As shown in fig. 4, in the remote control mode of the intelligent home appliance, the server can only receive the user voice sent by the mobile terminal, and analyze the user voice to generate control instructions for controlling the intelligent home appliance and the mobile terminal, respectively.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of another intelligent household appliance control method disclosed in an embodiment of the present application, where the embodiment of the present application is applicable to a case where an intelligent household appliance performs voice control on the intelligent household appliance, and the method may be executed by an intelligent household appliance control device configured in the intelligent household appliance, and the device may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner.
According to the embodiment of the application, two intelligent household appliances, the mobile terminal and the server can be communicated with one another. The smart household appliance may include, but is not limited to, a smart speaker, a smart television, a smart air conditioner, a smart sweeping robot, and the like, and the mobile terminal includes, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, and the like. The server comprises a local server and a cloud server. The intelligent household appliance supports remote control of the mobile terminal. Moreover, according to different types of the intelligent household appliances, the voice commands for controlling the intelligent household appliances and the mobile terminal, which are generated by the server based on the received user voice, may be the same or different, that is, the intelligent household appliances and the mobile terminal may execute the same or related operations based on the user voice commands respectively sent by the server. The specific content of each voice instruction is related to the type of the intelligent household appliance and the voice control request of the user.
The method for controlling an intelligent household appliance applied to an intelligent household appliance disclosed in the embodiment of the present application may be executed in cooperation with the method for controlling an intelligent household appliance applied to a server disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, and reference may be made to the description in the foregoing embodiment for content that is not described in detail in the embodiment.
As shown in fig. 5, the method for controlling an intelligent home appliance applied to an intelligent home appliance disclosed in the embodiment of the present application may include:

The mobile terminal and the intelligent household appliance are awakened by the user awakening request, so that the mobile terminal and the intelligent household appliance are ensured to monitor and acquire the user voice at the same time, and different voice sources aiming at the same voice instruction are ensured.
Optionally, the method further includes:
in the remote control mode, receiving a remote control instruction which is sent by a server and used for controlling the intelligent household appliance, and executing the operation indicated by the remote control instruction;
the mobile terminal receives a remote control instruction which is sent by the server and used for controlling the mobile terminal while the intelligent household appliance receives the remote control instruction which is sent by the server and used for controlling the intelligent household appliance; and remote control instructions received by the intelligent household appliance and the mobile terminal are generated by the server according to user voice sent by the mobile terminal in a remote control mode.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, the intelligent household appliance receives the voice instruction generated by analyzing the combination of the user voice sent by the server to the mobile terminal and the intelligent household appliance, so that the problem that the user voice instruction cannot be accurately acquired in the intelligent household appliance when the user voice signal is weak is solved, and the accurate user voice instruction is acquired.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent home appliance control device disclosed in an embodiment of the present application. The embodiment of the application is suitable for the condition that voice control is carried out on the intelligent household appliance in the server, and the device can be realized in a software and/or hardware mode.
As shown in fig. 6, the intelligent home appliance control device 600 configured in a server according to the embodiment of the present disclosure may include a voice receiving module 601, a voice associating module 602, and a voice instruction generating module 603, where:
the voice receiving module 601 is configured to receive user voice sent by the mobile terminal and user voice sent by the intelligent household appliance;
the voice association module 602 is configured to associate the user voices sent by the mobile terminal and the intelligent appliance according to the receiving time of the user voice sent by the mobile terminal and the receiving time of the user voice sent by the intelligent appliance;
and a voice instruction generating module 603, configured to perform voice analysis on the associated user voice, and generate a voice instruction for controlling the intelligent appliance.
Optionally, the voice instruction generating module 603 includes:
the voice recognition unit is used for carrying out voice recognition on the associated user voice to respectively obtain a first text corresponding to the user voice sent by the mobile terminal and a second text corresponding to the user voice sent by the intelligent household appliance;
the target text determining unit is used for determining a target text according to the text contents contained in the first text and the second text respectively;
and the voice instruction generating unit is used for generating a voice instruction for controlling the intelligent household appliance according to the target text.
Optionally, the target text determining unit is specifically configured to:

Optionally, the apparatus further includes a device identifier confirmation module, configured to:

Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of another intelligent household appliance control device disclosed in the embodiments of the present application; the embodiment of the application is suitable for the condition that voice control is carried out on the intelligent household appliance in the intelligent household appliance, and the device can be realized in a software and/or hardware mode.
As shown in fig. 7, an intelligent home appliance control apparatus 700 configured in an intelligent home appliance according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include a voice acquiring and transmitting module 701 and a voice command receiving module 702, where:
the voice acquiring and sending module 701 is used for acquiring user voice and sending the user voice to the server, wherein the server is used for associating the mobile terminal with the user voice sent by the intelligent household appliance according to the receiving time of the user voice sent by the intelligent household appliance and the receiving time of the user voice sent by the mobile terminal, performing voice analysis on the associated user voice, and generating a voice instruction for controlling the intelligent household appliance;

