wastewater contains colloidal juice, namely allicin, which flows out of the garlic flakes. The strong sterilization effect of the allicin makes the wastewater treated by biochemical treatment difficult to reach the standard and discharge, so that the pretreatment is needed before the garlic water enters the biochemical treatment, namely, most of the allicin in the wastewater is removed by the method.
At present, the pretreatment of garlic wastewater is usually carried out by physicochemical methods, mainly comprising micro-electrolysis, chemical agent oxidation, coagulating sedimentation, coagulating air floatation and the like, although the methods can effectively treat most allicin, no cases require adding aluminum and iron chemicals into the wastewater, secondary pollution can be generated, the content of inorganic salts in water is increased, and the generated chemical sludge cannot be used as agricultural fertilizer or greening fertilizer, and is difficult to treat and dispose.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides kinds of garlic processing wastewater treatment processes, which comprise a pretreatment process and a biological treatment process, wherein the garlic processing wastewater is divided according to the mass in the pretreatment process, the wastewater which is discharged in the garlic slice cleaning process and is rich in allicin is separately collected, other garlic processing wastewater is combined and collected, pure physical methods such as mechanical screening, gravity precipitation and the like are respectively carried out for treatment, and finally, various kinds of pretreated wastewater are mixed in to carry out the biological treatment process so as to remove organic pollutants in the wastewater;
the pretreatment process in the application can effectively remove settleable matters and floating matters such as silt, allicin, garlic skin, garlic residues and the like in the wastewater, and the garlic flake cleaning wastewater with high allicin content is independently precipitated due to the adoption of a mass-division treatment mode, so that the removal rate of the allicin is higher than that of pretreatment after various types of processing wastewater is mixed.

step 15: collecting the supernatant in the two sedimentation tanks into an adjusting tank to wait for a biological treatment process.
Preferably, in the step 12, before the garlic flake cleaning wastewater enters the water collecting tank, the garlic flakes are recovered by the garlic flake recovery bag.
