In one embodiment, the terminal receives a processing instruction for conference information sent by a server and initiated by a conference host; switching the page of the displayed conference recording board to a voting page; receiving a voting instruction triggered on a voting page, performing voting operation on appointed conference information according to the voting instruction, and sending a result of the voting operation to a server; and when the server determines to process the appointed conference information according to the received voting operation result, receiving a conference information processing request sent by the server, and updating and displaying the conference information displayed on the conference recording board according to the conference information processing request.
For example, when a problem that conference information proposed by a certain participant cannot be agreed occurs in a conference, a conference host selects the conference information which cannot be agreed through a conference recording board, and then initiates a voting request. When detecting a voting request initiated by a host for the conference information displayed in the conference recording board, the terminal switches the displayed conference recording board page to a voting page; receiving a voting instruction triggered on a voting page, and voting for meeting information specified by the voting instruction; determining whether to approve the conference information according to the voting result; if the number of votes approved is more than half, the meeting information is approved, and if the number of votes objectified is more than half, the meeting information is objected.
It should be noted that after the voting request is initiated, the presentation pages of all participants are synchronously switched to the voting interface, all participants can vote on the voting page, the voting result is updated and presented in real time, and the conference host can make remarks or processes according to the voting result. The voting result includes the total number of votes, the number of votes and the number of objections.
In one embodiment, when a conference is finished, a terminal can directly receive a conference summary sent by a server where a conference system is located; or the terminal firstly sends a conference summary deriving instruction to a server where the conference system is located, and then receives a conference summary sent by the server in response to the conference record deriving instruction; the conference summary comprises a conference topic, conference information and conference information corresponding to the conference topic.
For example, when the conference system detects an operation of ending the conference (for example, detects an operation of a participant exiting the conference system) after the conference is ended, the conference summary is exported and packed and compressed, and the packed and compressed conference summary is sent to each participant. In addition, the conference system can also receive one-key export operation triggered by a conference host or other participants, export the conference summary, pack and compress the conference summary, and send the packed and compressed conference summary to each participant. Wherein the conference summary may include: meeting time, location, participant name, absent person name, meeting information, meeting subjects, meeting information, follow-up items, and the like.
In one embodiment, when the meeting is over, the meeting system can also associate the follow-up action plan with the document library, and the participant can view the follow-up action plan in real time in the document library. The document library may be wiki (wiki) and sharepoint (square butterfly workflow), among others.
In one embodiment, the terminal sends a folder establishment request to a server where the conference system is located, so that the server establishes folders for each conference topic in a specified path according to the folder establishment request; sending conference information proposed for the conference topic to a server so that the server forwards the received conference information to the participant terminal; when the server receives the conference information provided aiming at the conference topic for the first time, the server is instructed to create an editable document, the received conference information is input into the editable document, and the editable document after the conference information is input is stored according to a specified path.
For example, a conference host may establish a corresponding folder for each conference issue, set a path of the established folder as a default saving path, create an editable document (e.g., a document in word, txt, xml format) when receiving conference information about the conference issue for the first time, enter the received conference information into the document, and then store the conference information in the established folder in a document form according to the default saving path; when meeting information of the meeting topic is not received for the first time, the received meeting information is directly added to the document created last time and then is stored in the folder.