Reference may be made to the description of any method embodiment of the present application for content not described in detail in this embodiment.
According to an embodiment of the present application, an electronic device and a readable storage medium are also provided.
As shown in fig. 8, fig. 8 is a block diagram of an electronic device for implementing an intelligent appliance control method according to an embodiment of the present application. Electronic devices are intended to represent various forms of digital computers, such as laptops, desktops, workstations, personal digital assistants, servers, blade servers, mainframes, and other suitable computers, and may also be intelligent appliances, such as smart speakers, smart televisions, smart air conditioners, and the like. The electronic device may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital processing, cellular phones, smart phones, wearable devices, and other similar computing devices. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be examples only, and are not meant to limit implementations of the present application that are described and/or claimed herein.
As shown in fig. 8, the electronic apparatus includes: one or more processors 801, memory 802, and interfaces for connecting the various components, including a high speed interface and a low speed interface. The various components are interconnected using different buses and may be mounted on a common motherboard or in other manners as desired. The processor may process instructions for execution within the electronic device, including instructions stored in or on the memory to display Graphical information for a Graphical User Interface (GUI) on an external input/output device, such as a display device coupled to the Interface. In other embodiments, multiple processors and/or multiple buses may be used, along with multiple memories and multiple memories, as desired. The memory 802 may be used as a non-transitory computer readable storage medium for storing non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the intelligent appliance control method applied to a server or the intelligent appliance control method applied to an intelligent appliance in the embodiment of the present application, for example, the voice receiving module 601, the voice associating module 602, and the voice instruction generating module 603 shown in fig. 6, or the voice acquiring and transmitting module 701 and the voice instruction receiving module 702 shown in fig. 7. The processor 801 executes various functional applications and data processing of the server or the intelligent appliance by running the non-transitory software programs, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 802, that is, implements the intelligent appliance control method applied to the server or the intelligent appliance control method applied to the intelligent appliance in the above method embodiments.
The memory 802 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the electronic device for implementing the intelligent home appliance control method in the embodiment of the present application, and the like. Further, the memory 802 may include high speed random access memory and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 802 may optionally include a memory remotely located from the processor 801, and the remote memory may be connected to an electronic device for implementing the intelligent appliance control method in the embodiments of the present application via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The electronic device for implementing the intelligent household appliance control method in the embodiment of the present application may further include: an input device 803 and an output device 804. The processor 801, the memory 802, the input device 803, and the output device 804 may be connected by a bus or other means, and are exemplified by a bus in fig. 8.
The input device 803 may receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the electronic device for implementing the intelligent appliance control method in the embodiment of the present application, such as an input device of a touch screen, a keypad, a mouse, a track pad, a touch pad, a pointing stick, one or more mouse buttons, a track ball, a joystick, or the like. The output device 804 may include a display apparatus, an auxiliary lighting device such as a Light Emitting Diode (LED), a tactile feedback device, and the like; the tactile feedback device is, for example, a vibration motor or the like. The display device may include, but is not limited to, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) such as Liquid Cr8 star display 8, an LED display, and a plasma display. In some implementations, the display device can be a touch screen.
Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here can be realized in digital electronic circuitry, Integrated circuitry, Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. These various embodiments may include: implemented in one or more computer programs that are executable and/or interpretable on a programmable system including at least one programmable processor, which may be special or general purpose, receiving data and instructions from, and transmitting data and instructions to, a storage system, at least one input device, and at least one output device.
These computer programs, also known as programs, software applications, or code, include machine instructions for a programmable processor, and may be implemented using high-level procedural and/or object-oriented programming languages, and/or assembly/machine languages. As used herein, the terms "machine-readable medium" and "computer-readable medium" refer to any computer program product, apparatus, and/or Device for providing machine instructions and/or data to a Programmable processor, such as a magnetic disk, optical disk, memory, Programmable Logic Device (PLD), including a machine-readable medium that receives machine instructions as a machine-readable signal. The systems and techniques described here can be implemented in a computing system that includes a back-end component, e.g., as a data server, or that includes a middleware component, e.g., an application server, or that includes a front-end component, e.g., a user computer having a graphical user interface or a web browser through which a user can interact with an implementation of the systems and techniques described here, or any combination of such back-end, middleware, or front-end components. The components of the system can be interconnected by any form or medium of digital data communication, e.g., a communication network. Examples of communication networks include: local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), and the internet.
The computer system may include clients and servers. A client and server are generally remote from each other and typically interact through a communication network. The relationship of client and server arises by virtue of computer programs running on the respective computers and having a client-server relationship to each other.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, the user voices respectively sent by the mobile terminal and the intelligent household appliance are correlated according to the voice receiving time, so that the user voices corresponding to the same voice instruction but different in source are determined, and the effectiveness of the user voices participating in voice combination analysis is guaranteed; through the combined voice analysis of the associated user voice, the effect of improving the integrity of acquiring the user voice information by utilizing different voice sources is realized, the analysis capability of the user voice is improved, the analysis accuracy of the user voice for controlling the intelligent household appliance is improved, the problem that the user voice instruction cannot be accurately acquired in the intelligent household appliance when the user voice signal is weak is solved, and the intelligent household appliance can acquire the accurate user voice instruction.
It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above may be used, with steps reordered, added, or deleted. For example, the steps described in the embodiments of the present application may be executed in parallel, may be executed sequentially, or may be executed in different orders, so long as the desired results of the technical solutions disclosed in the embodiments of the present application can be achieved, which is not limited herein.

