The ureteroscope of the invention is divided into a long lens and a short lens, and the length of the long lens of the ureteroscope is 400 mm-680 mm; and the length of the short lens of the ureteral endoscope is 330 mm-460 mm. The spring tube 11 of the main hose 1 is a left-handed spring tube or a right-handed spring tube, the outer surface of the medical polyurethane coating 13 is provided with a length marking line and a length marking size, and the medical transparent polyurethane film 14 is used for protecting the imprinting coating.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, for convenience, the front seat 23 includes a spring fixing ring connection section 231 and a front connection section 232, which are integrated with each other, the front connection section 232 is fixedly connected with the front connection section of the main hose 1 through soldering tin, and the outer periphery of the front connection section 232 is provided with a medical transparent polyurethane film 14, and the spring fixing ring 21 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the spring fixing ring connection section 231 and is fixedly connected with the same through soldering tin.
As shown in fig. 4, in order to facilitate assembly of the components of the contents such as the pipe pliers, the inner hole of the spring retainer 21 has a fitting mounting passage 212. For example, the fitting mounting passage 212 of the spring retainer 21 is a mounting passage for inserting a clamp pipe, a camera cable, a light guide, a gas pipe, and the like.
As shown in fig. 5, in order to make the structure of the present invention more reasonable, the main hose is conveniently connected with the operating system through the rear socket 31, the rear socket 31 has a main hose connecting portion 312 and an operating system connecting portion 313 which are integrated with each other, the main hose connecting portion 312 is fixedly connected with the rear connecting portion of the main hose 1, and the periphery of the operating system connecting portion 313 is provided with a fastening nut 32 and an axial positioning groove 311.
As shown in fig. 5, in order to facilitate the installation of the seal ring, a seal ring installation groove 314 is provided on the outer peripheral wall of the operating system connection portion 313, the seal ring installation groove 314 is located outside the positioning groove 311, and a seal ring 33 is provided in the seal ring installation groove 314. In order to enable the medical endoscope and the operation part connecting tube of the operation system to form a sealing connection structure, the medical endoscope can effectively prevent internal bacteria from overflowing after the medical endoscope is sterilized, and cross infection is prevented.
As shown in fig. 5, the taper hole has the advantages that: when the traction spring tube is fixed with the operation part of the rear part, the spring tube is convenient to connect with the related structure of the operation part after a small angle is needed to be outwards, so the traction spring tube is designed into a conical hole. The advantage of the stepped hole design is that when the woven mesh tube at one end of the hose assembly is connected and assembled with the hole of the stepped hole, the woven mesh tube can be connected by soldering or structural adhesive bonding, the operating system connecting portion 313 has a taper hole 3131 and a stepped hole 3132 which are coaxially arranged, and the stepped hole 3132 is located at the inner side of the taper hole 3131.
As shown in fig. 2, for convenience, the spring fixing ring is connected with the front seat, so that the structure is more reasonable, the spring fixing ring 21 comprises a traction spring fixing section 213 and a front seat connecting section 214 which are integrated with each other and have a coaxial line, two spring mounting grooves 211 which are separately arranged are arranged on the inner wall of the traction spring fixing section 213 and along the axial direction of the traction spring fixing section, the front seat connecting section 214 is sleeved on the periphery of the spring fixing ring connecting section 231 of the front seat 23, and the periphery of the front seat connecting section 214 is provided with a medical transparent polyurethane film 14.
In order to facilitate the welding of the spring fixing ring and the front connecting part of the front seat and the main hose into a whole, the traction spring fixing ring 22 and the front seat 23 are provided with front soldering tin filling holes, and the traction spring fixing ring 22, the front seat 23 and the front connecting part of the main hose 1 are welded into a whole through soldering tin; in order to facilitate the welding of the rear seat and the front connecting part of the main hose, the rear seat 31 is provided with a rear soldering tin injection hole, and the rear seat 31 is welded with the rear connecting part of the main hose 1 into a whole through soldering tin. And in the specific welding process, soldering tin is injected into the forward soldering tin injection hole and the rear soldering tin injection hole, so that the rapid positioning welding is convenient.
As shown in fig. 8, the end of the rear seat of the insertion tube assembly is threaded through the operation portion connecting cylinder hole leftward, and is screwed onto the end surface of the operation portion connecting cylinder 4 with a fastening nut. In order to ensure that the insertion tube assembly does not rotate, the invention also provides for the use of standard small screw holes in the operating portion connecting barrel 4 for the installation of tapered end set screws 5. The position of the operation portion connecting tube 4 where the standard small screw hole is designed is a position on the operation portion, i.e., on the upright center line of the endoscope (instrument). The cone end set screw 5 is screwed into the positioning groove of the rear seat 31.
The invention is divided into three sections with different hardness, and the following main hoses of ureteroscope of specific example 1, example 2 and example 3 can be obtained according to table 1:

The invention has the advantages that: the operation part connecting cylinder of the operation assembly is connected with the rear seat, the radial screw on the operation part connecting cylinder is firstly rotated to be screwed into the positioning groove on the rear seat, and then the fastening nut is screwed, so that the operation part connecting cylinder and the rear seat are tightly fixed into a whole, loosening of the joint of the rear seat and the operation part connecting cylinder can be effectively prevented, the operation part connecting cylinder cannot rotate left and right, the connection reliability of the operation part connecting cylinder and the rear seat is ensured, the deflection of the bending assembly in the bending process is further realized, the accuracy of inserting a colonoscope is improved, and the pain of a testee is reduced;
The rear connecting seat is in sealing connection with the operation part connecting cylinder of the operation system through the sealing ring, so that the rear connecting part of the insertion tube assembly is also in a sealing structure, and can be completely soaked in sterilizing liquid for sterilization and disinfection;
According to the invention, 2 traction spring tubes are adopted, 2 spring tubes are reduced, on one hand, the space of the inner diameter of an insertion tube is mainly increased, and the assembly of content parts such as a clamp tube is facilitated, on the other hand, the bending parts connected with the traction spring assembly can only bend angles in two directions, for example, after the device of the traction spring tube assembly is adopted, the upper bending angle of the ureteral endoscope can be bent to 220 degrees and the lower bending angle of 100 degrees through a steel wire rope (the steel wire rope is a part for pulling the bending part at the front end of an endoscope) in the traction spring tube, diseases in urinary systems such as a bladder can be observed and diagnosed in a larger range through the bending angle at the front end, and the two traction springs are respectively welded in spring mounting grooves corresponding to the spring fixing rings, so that the welding is convenient, time and labor are saved, the assembly efficiency is improved, and the positioning welding of the springs can be ensured, the inclination of the springs after the welding can be avoided, and the welding quality and the reliability are ensured;
The main hose is designed into three insertion sections with different soft and hard degrees, so that the hardness requirement of the insertion tube is met, the soft performance of the insertion tube is better, the insertion performance of the insertion tube into a human body is better in clinical use, meanwhile, the pain of a tested person is further relieved, when the front face touches the inner cavity surface of the bladder, even if the touching force is not large, the camera at the front end of the insertion tube is naturally bent along with the 1 st section of the insertion tube, and the inner cavity in the urinary system such as the bladder is not broken.
