Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 3, the honeycomb fuel nozzle 300 includes a tapered split head 310 and a tapered honeycomb nozzle 320, the tapered split head 310 being connected to the lower end of the inner tube 200. The conical honeycomb nozzle 320 is located below the conical split head 310 and has a compression gap with the conical split head 310, and a plurality of spray holes are formed in the conical honeycomb nozzle 320 and are arranged along the circumferential direction of the conical honeycomb nozzle 320, and the axial direction of each spray hole forms a predetermined angle with the axial direction of the speed increasing reducer 213. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the top-blowing lance 1 for an electronic scrap smelting apparatus further includes a main swirl plate 700 for forming a swirl flow in the lance body housing 100, the main swirl plate 700 being provided on the outer peripheral surface of the speed increasing and reducing pipe 213 and spirally extending in the axial direction of the speed increasing and reducing pipe 213. This facilitates the formation of a swirling flow within the gun body housing 100, which is ejected from the nozzle 112 to drive the overall agitation of the gun body and accelerate the smelting reaction of the smelting bath.

Claims (13)

1. A top-blowing lance for an electronic scrap smelting device, comprising:
the gun body comprises a gun body shell, wherein the gun body shell comprises a first section, a second section and a third section which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, at least the third section in the gun body shell is a super stainless steel seamless pipe, an oxygen interface is arranged on the gun body shell, and a nozzle is arranged at the lower end of the gun body shell;
the inner pipe body is arranged in the gun body shell, and a fuel interface extending out of the gun body shell is arranged on the inner pipe body;
A honeycomb fuel nozzle connected to the lower end of the inner tube body and facing the spout;
the first section is a welded steel pipe, the second section is a stainless steel seamless pipe, and the third section is an SUS314 super stainless steel seamless pipe;
The inner tube body includes:
The end pressure return pipe is connected with the fuel interface;
the fuel conveying pipe is connected below the end pressure return pipe;
the diameter of the speed-increasing reducing pipe is larger than that of the end pressure return pipe and is connected below the fuel conveying pipe, and the honeycomb fuel nozzle is connected below the speed-increasing reducing pipe;
The honeycomb fuel nozzle comprises:
the conical shunt head is connected with the lower end of the inner pipe body;
The conical honeycomb nozzle is positioned below the conical flow dividing head and is provided with a compression gap with the conical flow dividing head, the conical honeycomb nozzle is provided with a plurality of spray holes which are arranged along the circumferential direction of the conical honeycomb nozzle, and the axial direction of each spray hole and the axial direction of the speed-increasing reducing pipe form a preset angle.
2. The top-blowing lance for an electronic scrap smelting apparatus in accordance with claim 1 wherein the diameters of the first section, the second section, and the third section are the same.

The top-blowing lance for an electronic scrap smelting apparatus in accordance with claim 2 wherein the portion of the second section above the throat of the electronic scrap smelting apparatus is a 304L stainless steel seamless tube and the portion of the second section below the throat of the electronic scrap smelting apparatus is a 310S stainless steel seamless tube.
4. The top-blowing spray gun for the electronic waste smelting device according to claim 1, wherein the inner pipe body is further provided with an end pressure induction interface extending out of the gun body shell, the gun body shell is further provided with a process air interface, and the fuel interface, the end pressure induction interface, the oxygen interface and the process air interface are all quick connectors made of 316 stainless steel.
5. The top-blowing lance for an electronic scrap smelting device in accordance with claim 4 further comprising:
the positioning step swirl piece is used for forming swirl in the gun body shell and is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the end pressure return pipe.
6. The top-blowing lance of claim 5 wherein the angle between the locating stepped swirl plate and the axial direction of the end pressure return pipe increases progressively from top to bottom.
7. The top-blowing lance for an electronic scrap smelting apparatus in accordance with claim 5 wherein the positioning step swirl vanes are a plurality and are spaced apart in the axial direction of the end pressure return pipe.
8. The top-blowing lance for an electronic scrap smelting apparatus in accordance with claim 5 further comprising:
The cyclone oxygen mixing device is positioned between the oxygen interface and the process air interface and comprises a plurality of seamless guide pipes which extend along the axial direction of the gun body shell in a spiral manner.
9. The top-blowing lance for an electronic scrap smelting apparatus in accordance with claim 8 wherein the direction of the spiral of the seamless draft tube is opposite to the direction of the spiral of the locating stepped swirl vanes.
10. The top-blowing lance for an electronic scrap smelting apparatus in accordance with claim 5 wherein the outer edge of the locating stepped swirl vane abuts against the inner surface of the lance housing.
11. The top-blowing lance for an electronic scrap smelting device in accordance with claim 1 further comprising:
The unloading force bearing buffer device comprises a movable bearing flange, a buffer cushion and a movable ring T-shaped bolt, wherein a connecting flange is arranged on the gun body shell, the movable bearing flange is installed on the connecting flange through the movable ring T-shaped bolt penetrating through the movable bearing flange and the connecting flange, the buffer cushion is clamped between the movable bearing flange and the connecting flange, and the movable bearing flange is used for being installed on the electronic waste smelting device.
12. The top-blowing lance defined in claim 11 wherein the inner peripheral surface of the movable load-bearing flange is spaced from the outer peripheral surface of the lance housing.
13. The top-blowing lance for an electronic scrap smelting device in accordance with claim 1 further comprising:
The main swirl piece is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the speed-increasing reducing pipe and spirally extends along the axial direction of the speed-increasing reducing pipe.
