Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical supplies, in particular to a hand fixing and placing device for measuring the bone age of children by transmitting X-rays.
Background
The growth and development of a human can be expressed in terms of two "ages," namely, the age of life (calendar age) and the age of the organism (bone age).
The change of human skeletal development is basically similar, and the development process of each bone is continuous and staged. Bones in different stages have different morphological characteristics.
Therefore, the bone age assessment can accurately reflect the growth development level and the maturity of the individual. The method not only can determine the biological age of the children, but also can know the growth and development potential and the sexual maturity trend of the children as soon as possible through the bone age, also can predict the adult height of the children through the bone age, and the determination of the bone age also has great help for diagnosing some pediatric endocrine diseases. Bone age was first applied to medically study and measure the growth and development of children, and then subsequently applied extensively to determine the actual age of athletes to determine race eligibility. The bone age identification method is more widely applied to the judicial case judgment process and plays an important role.
In the prior art, for bone age measurement, it is usually necessary to determine the bone by means of a specific image of the bone in an X-ray image. Specifically, taking an X-ray film of the left palm of the child is generally used as a unified standard, and doctors observe the development degree of ossification centers of palms and phalanges of the children through the X-ray film to determine the bone age.
During specific measurement, the fingers of the children are required to be separated so as to avoid that the fingers of the children are close to or crossed with each other to avoid that adjacent phalanges in a shot X-ray image are close to or crossed with each other to cause difficulty in observing and confirming the details of the fingers. However, children, especially infants, are naturally active, so that the fingers of the children are difficult to control in the bone age measurement process, and medical staff can only shoot the palms and the fingers of the children by X-rays at the moment when the fingers of the children are opened, so that the shooting time is long in many times, and the shooting is time-consuming and labor-consuming.
In the prior art, no hand fixing device for measuring bone age is suitable for children of different ages to separate fingers of the children, so that the problems need to be solved.