In the above embodiment, after the participant with the participant right accesses the conference system, the conference issues configured in the conference system, the corresponding number of the issues, and the key for decrypting the conference information are obtained, the conference issues are displayed on the conference recording board according to the display mode corresponding to the number of the issues, and the received conference information is displayed on the conference recording board, so that the participant can conveniently and quickly view opinions provided by other participants, and the conference efficiency can be improved. In addition, the conference recording board can support multiple users to input conference information at the same time, and each participant can issue the conference information in real time without interrupting the written or oral issue of the conference information by others in the conference, which is beneficial to improving the conference efficiency. And the key has validity, and when the encrypted conference data packet is received and the key is within the validity period, the key can be used for decrypting the conference data packet so as to obtain corresponding conference information, and the conference information is displayed on the layout of the conference recording board, so that the security of the conference information is improved.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowchart of fig. 1 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in fig. 1 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, there is provided a conference information presentation apparatus including: a meeting request sending module 302, a meeting system accessing module 304, a meeting topic presenting module 306, a decrypting module 308 and a meeting information presenting module 310, wherein:
a meeting request sending module 302, configured to send a meeting request carrying a user identifier to a server where a meeting system is located;
a conference system access module 304, configured to access the conference system when it is determined that the user identifier has authorized conference participation right, and obtain conference issues configured in the conference system, a corresponding number of the issues, and a key for decrypting conference information; the key is generated by the conference system and has timeliness;
a conference issue presentation module 306, configured to present the acquired conference issue on a conference recording board in a presentation manner corresponding to the number of issues; the conference recording board is provided with a control for supporting multiple users to input conference information simultaneously;
a decryption module 308, configured to receive the conference data packet encrypted and forwarded by the server and originating from the terminal of the conference; when the key is in the valid period, decrypting the conference data packet according to the key to obtain conference information; the conference data packet is obtained by packaging the conference information under the conference topic by the participant terminal;
the meeting information display module 310 is configured to display meeting information on a layout of a meeting record board corresponding to a meeting topic.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus further comprises: a participation request generation module 312; wherein:
a conference participation request generating module 312, configured to obtain a user account and a login password input on a login page corresponding to the conference system; or acquiring a face image of the participant acquired by calling a local camera; or acquiring the voice of the participant collected by calling a local microphone; determining the acquired user account and login password, or face image, or voice as a user identifier; and generating a participation request carrying the user identification.
In one embodiment, the conference system access module 304 is further configured to:
and searching the authorization list through the server, wherein a user account and a login password are stored in the authorization list, or extracting the face features in the face image, searching the features matched with the extracted face features in the authorization feature library, or acquiring voiceprint information from the acquired voice, searching the information matched with the acquired voiceprint information in the authorization voiceprint library, and determining that the user identifier has authorized participation right.
In one embodiment, the meeting issue presentation module 306 is further configured to:
acquiring a display mode corresponding to the number of the topics;
when the number of the subjects is multiple, dividing the subject display layout of the conference recording board into a plurality of display blocks according to the acquired display mode;
and displaying the conference recording board after the layout is divided, and displaying the acquired conference topic on a display block of the conference recording board corresponding to the topic after the layout is divided.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus further comprises: a conference information acquisition module 314, an address information acquisition module 316 and a conference information transmission module 318; wherein:
a conference information obtaining module 314, configured to obtain conference information in a text form input by a participant through an input control on a conference recording board, or call a local microphone to collect voice sent by the participant, and recognize the voice to obtain conference information in a text form;
an address information obtaining module 316, configured to obtain address information of a participant terminal accessing the conference system;
and a conference information sending module 318, configured to send the obtained conference information to the participant terminal according to the obtained address information, so that the participant terminal displays the conference information on the conference recording board in real time after receiving the conference information.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus further comprises: a conference information processing module 320; wherein:
a conference information processing module 320, configured to receive a processing instruction for conference information sent by a server and initiated by a conference host; switching the page of the displayed conference recording board to a voting page; receiving a voting instruction triggered on a voting page, performing voting operation on appointed conference information according to the voting instruction, and sending a result of the voting operation to a server; and when the server determines to process the appointed conference information according to the received voting operation result, receiving a conference information processing request sent by the server, and updating and displaying the conference information displayed on the conference recording board according to the conference information processing request.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus further comprises: a conference information saving module 322; wherein:
a conference information saving module 322, configured to send a folder establishment request to a server where the conference system is located, so that the server establishes folders for each conference topic in a specified path according to the folder establishment request; sending conference information proposed for the conference topic to a server so that the server forwards the received conference information to the participant terminal; when the server receives the conference information provided aiming at the conference topic for the first time, the server is instructed to create an editable document, the received conference information is input into the editable document, and the editable document after the conference information is input is stored according to a specified path.
