The embodiment of the invention provides an incubator, as shown in fig. 1, the incubator comprises a shell 1, a heating component 2 and a partition plate 3, wherein the heating component 2 and the partition plate 3 are positioned in the shell 1, the heating component 2 comprises a controller 21 and a heating plate 22 which are electrically connected together, the controller 21 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the shell 1, the partition plate 3 is fixedly arranged at the top of the shell 1, the heating plate 22 is fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the partition plate 3, the heating plate 22 and the controller 21 are arranged at intervals (see fig. 2), a jack 31 for inserting a reagent tube 100 and a groove 32 for placing a reagent card 200 are arranged on the top surface of the partition plate 3, and the jack 31 and the groove 32 are arranged at intervals.
When the incubator provided by the embodiment of the invention incubates samples required by isothermal amplification of nucleic acid and colloidal gold immunochromatography, the reagent tube 100 can be inserted into the insertion hole 31, and the reagent card 200 is placed in the groove 32. Then, the controller 21 controls the heating plate 22 to generate heat, so that the heating plate 22 heats the partition plate 3, and the partition plate 3 can heat and incubate the reagent tube 100 and the reagent card 200 simultaneously. In addition, since the heating plate 22 and the controller 21 are arranged at intervals, the heat generated by the heating plate 22 does not affect the controller 21, and the reliability of the incubator is improved.
In the present embodiment, the side plate of the housing 1 is provided with the heat radiation hole 11.
In the above implementation, when the heating plate 22 is operated, heat is generated, and an excessive amount of heat may damage electronic components such as the controller 21. The arrangement of the heat dissipation holes 11 can effectively avoid the overhigh temperature in the shell 1.
Illustratively, the heat dissipation apertures 11 are disposed on the housing 1 in a position relative to the controller 21.
In this embodiment, the top of the housing 1 is provided with a flip 12, the flip 12 is hinged with the housing 1, and the flip 12 covers the partition 3.
In the above implementation, the flip cover 12 is used to provide protection and thermal insulation effects for the reagent tube 100 and the reagent card 200, and improve the reliability of the incubator.
Optionally, the outer edge of the flip cover 12 and the top outer edge of the housing 1 are provided with mating spigots, and when the flip cover 12 and the housing 1 are assembled together, the spigots of the flip cover 12 and the housing 1 are fit together in a mutually mating manner, thereby improving the stability between the flip cover 12 and the housing 1.
Illustratively, both the flip cover 12 and the housing 1 may be plastic structural members, thereby reducing the overall weight of the incubator and improving portability of the incubator.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the controller 21 includes a power supply 211 and an electric control board 212, the power supply 211 is fixedly mounted on the bottom plate of the housing 1, the electric control board 212 is fixedly mounted on the side wall of the housing 1, and the electric control board 212 and the power supply 211 are electrically connected.
In the above implementation, the power supply 211 is used to supply power to the heating plate 22, and the electronic control board 212 is used to receive the instruction of the user and control the power supply 211. For example, the electric control board 212 can adjust the output power of the power supply 211, so as to control the heating value of the heating plate 22.
Illustratively, the electronic control board 212 may include a display screen 213 and a circuit board 214, the display screen 213 being disposed on the circuit board 214, a window 13 being disposed on a side wall of the housing 1, and the display screen 213 being embedded in the window 13. The circuit board 214 is provided with contacts, the side wall of the shell 1 is provided with buttons 14, and the buttons 14 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the contacts.
In the above implementation, the circuit board 214 is used to carry the display screen 213 and to receive instructions for input via the buttons 14. A display 213 is embedded in the window 13 and may provide feedback to the user, such as incubation temperature, incubation time, etc.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the structure of the housing, and in combination with fig. 3, in this embodiment, a plurality of hooks 15 are provided at the top inner edge of the housing 1, each hook 15 is circumferentially spaced along the top inner edge of the housing 1, and the partition plate 3 is fixedly mounted on the hooks 15.
In the above described implementation, the hooks 15 are used to provide a mounting base for the partition 3 so that the partition 3 can be fixedly mounted on the housing 1. Moreover, since the heating plate 22 is fixedly arranged on the partition plate 3, the partition plate 3 is arranged on the hook 15, so that the partition plate 3 and the heating plate 22 are arranged at intervals from the controller 21, and the reliability of the incubator is further ensured.
Alternatively, the hanger 15 includes a support arm 151 and a connection arm 152, the connection arm 152 is arranged perpendicular to the bottom plate of the housing 1, one end of the connection arm 152 is fixedly connected with the top inner edge of the housing 1, the other end of the connection arm 152 is fixedly connected with the support arm 151, the support arm 151 is arranged parallel to the bottom plate of the housing 1, and the support arm 151 is fixedly mounted with the bottom surface of the partition 3.
In the above-described implementation, the support arm 151 abuts against the bottom surface of the partition board 3, so that the rest of the partition board 3 can be achieved.
Illustratively, the supporting arm 151 is provided with a through hole for inserting a screw, and the partition 3 and the supporting arm 151 are fixedly mounted together by the screw.

Referring again to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the top surface of the partition board 3 is provided with a boss 33, the boss 33 protrudes from the top surface of the partition board 3, and the insertion hole 31 is provided on one surface of the boss 33 protruding from the partition board 3.
In the above-described implementation, the boss 33 is provided on the top surface of the partition board 3, so as to increase the length of the insertion hole 31, so that the reagent tube 100 can be more firmly inserted into the insertion hole 31.

In the above implementation manner, when the reagent tube 100 is inserted into the insertion hole 31, the reagent tube 100 is inserted into the inner hole of the rubber ring 311, and the rubber ring 311 can improve the insertion stability of the reagent tube 100, avoid the unnecessary shake of the reagent tube 100, and improve the reliability of the incubator.

In the above-described embodiment, all of the reagent cards 200 may be disposed on the tray 4, so that the plurality of reagent cards 200 may be moved at once by taking and putting the tray 4, thereby improving the operation efficiency.
Optionally, the edge of the tray 4 is provided with a first notch 42, the edge of the groove 32 is provided with a second notch 34, and the first notch 42 and the second notch 34 are arranged opposite to each other.

5. The incubator of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the side plates of the housing are provided with heat dissipation holes.
6. The incubator of any one of claims 1-4, wherein a flip cover is provided on top of the housing, the flip cover being hinged to the housing, the flip cover being over the partition.
