Abstract
一种厨房空调系统,包括空气调节组件和吸油烟机,空气调节组件包括压缩机、蒸发器和冷凝器,压缩机、蒸发器和冷凝器之间通过冷媒管路相连通,吸油烟机包括机壳和设于机壳内的风机,其特征在于:在风机内部安装有散热器,冷凝器与散热器之间通过载冷通道相连通,在载冷通道上安装有能驱动载冷剂在载冷通道内流动的驱动泵。该厨房空调系统的散热器与空气调剂组件的冷凝器之间通过载冷通道相连通,并通过驱动源可以驱动载冷剂在载冷通道内循环流动,从而将冷凝器产生的热量被热交换至风机的叶轮上,使得叶轮表面的温度升高,叶轮表面的油污被加热至碳化或者由于高温流动而被甩掉,从而实现叶轮的自清洁,且叶轮清洁时不需要水,较为节能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨房空调系统。
背景技术
厨房是人们进行烹饪的主要场所,厨房空气环境的好坏直接影响着烹饪者的心情,特别是在炎热的夏天,厨房闷热的环境给烹饪者带来很大的不适感,为此,人们发明了各种厨房空调,以对厨房空气进行降温。由于厨房空间有限,厨房空调的体积不能过大,因此,厨房空调的散热存在较大问题,厨房空调使用过程中若不能及时散热,则会大大降低空调的能效。然而,现有的厨房空调与吸油烟机相互独立工作,两者无法联动,厨房空调产生的热量无法通过吸油烟机的风机向室外排出。
对于吸油烟机而言,吸油烟机在长久使用后,风机叶轮上回沾上油污,为了不影响吸油烟机的吸油烟效果,需要对风机叶轮进行清洗。目前,在清洗叶轮时,一般都先将风机叶轮从吸油烟机上拆卸下来,然后手动进行清洗,不仅费时费力,而且清洗效果不佳,若清洗不当,甚至在清洗过程中还容易产生叶轮变形、掉漆现象,进而影响叶轮的动平衡。
为了克服手动清洗叶轮的上述缺陷,人们发明了各种能自动清洗的叶轮清洗装置,如申请号为201010552706.0(授权公告号为CN 102072207A)的中国发明专利申请所公开的《一种风机叶轮清洗装置》,该风机叶轮清洗装置包括风机本体、清洗器、水管、水箱和水泵,其中清洗器成圆弧形,设置在风机本体的内壁上,水管一端连接清洗器,另一端连接水箱,水箱布置在风机本体的底座上,水箱内布置水泵。该发明利用安装在风机内壁的清洗装置对风机内进行清洗,风机叶轮旋转时,清洗装置对风机叶轮进行清洗,通过叶轮旋转的惯性,对风机内部清洗,去除风机内的杂物及灰尘。又如专利号为ZL 95210148.3(授权公告号为CN 2301269 Y)的中国实用新型专利所公开的《风机叶轮清洗装置》,该风机叶轮清洗装置由清洗液箱、清洗液循环泵、清洗器和各种连接管路和控制阀组成,其中,清洗器体内设有内套,在内套周壁安装数个喷嘴,在清洗器的圆周壁也安装数个喷嘴,清洗时,将需清洗的叶轮放入清洗器内,打开控制阀,启动清洗剂循环泵向清洗器内输送清洗剂,并根据需要调节相关控制阀的开度,使清洗剂有力地冲刷叶轮内外表面的泥垢,泥垢脱离后,完成叶轮清洗工序。
上述现有的叶轮清洗装置通过另外设置专门的清洗装置对叶轮进行自动清洗,虽然清洗效果较高,但成本较高。并且,现有的叶轮清洗装置均没有考虑如何通过空调与吸油烟机的联动来对叶轮进行清洗。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状,提供一种能够通过空调对吸油烟机的风机叶轮进行自清洁的厨房空调系统。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该厨房空调系统,包括空气调节组件和吸油烟机,所述空气调节组件包括压缩机、蒸发器和冷凝器,所述压缩机、蒸发器和冷凝器之间通过冷媒管路相连通,所述吸油烟机包括机壳和设于机壳内的风机,其特征在于:在所述风机内部安装有散热器,所述冷凝器与散热器之间通过载冷通道相连通,在所述载冷通道上安装有能驱动载冷剂在载冷通道内流动的驱动泵。
所述的载冷剂为水,相应地,所述的驱动泵为水泵。
优选地,所述风机包括电机、叶轮底盘和叶轮,所述叶轮底盘安装在电机的输出轴上,所述叶轮安装在叶轮底盘上,所述散热器和电机分别设于所述叶轮底盘的两侧。
为了确保叶轮自由转动而不被冷凝器表面干涉,并能把来自冷凝器的热量传递至叶轮底盘和叶片上进行散热,所述冷凝器与叶轮底盘之间留有间隙。
优选地,所述间隙大小为0.01~10mm。
作为一种优选方案,在所述风机内部安装有电磁感应线圈,所述电磁感应线圈靠近所述叶轮,且在电磁感应线圈通电的状态下,所述叶轮能产生涡流而发热。这样,当线圈通电时,整个叶轮会产生无数涡流而发热,当叶轮处于旋转状态时,由于加热和离心力的双重作用,叶轮表面的油污被加热至碳化或者由于高温而流动后被甩掉,从而实现叶轮的自清洁。