In the above embodiment, after the participant with the participant right accesses the conference system, the conference issues configured in the conference system, the corresponding number of the issues, and the key for decrypting the conference information are obtained, the conference issues are displayed on the conference recording board according to the display mode corresponding to the number of the issues, and the received conference information is displayed on the conference recording board, so that the participant can conveniently and quickly view opinions provided by other participants, and the conference efficiency can be improved. In addition, the conference recording board can support multiple users to input conference information at the same time, and each participant can issue the conference information in real time without interrupting the written or oral issue of the conference information by others in the conference, which is beneficial to improving the conference efficiency. And the key has validity, when the encrypted conference data packet is received and the key is within the validity period, the key can be used for decrypting the conference data packet so as to obtain corresponding conference information, and the conference information is displayed on the layout of the conference recording board, so that the security of the conference information is improved
For the specific definition of the conference information presentation apparatus, reference may be made to the above definition of the conference information presentation method, which is not described herein again. The modules in the conference information presentation apparatus may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a meeting information presentation method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, there is provided a computer device comprising a memory storing a computer program and a processor implementing the following steps when the processor executes the computer program: sending a conference joining request carrying a user identifier to a server where a conference system is located; when the user identification is determined to have authorized conference participation rights, accessing a conference system, and acquiring conference subjects configured in the conference system, the corresponding number of subjects and a secret key for decrypting conference information; the key is generated by the conference system and has timeliness; displaying the acquired conference subjects on a conference recording board according to a display mode corresponding to the number of the subjects; the conference recording board is provided with a control for supporting multiple users to input conference information simultaneously; receiving a conference data packet which is encrypted and forwarded by a server and is originated from a terminal of a conference person; the conference data packet is obtained by packaging the conference information under the conference topic by the participant terminal; when the key is in the valid period, decrypting the conference data packet according to the key to obtain conference information; and displaying the meeting information on the layout of a meeting record board corresponding to the meeting subjects.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: acquiring a user account and a login password input in a login page corresponding to the conference system; or acquiring a face image of the participant acquired by calling a local camera; or acquiring the voice of the participant collected by calling a local microphone; determining the acquired user account and login password, or face image, or voice as a user identifier; and generating a participation request carrying the user identification.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: and searching the authorization list through the server, wherein a user account and a login password are stored in the authorization list, or extracting the face features in the face image, searching the features matched with the extracted face features in the authorization feature library, or acquiring voiceprint information from the acquired voice, searching the information matched with the acquired voiceprint information in the authorization voiceprint library, and determining that the user identifier has authorized participation right.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: acquiring a display mode corresponding to the number of the topics; when the number of the subjects is multiple, dividing the subject display layout of the conference recording board into a plurality of display blocks according to the acquired display mode; and displaying the conference recording board after the layout is divided, and displaying the acquired conference topic on a display block of the conference recording board corresponding to the topic after the layout is divided.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: acquiring text-form conference information input by participants through an input control on a conference recording board, or calling a local microphone to collect voice sent by the participants and recognizing the voice to obtain text-form conference information;
acquiring address information of a participant terminal accessed to a conference system; and sending the obtained conference information to the participant terminal according to the obtained address information so that the participant terminal can display the conference information on a conference recording board in real time after receiving the conference information.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: receiving a processing instruction aiming at the conference information, which is sent by a server and initiated by a conference host; switching the page of the displayed conference recording board to a voting page; receiving a voting instruction triggered on a voting page, performing voting operation on appointed conference information according to the voting instruction, and sending a result of the voting operation to a server; and when the server determines to process the appointed conference information according to the received voting operation result, receiving a conference information processing request sent by the server, and updating and displaying the conference information displayed on the conference recording board according to the conference information processing request.

In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: sending a conference joining request carrying a user identifier to a server where a conference system is located; when the user identification is determined to have authorized conference participation rights, accessing a conference system, and acquiring conference subjects configured in the conference system, the corresponding number of subjects and a secret key for decrypting conference information; the key is generated by the conference system and has timeliness; displaying the acquired conference subjects on a conference recording board according to a display mode corresponding to the number of the subjects; the conference recording board is provided with a control for supporting multiple users to input conference information simultaneously; receiving a conference data packet which is encrypted and forwarded by a server and is originated from a terminal of a conference person; the conference data packet is obtained by packaging the conference information under the conference topic by the participant terminal; when the key is in the valid period, decrypting the conference data packet according to the key to obtain conference information; and displaying the meeting information on the layout of a meeting record board corresponding to the meeting subjects.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: acquiring a user account and a login password input in a login page corresponding to the conference system; or acquiring a face image of the participant acquired by calling a local camera; or acquiring the voice of the participant collected by calling a local microphone; determining the acquired user account and login password, or face image, or voice as a user identifier; and generating a participation request carrying the user identification.

