Specifically, the material can be cut tobacco, a mixture of cut tobacco and other substances, or a prepared cigarette. When the material is tobacco, a user can fill the tobacco into the accommodating cavity 12, and when the material is a cigarette, the cigarette can be inserted into the accommodating cavity 12 and abutted with the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 12. When the phase-change heat storage device is used, a user turns on the power supply 5, the power supply 5 supplies power to the heating piece 37, and the heating piece 37 heats the phase-change heat storage piece 33, so that the phase change heat storage piece 33 can absorb heat emitted by the heating piece 37 while undergoing phase change; the phase change heat storage member 33 and/or the heating member 37 cause the heat conduction column 35 to be heated by heat conduction, and the medium heat conduction column 35 inserted into the housing chamber 12 heats the tobacco by conduction of the heat conduction column 35, thereby causing the tobacco to be heated.
According to the invention, the phase-change heat storage element 33 is heated by the heating element 37, the heat conduction column 35 is heated by the phase-change heat storage element 33, and finally the tobacco is heated by the heat conduction column 35, so that after the phase-change heat storage element 33 heated by the heating element 37 meets the preset condition, the power supply to the heating element 37 can be stopped, and thus the heating element 37 is not required to be continuously supplied with power, and the material can still be heated by the heat conduction column 35; the phase change heat storage member 33 releases heat slowly as compared to the heating member 37, and can maintain a predetermined temperature and duration effectively.

Specifically, 15g of a mixture of sodium carbonate and lithium carbonate may be weighed, and the mixture, the inner shell 331 of stainless steel and the heating element 37 are fired together into an integral structure by adjusting the ratio of sodium carbonate and lithium carbonate so that the phase transition temperature of the mixture is 150-380 ℃, i.e. the phase transition temperature of the phase transition heat storage core 333 is 150-380 ℃, preferably 350 ℃. The heating element 37 is a hollow cylinder, and the heating element 37 is in contact with the phase-change heat storage core 333, although other shapes can be adopted. The power supply 5 comprises a battery and a control chip for controlling the battery voltage, current, supply time, etc. The internal heating system 100 further includes a vibration motor electrically connected to the power supply 5, and a computer program can be preset in the control chip in advance, in an embodiment, when the control chip executes the computer program, the power supply 5 supplies power to the heater for 60s, the vibration motor vibrates to prompt the user to heat, the user can perform pumping action, and the gram number of the phase-change heat storage core 333 can maintain constant heating for 5min, which corresponds to the time of conventional smoking of the user in general.
The constant heating time and temperature of the phase-change heat storage core 333 are adjusted by changing the quantity of the phase-change heat storage core 333 and the phase-change temperature of the phase-change heat storage core 333, so that the phase-change heat storage core 333 is matched with a healthy tobacco combustion rule; through setting up the alternate cover of inner shell 331 and shell 31 and establishing to guarantee that shell 31 does not send out scalding, the convenience of customers holds.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the heat-conducting column 35 includes an insertion portion 351, a connection portion 353 and a heat-collecting portion 355, which are sequentially connected, the insertion portion 351 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 12, the heat-collecting portion 355 is inserted into the phase-change heat storage member 33, and the connection portion 353 is connected with the housing 31. By providing the connection portion 353, the connection between the heat conduction post 35 and the housing 31 is stabilized.
Referring again to fig. 1, the internal heating system 100 further includes a heat insulation member 7 disposed between the material fixing member 1 and the heating body 3, and the insertion portion 351 is inserted into the receiving cavity 12 through the heat insulation member 7. By providing the heat insulator 7, heat conduction from the heat conducting column 35 and the phase change heat storage core 333 to the housing 31 or the material holder 1 is avoided.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the insertion portion 351 is abutted against the surface of the heat insulating member 7 to form a heat insulating groove, and the heat insulating groove and the heat insulating member 7 cooperate to form a heat insulating cavity 352. The insulating cavity 352 may further prevent the temperature of the heat conducting column 35 from conducting towards the insulation 7.
Still further, the heat collecting portion 355 includes a heat collecting inner core 3551, a heat collecting outer core 3553 sleeved outside the heat collecting inner core 3551, and a connecting plate 3555 connecting the heat collecting inner core 3551 and the heat collecting outer core 3553, the heat collecting inner core 3551 and the heat collecting outer core 3553 are arranged at intervals, a through groove 3552 is formed in the heat collecting outer core 3553, and the heat collecting inner core 3551 is exposed through the through groove 3552 and contacts with the phase change heat storage core 333. By providing the heat collecting inner core 3551 and the heat collecting outer core 3553, the contact area of the heating member 37 and the phase change heat storage core 333 is increased, and the conduction rate is increased.
Referring to fig. 5, the end of the material fixing member 1 away from the heating body 3 is recessed inward to form the accommodating cavity 12.
The invention also provides a heating non-combustion type tobacco device, which comprises the inserted heating system. Because the heating non-combustion type tobacco device comprises the interpolation type heating system, the heating non-combustion type tobacco device adopts all the technical schemes of the above embodiments, and therefore, the heating non-combustion type tobacco device has at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the above embodiments, and the details are not repeated here.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, but rather is intended to cover any equivalents of the structures or equivalent processes disclosed herein or in the alternative, which may be employed directly or indirectly in other related arts.
