7) covering a fibroin layer: and (3) soaking the semi-finished antibacterial and antistatic fabric subjected to enzyme washing in the step 6) in a silk fibroin aqueous solution after low-temperature plasma treatment, soaking for 5-6 hours to enable silk fibroin to be adsorbed on the surface of the fabric to form a silk fibroin covering layer, and then taking out, cleaning and drying to obtain a finished antibacterial and antistatic fabric.

1. An antibacterial and antistatic fabric is characterized in that: the blended yarn is mainly obtained by blending the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
45 percent of bamboo fiber,
12 percent of cotton fiber,
12 percent of modified cotton fiber,
18 percent of chitin fiber,
10 percent of flax fiber,
2.5 percent of aloe fiber,
0.5 percent of nano silver antibacterial fiber.
2. A bacteriostatic antistatic fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that: the antibacterial and antistatic fabric is a knitted fabric obtained by interweaving antibacterial yarns and antistatic yarns in a knitting mode after the antibacterial yarns and the antistatic yarns are doubled.
3. A bacteriostatic antistatic fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that: the antibacterial and antistatic fabric is a woven fabric formed by interweaving antibacterial yarns and antistatic yarns with warps and wefts.

A bacteriostatic antistatic fabric according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that: the antibacterial yarn is formed by blending bamboo fibers, cotton fibers, flax fibers, aloe fibers and nano-silver antibacterial fibers; the antistatic yarn is formed by blending bamboo fibers, modified cotton fibers and chitin fibers; the weight ratio of the bamboo fibers in the antibacterial yarns to the bamboo fibers in the antistatic yarns is 5: 4.
5. A bacteriostatic antistatic fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that: the fabric is also covered with a silk fibroin covering layer.
6. A preparation method of an antibacterial and antistatic fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
1) preparing materials: preparing raw materials for preparing the antibacterial and antistatic fabric according to the weight ratio for later use; the method comprises the following steps: 45% of bamboo fiber, 24% of cotton fiber, 18% of chitin fiber, 10% of flax fiber, 2.5% of aloe fiber and 0.5% of nano-silver antibacterial fiber; wherein the bamboo fiber is divided into two parts by weight of 5:4, and the cotton fiber is divided into two parts;
2) modification of cotton fibers: soaking one part of the cotton fiber prepared in the step 1) in a 0.5% chitosan solution, carrying out oscillation treatment at 65 +/-5 ℃ for 2-3 h, then putting the cotton fiber into a drying oven to dry at 60 ℃, and then washing and drying the cotton fiber to obtain modified cotton fiber;
3) preparing antibacterial yarns: blending the bamboo fibers, the unmodified cotton fibers, the flax fibers, the aloe fibers and the nano-silver antibacterial fibers prepared in the step 1) to obtain antibacterial yarns;
4) preparing antistatic yarns: blending the small parts of bamboo fibers prepared in the step 1), the modified cotton fibers modified in the step 2) and the chitin fibers to obtain antistatic yarns;
5) interweaving: stranding the antibacterial yarns prepared in the step 3) and the antistatic yarns prepared in the step 4) at a ratio of 1:1 to prepare antibacterial antistatic yarns, and then interweaving the antibacterial antistatic yarns into antibacterial antistatic knitted fabric in a knitting mode; or directly using one of the bacteriostatic yarns prepared in the step 3) and the antistatic yarns prepared in the step 4) as warp yarns and the other as weft yarns, and interweaving the warp yarns and the weft yarns into bacteriostatic and antistatic woven fabric by a weaving method;
6) enzyme washing: soaking the bacteriostatic and antistatic knitted fabric or the bacteriostatic and antistatic woven fabric interwoven in the step 5) in a compound enzyme solution for enzyme washing to obtain a bacteriostatic and antistatic fabric semi-finished product;
7) covering a fibroin layer: and (3) soaking the semi-finished antibacterial and antistatic fabric subjected to enzyme washing in the step 6) in a silk fibroin aqueous solution after low-temperature plasma treatment, soaking for 5-6 hours to enable silk fibroin to be adsorbed on the surface of the fabric to form a silk fibroin covering layer, and then taking out, cleaning and drying to obtain a finished antibacterial and antistatic fabric.
7. A preparation method of a bacteriostatic antistatic fabric according to claim 6, which is characterized in that: the enzyme washing conditions in the step 6) are as follows: the amount of the complex enzyme in the complex enzyme solution is 1 percent of the weight of the fabric, the pH value of the enzyme washing solution is 5.4, the enzyme washing temperature is 45 ℃, and the enzyme washing time is 60 minutes; after enzyme washing, raising the temperature of the solution to 90 ℃, and preserving the temperature for 10 minutes to inactivate the enzyme; and rinsing, neutralizing and cooling to obtain the semi-finished antibacterial and antistatic fabric.
8. A preparation method of a bacteriostatic antistatic fabric according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that: the compound enzyme comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25 parts of cellulase, 6 parts of amylase, 2 parts of protease and 1 part of pectinase.
9. A preparation method of a bacteriostatic antistatic fabric according to claim 6, which is characterized in that: the power of the low-temperature plasma treatment in the step 7) is 250W, the introduced gas is oxygen, and the treatment time is 45 s.