acquiring address information of a participant terminal accessed to a conference system; and sending the obtained conference information to the participant terminal according to the obtained address information so that the participant terminal can display the conference information on a conference recording board in real time after receiving the conference information.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Claims (10)

1. A conference information presentation method, the method comprising:
sending a conference joining request carrying a user identifier to a server where a conference system is located;
when the user identification is determined to have authorized conference participation rights, accessing the conference system, and acquiring conference subjects configured in the conference system, the corresponding number of subjects and a secret key for decrypting conference information; the key is generated by the conference system and has timeliness;
displaying the acquired conference subjects on a conference recording board according to a display mode corresponding to the number of the subjects; the conference recording board is provided with a control for supporting multiple users to input conference information simultaneously;
receiving a conference data packet which is encrypted and forwarded by the server and is sourced from a conference terminal; the conference data packet is obtained by packaging the conference information under the conference topic by the participant terminal;
when the secret key is in the valid period, decrypting the conference data packet according to the secret key to obtain conference information;
and displaying the conference information on the layout of a conference recording board corresponding to the conference issue.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a user account and a login password input in a login page corresponding to the conference system; or,
acquiring a face image of a participant acquired by calling a local camera; or,
acquiring the voice of the participant collected by calling a local microphone;
determining the acquired user account and login password, or face image, or voice as a user identifier;
and generating a participation request carrying the user identification.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining that the user identifier has authorized participation rights comprises:
and searching the authorization list through a server, wherein the user account and the login password are stored in the authorization list, or extracting the face features in the face image, searching the features matched with the extracted face features in an authorization feature library, or acquiring voiceprint information from the acquired voice, searching the information matched with the acquired voiceprint information in the authorization voiceprint library, and determining that the user identifier has authorized conference participation right.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the displaying the acquired conference issue on a conference recording board in a display manner corresponding to the number of issues comprises:
acquiring a display mode corresponding to the number of the topics;
when the number of the subjects is multiple, dividing a subject display layout of the conference recording board into a plurality of display blocks according to the acquired display mode;
and displaying the conference recording board after the layout is divided, and displaying the acquired conference topic on a display block of the conference recording board corresponding to the topic after the layout is divided.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring conference information in a text form input by a participant through an input control on the conference recording board, or calling a local microphone to collect voice sent by the participant and recognizing the voice to obtain conference information in a text form;
acquiring address information of a participant terminal accessed to the conference system;
and sending the obtained conference information to the participant terminal according to the obtained address information so that the participant terminal can display the conference information on a conference recording board in real time after receiving the conference information.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
receiving a processing instruction aiming at conference information sent by the server and initiated by a conference host;
switching the page of the displayed conference recording board to a voting page;
receiving a voting instruction triggered on the voting page, performing voting operation on appointed conference information according to the voting instruction, and sending a result of the voting operation to the server;
and when the server determines to process the appointed conference information according to the received voting operation result, receiving a conference information processing request sent by the server, and updating and displaying the conference information displayed on the conference recording board according to the conference information processing request.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:

sending conference information proposed for a conference topic to the server so that the server forwards the received conference information to the participant terminal; and when the server receives conference information provided aiming at the conference topic for the first time, the server is instructed to create an editable document, the received conference information is input into the editable document, and the editable document with the input conference information is stored according to the specified path.
8. A conference information presentation apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the conference joining request sending module is used for sending a conference joining request carrying the user identification to a server where the conference system is located;
a conference system access module, configured to access the conference system and obtain conference issues configured in the conference system, a corresponding number of the issues, and a key for decrypting conference information when it is determined that the user identifier has authorized conference participation right; the key is generated by the conference system and has timeliness;
the conference issue display module is used for displaying the acquired conference issues on a conference recording board according to a display mode corresponding to the number of the issues; the conference recording board is provided with a control for supporting multiple users to input conference information simultaneously;
the decryption module is used for receiving the conference data packet which is encrypted and forwarded by the server and is sourced from the terminal of the conference person; when the secret key is in the valid period, decrypting the conference data packet according to the secret key to obtain conference information; the conference data packet is obtained by packaging the conference information under the conference topic by the participant terminal;
and the conference information display module is used for displaying the conference information on the layout of the conference recording board corresponding to the conference issue.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