为了使空气调节组件具有新风功能,所述空气调节组件具有相互连通的新风进口和新风出口,所述新风出口与厨房室内空间相连通。
进一步优选,所述新风出口包括第一新风出口和第二新风出口,所述第一新风出口为所述蒸发器的出风口。这样,通过第一新风出口可以为厨房提供冷风,通过第二新风出口可以为厨房补充空气,以弥补风量损失,保持厨房空气量平衡。
空气调节组件可以安装在多个位置,优选地,所述空气调节组件安装在厨房吊顶的上方,所述第一新风出口和第二新风出口均设于所述厨房吊顶上。
为了使从新风出口流出的空气更为洁净,在所述新风进口与新风出口之间的风道内安装有净化器。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:该厨房空调系统在吸油烟机的风机内部安装有散热器,该散热器与空气调剂组件的冷凝器之间通过载冷通道相连通,并通过驱动源可以驱动载冷剂在载冷通道内循环流动,从而将冷凝器产生的热量被热交换至风机的叶轮上,使得叶轮表面的温度升高,叶轮表面的油污被加热至碳化或者由于高温流动而被甩掉,从而实现叶轮的自清洁,且叶轮清洁时不需要水,较为节能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,本实施例中的厨房空调系统包括空气调节组件1和吸油烟机2。空气调节组件1包括压缩机11、蒸发器12和冷凝器13,压缩机11、蒸发器12和冷凝器13之间通过冷媒管路14相连通,空气调节组件1的工作原理与现有空调相同,在此不展开描述。吸油烟机2包括机壳21和设于机壳内的风机22,在风机22内部安装有散热器3,冷凝器13与散热器3之间通过载冷通道4相连通,在载冷通道4上安装有能驱动载冷剂在载冷通道4内流动的驱动泵。本实施例中,载冷剂为水,相应地,驱动泵为水泵5。除了采用水之外,还可以采用乙二醇、丙三醇等其他载冷剂。
风机22包括电机221、叶轮底盘222叶轮223,叶轮底盘222安装在电机221的输出轴上,叶轮223安装在叶轮底盘222上,散热器3和电机221别设于叶轮底盘222的两侧。并且,散热器3与叶轮底盘222之间留有间隙。该间隙大小为0.01~10mm,设置该间隙后,可以确保叶轮223自由转动而不被散热器3表面干涉,同时,能将散热器3的热量传递至叶轮底盘222和叶轮223上,进行散热。
系统工作时,来自冷凝器13的热量由载冷通道4进入散热器3,散热器3的热量通过空气间隙传递给离心风机的叶轮底盘222和叶轮223,使叶轮表面的温度升高,叶轮表面的油污被加热至碳化或者由于高温流动而被甩掉,在离心和高温的双重作用下,实现叶轮的自清洁,叶轮清洁过程中不需要费水,利于节约水资源。同时,散热器3的热量由叶轮223扩散到吸油烟机的气流中。
另外,空气调节组件1具有相互连通的新风进口15和新风出口,新风出口与厨房室内空间相连通。为了使补充至厨房内部的空气更为清洁,在新风进口15与新风出口之间的风道内安装有净化器8。本实施例中,空气调节组件1安装在厨房吊顶7的上方,,新风出口具体包括第一新风出口16和第二新风出口17并均设于厨房吊顶7上,其中,第一新风出口16为蒸发器12的出风口。
实施例二:
如图2所示,本实施例的厨房空调系统在风机22内部安装有电磁感应线圈6,电磁感应线圈6靠近叶轮223,且在电磁感应线圈6通电的状态下,叶轮223能产生涡流而发热。当电磁感应线圈6通电时,整个叶轮223会产生无数涡流而发热,当叶轮223处于旋转状态时,由于加热和离心力的双重作用,叶轮223表面的油污被加热至碳化或者由于高温流动被甩掉。该叶轮加热装置的优势在于叶轮的清洁不需要费水,加热装置不影响叶轮排烟,可以随时启停。本实施例的其余结构与实施例一相同,在此不再展开描述。

1.一种厨房空调系统,包括空气调节组件(1)和吸油烟机(2),所述空气调节组件(1)包括压缩机(11)、蒸发器(12)和冷凝器(13),所述压缩机(11)、蒸发器(12)和冷凝器(13)之间通过冷媒管路(14)相连通,所述吸油烟机(2)包括机壳(21)和设于机壳内的风机(22),其特征在于:在所述风机(22)内部安装有散热器(3),所述冷凝器(13)与散热器(3)之间通过载冷通道(4)相连通,在所述载冷通道(4)上安装有能驱动载冷剂在载冷通道内流动的驱动泵,所述风机(22)包括电机(221)、叶轮底盘(222)和叶轮(223),所述叶轮底盘(222)安装在电机(221)的输出轴上,所述叶轮(223)安装在叶轮底盘(222)上,所述散热器(3)和电机(221)分别设于所述叶轮底盘(222)的两侧。
