Firstly, an operator moves the device to the side of a corner, the knocking device 16 is moved to the position above a mud block, the driving motor 12 is started, the driving motor 12 drives the pinion 13 to rotate, the pinion 13 rotates to drive the large gear 10 to rotate, the large gear 10 rotates to drive the knocking device 16 to operate through the connecting rod 11, the knocking device 16 operates to knock the mud block, the knocking device 16 breaks the mud block, the hairbrush 4 can prevent the mud block from being splashed on the wheel 2 to clamp the wheel, and the operator can push the device to move towards a front wall through the wheel 2 to break the mud block comprehensively. When all the mud blocks at the corner are broken, the driving motor 12 is turned off, the beating device 16 stops operating, the device stops moving, and the operator can process the broken mud blocks.
When the device moves to the wall, the knocking block 164 can move to the position above a mud block, the driving motor 12 is started, the large gear 10 rotates to drive the guide rod 163 to move up and down through the connecting rod 11, the guide rod 163 moves up and down to drive the knocking block 164 to move up and down, the knocking block 164 moves up and down to contact with the mud block to break the mud block, and an operator can push the device to move towards the front wall through the wheels 2 to break the mud block comprehensively. When the mud blocks at the corner are completely broken, the device stops moving, the driving motor 12 is turned off, and the striking block 164 stops moving up and down.
When the device moves to the wall, an operator can twist the knob 183 to rotate forwards according to the distance between a mud block and a corner of the wall, the knob 183 rotates forwards to drive the screw 182 to rotate forwards, the screw 182 rotates forwards to drive the support 185 to move leftwards through the bearing seat 184, the support 185 moves leftwards to drive the contact wheel 186 to move leftwards, the knob 183 stops being twisted when the contact wheel 186 moves leftwards to contact with the wall, and then when the beating block 164 moves upwards and downwards to break the mud block, the operator pushes the device to move forwards to break the mud block comprehensively, and the contact wheel 186 plays a guiding role in the device. Similarly, when the mud blocks at the corner are broken completely, the device stops moving, namely the knob 183 is turned reversely, and then the contact wheel 186 is driven to move rightwards to recover to the original position, and the knob 183 stops being turned. Therefore, the device can be prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the knocking block 164 is contacted with the wall surface due to deviation.
Firstly, an operator pours water into the box body 23 through the water adding pipe 22, the water is in contact with the water pump 19, then when the beating block 164 moves up and down to break the mud blocks, the water pump 19 can be started, the water pump 19 pumps the water in the box body 23 into the water outlet pipe 20, the water in the water outlet pipe 20 is sprayed out through the spray head 21, and then the water is sprayed on the mud blocks to wet the mud blocks. When the mud blocks at the corner are broken, the device stops moving, and the water pump 19 can be closed. Therefore, the dust can be prevented from flying everywhere to influence the surrounding environment.
When the beating block 164 breaks the mud block, the linear motor 24 is started to rotate reversely, the linear motor 24 rotates reversely to drive the rubber wheel 25 to rotate reversely, the rubber wheel 25 rotates reversely to contact with the mud block to sweep the mud block to the right side, and the arc-shaped plate 26 can prevent the mud block from being randomly scattered. When the mud blocks at the corners are completely broken, the linear motor 24 can be closed. So, make things convenient for operating personnel to handle the mud piece after the breakage more.
