Abstract
The invention discloses a panel assembly with a hidden mounting structure and an air conditioner, wherein the panel assembly comprises a panel; the connecting structure comprises a connecting tongue and a connecting column, wherein the first end of the connecting tongue is connected with the panel, the second end of the connecting tongue is connected with the connecting column, the connecting column is located on one side of the panel, and the whole position of the connecting structure is hidden in the device. The panel assembly of the invention has the advantages that the connecting structure is arranged on one side of the panel facing the inside of the equipment, the connecting structure can not be seen from the front of the panel, the purpose of hiding the mounting structure is achieved, and the structure is simple.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a panel assembly with a hidden mounting structure and an air conditioner.
Background
At present, most of air conditioners on the market do not have hidden designs on screws, but after a unit runs for a long time, the screw rust and the color of a panel are greatly different, so that the product image and the user impression are greatly influenced. Although some manufacturers have adopted the design of hiding screws, such as designing some nonfunctional parts for hiding screws, or by designing the assembly sequence of parts, such as the screws of one panel being shielded by another panel, to achieve screw hiding. in order to hide the panel screw, the extra nonfunctional parts are added, the structure is complex, the nonfunctional parts are often easy to be lost or discarded after the engineering is disassembled, and the extra parts increase the production cost and reduce the installation efficiency.

The invention discloses a panel assembly with a hidden mounting structure and an air conditioner, and solves the problem that a front hidden screw structure is complex.
According to one aspect of the present invention, a panel assembly is disclosed, comprising: a panel; the connecting structure comprises a connecting tongue and a connecting column, wherein the first end of the connecting tongue is connected with the panel, the second end of the connecting tongue is connected with the connecting column, the connecting column is located on one side of the panel, and the whole position of the connecting structure is hidden in the device.
Further, the connecting tongue is provided on the panel.
Further, a fixed inclined plane is arranged on the connecting column, and the connecting tongue is fixedly connected to the fixed inclined plane.
Further, the connecting tongue is formed with a folded edge which is folded towards the first side of the panel, the folded edge is provided with an installation inclined plane, and the installation inclined plane forms an included angle with the plane where the panel is positioned; the fixed inclined plane corresponds to the installation inclined plane, and the installation inclined plane is connected to the fixed inclined plane.
Further, a guide groove is formed in the connecting column, the position of the guide groove corresponds to the position of the fixed inclined plane, and the guide groove is used for guiding the installation inclined plane of the connecting tongue to the position of the fixed inclined plane.
Further, the number of the panels is at least two, every two panels are adjacently arranged, and the connecting structure is positioned at the adjacent position of the two adjacent panels.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated, but is not limited to, the following examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention discloses a panel assembly having a hidden mounting structure, comprising: a panel 10 and a connection structure, the panel 10 for mounting on a device, the panel 10 having a first side and a second side, the first side of the panel 10 facing the interior of the device and the second side of the panel 10 facing the exterior of the device; the connecting structure comprises a connecting tongue 20 and a connecting post 30, wherein a first end of the connecting tongue 20 is connected with the panel 10, a second end of the connecting tongue 20 is connected to the connecting post 30, the connecting post 30 is positioned on one side of the panel 10, and the whole position of the connecting structure is hidden in the device. The panel assembly of the invention can hide the whole of the connecting structure by arranging the connecting structure on the side of the panel 10 facing the inside of the equipment, and the connecting structure can not be seen from the front of the panel, thereby achieving the purpose of hiding the mounting structure.
In the above embodiment, the connection tongue 20 is provided on the panel 10, so that the provision of screws on the panel 10 can be avoided, and the whole of the connection structure can be better hidden.
In the above embodiment, the fixing inclined surface 31 is provided on the connecting post 30, and the connecting tongue 20 is fixedly connected to the fixing inclined surface 31. By providing the fixing inclined surface 31, the installation direction is changed, thereby facilitating the connection of the connection tongue 20 to the connection post 30.

In the above embodiment, the guide groove 33 is provided on the connecting post 30, the position of the guide groove 33 is set corresponding to the position of the fixing inclined surface 31, and the guide groove 33 is used for guiding the installation inclined surface 21 of the connecting tongue to the position of the fixing inclined surface 31. Claims (8)
1. A panel assembly, comprising:
a panel (10);
the connecting structure comprises a connecting tongue (20) and a connecting column (30), wherein a first end of the connecting tongue (20) is connected with the panel (10), a second end of the connecting tongue (20) is connected to the connecting column (30), the connecting column (30) is positioned on one side of the panel (10), and the whole position of the connecting structure is hidden in the device;
the number of the panels (10) is at least two, every two panels (10) are adjacently arranged, the connecting structure is positioned at the adjacent position of the two adjacent panels (10), each panel (10) is correspondingly connected with one connecting tongue (20), all the connecting tongues (20) are connected with one connecting post (30), at least one panel (10) is a grating plate (11), and the positions of the connecting tongues (20) are correspondingly arranged in a grating gap; the connecting posts (30) enable each panel (10) to be individually removed.
2. The panel assembly of claim 1, wherein the panel assembly comprises,
the connecting tongue (20) is arranged on the panel (10).
3. The panel assembly of claim 1, wherein the panel assembly comprises,
the connecting post (30) is provided with a fixed inclined plane (31), and the connecting tongue (20) is fixedly connected to the fixed inclined plane (31).
4. The panel assembly of claim 3, wherein the panel assembly comprises,
the connecting tongue (20) is provided with a folded edge which is bent towards the first side of the panel (10), the folded edge is provided with a mounting inclined plane (21), and the mounting inclined plane (21) forms an included angle with the plane where the panel (10) is positioned;
the fixed inclined plane (31) corresponds to the installation inclined plane (21), and the installation inclined plane (21) is connected to the fixed inclined plane (31).
5. The panel assembly of claim 4, wherein the panel assembly comprises,
the connecting post (30) is provided with a guide groove (33), the position of the guide groove (33) is corresponding to the position of the fixed inclined plane (31), and the guide groove (33) is used for guiding the installation inclined plane (21) of the connecting tongue to the position of the fixed inclined plane (31).
6. The panel assembly of claim 1, wherein the panel assembly comprises,
the connecting tongue (20) is connected to the connecting post (30) by means of a screw.
7. The panel assembly of claim 6, wherein the panel assembly comprises,
the panel (10) is provided with an operation port (12) for attaching and detaching the screw.
8. An air conditioner comprising the panel assembly of any one of claims 1 to 7.