Claims (12)

1. An intelligent household appliance control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving user voice sent by a mobile terminal and user voice sent by an intelligent household appliance;
associating the mobile terminal with the user voice sent by the intelligent household appliance according to the receiving time of the user voice sent by the mobile terminal and the receiving time of the user voice sent by the intelligent household appliance;
and carrying out voice analysis on the associated user voice to generate a voice instruction for controlling the intelligent household appliance.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein performing voice parsing on the associated user voice to generate a voice command for controlling the smart appliance comprises:
performing voice recognition on the associated user voice to respectively obtain a first text corresponding to the user voice sent by the mobile terminal and a second text corresponding to the user voice sent by the intelligent household appliance;
determining a target text according to the text contents contained in the first text and the second text respectively;
and generating a voice instruction for controlling the intelligent household appliance according to the target text.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the target text according to the text content contained in each of the first text and the second text comprises:
determining a text of which the text content contained in the first text and the second text meets a preset requirement as a target text; or
And fusing text contents contained in the first text and the second text to obtain a target text.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein before associating the user voices transmitted by the mobile terminal and the intelligent appliance according to the receiving time of the user voice transmitted by the mobile terminal and the receiving time of the user voice transmitted by the intelligent appliance, the method further comprises:
determining whether the household appliance identification carried by the mobile terminal when sending the user voice is consistent with the household appliance identification carried by the intelligent household appliance when sending the user voice;
and if the user voices are consistent with each other, associating the mobile terminal with the user voice sent by the intelligent household appliance according to the receiving time of the user voice sent by the mobile terminal and the receiving time of the user voice sent by the intelligent household appliance.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving user voice sent by the mobile terminal in a remote control mode of the intelligent household appliance;
and generating remote control instructions for controlling the intelligent household appliance and the mobile terminal respectively according to the user voice sent by the mobile terminal.
6. An intelligent household appliance control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that user voice is obtained and sent to a server, wherein the server is used for associating the mobile terminal with the user voice sent by the intelligent household appliance according to the receiving time of the user voice sent by the intelligent household appliance and the receiving time of the user voice sent by the mobile terminal, carrying out voice analysis on the associated user voice, and generating a voice instruction for controlling the intelligent household appliance;
and receiving the voice instruction sent by the server, and executing the operation indicated by the voice instruction.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein prior to said obtaining user speech, the method further comprises:
and acquiring a wake-up request sent by a user, wherein the wake-up request is used for indicating the intelligent household appliance and the mobile terminal to enter a monitoring mode for monitoring the voice of the user.
8. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
in a remote control mode, receiving a remote control instruction which is sent by the server and used for controlling the intelligent household appliance, and executing the operation indicated by the remote control instruction;
the mobile terminal receives a remote control instruction which is sent by the server and used for controlling the mobile terminal while the intelligent household appliance receives the remote control instruction which is sent by the server and used for controlling the intelligent household appliance; and remote control instructions received by the intelligent household appliance and the mobile terminal are generated by the server according to user voice sent by the mobile terminal in the remote control mode.
9. An intelligent household appliance control device, comprising:
the voice receiving module is used for receiving user voice sent by the mobile terminal and user voice sent by the intelligent household appliance;
the voice correlation module is used for correlating the mobile terminal with the user voice sent by the intelligent household appliance according to the receiving time of the user voice sent by the mobile terminal and the receiving time of the user voice sent by the intelligent household appliance;
and the voice instruction generating module is used for carrying out voice analysis on the associated user voice and generating a voice instruction for controlling the intelligent household appliance.
10. An intelligent household appliance control device, comprising:
the voice acquiring and sending module is used for acquiring user voice and sending the user voice to the server, wherein the server is used for associating the mobile terminal with the user voice sent by the intelligent household appliance according to the receiving time of the user voice sent by the intelligent household appliance and the receiving time of the user voice sent by the mobile terminal, carrying out voice analysis on the associated user voice and generating a voice instruction for controlling the intelligent household appliance;
and the voice instruction receiving module is used for receiving the voice instruction sent by the server and executing the operation indicated by the voice instruction.
11. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the intelligent appliance control method of any one of claims 1-5; or to perform the intelligent appliance control method of any one of claims 6 to 8.
12. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to execute the intelligent appliance control method according to any one of claims 1 to 5; or to perform the intelligent appliance control method of any one of claims 6 to 8.
