本发明提供了一种汽车内饰用无纺布,其特征在于,包括无纺布基材以及设置于所述无纺布基材上的隔热隔音层;所述无纺布基材、隔热隔音层通过压敏胶粘结;所述无纺布基材是由加聚物和缩聚物制成的复合纤维经过编织形成;所述加聚物是3‑丙烯基洛丹宁、五氟苄基甲基丙烯酸酯、1,1‑双(二乙氧基磷酰基)乙烯和丙烯腈通过共聚反应制成;所述缩聚物由2,7‑萘二羧酸、1,8‑萘二甲醇通过缩聚反应制成。本发明还公开了根据所述汽车内饰用无纺布的制备方法。本发明公开的汽车内饰用无纺布制备成本低廉,抗菌性能好,耐磨、防水、耐高温、阻燃、隔热隔音、抗老化性能优异。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车内饰用无纺布及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,人们生活水平不断提高,汽车已经成为外出交通的主要工具之一。人们对汽车的要求不仅仅是汽车本身的质量、功能及外观的优美,对汽车的内部装饰的要求也越来越高,不仅要求其耐磨性能和防水性能好,还要求其隔热隔音效果好、抗菌性能佳、耐高温阻燃效果显著。
汽车内饰主要是指汽车内部改装所用的汽车装饰用品,涉及到车内的方方面面,如防晒膜、握手套、地垫、防滑垫、坐垫和脚垫等。目前的汽车内饰材料主要材质是皮革和无纺布。皮革材质的汽车内饰的耐磨性能和防水性能较好,但相比传统的无纺布材质价格较昂贵,保养较繁琐。而传统的无纺布材质的汽车内饰虽然价格低廉,但防水、耐磨性能却远不如皮革制品,长期处于潮湿环境下会霉变,影响使用者的健康,另外,市面上的无纺布的生产工艺机械化程度低,制备的无纺布在高温条件下性质不稳定,使用寿命较短。除此之外,现有技术中汽车内饰材料还普遍存在耐高温、阻燃、隔热隔音、抗老化性能有待进一步提高的缺陷。
申请公开号为CN105398152A的中国发明专利公开了一种抗菌复合无纺布,该抗菌复合无纺布是通过添加抗菌腈纶纤维制成的。一方面,抗菌纤维是通过在普通纤维本体中加入抗菌母粒得到的,由于制造工艺受到限制,抗菌母粒的添加量受到限制,因此抗菌纤维的抗菌效果一般;另一方面,相比普通纤维,抗菌纤维的价格更高,抗菌纤维的加入增加了材料的成本。
因此,开发一种制备成本低廉,耐磨性能和防水性能好,耐高温、阻燃、隔热隔音、抗老化性能优异,抗菌效果显著的汽车内饰材料符合市场需求,具有广泛的市场价值和应用前景,对促进汽车内饰材料行业的发展具有非常重要的意义。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,本发明旨在提供一种制备成本低廉,抗菌性能好,耐磨、防水、耐高温、阻燃、隔热隔音、抗老化性能优异的汽车内饰用无纺布,同时提供了所述的汽车内饰用无纺布的制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种汽车内饰用无纺布,包括无纺布基材以及设置于所述无纺布基材上的隔热隔音层;所述无纺布基材、隔热隔音层通过压敏胶粘结;所述无纺布基材是由加聚物和缩聚物制成的复合纤维经过编织形成;所述加聚物是3-丙烯基洛丹宁、五氟苄基甲基丙烯酸酯、1,1-双(二乙氧基磷酰基)乙烯和丙烯腈通过共聚反应制成;所述缩聚物由2,7-萘二羧酸、1,8-萘二甲醇通过缩聚反应制成。
进一步地,所述无纺布基材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
Ⅰ加聚物的制备:将3-丙烯基洛丹宁、五氟苄基甲基丙烯酸酯、1,1-双(二乙氧基磷酰基)乙烯、丙烯腈和偶氮二异丁腈加入到高沸点溶剂中,在氮气或惰性气体氛围下搅拌反应4-6小时,后在水中沉出,用乙醇洗涤产物3-5次,再置于真空干燥箱80-90℃下干燥至恒重;
Ⅱ缩聚物的制备:将2,7-萘二羧酸、1,8-萘二甲醇和催化剂加入聚合反应釜内,启动搅拌,将压力调节至0.3-0.5MPa,温度升至230-240℃进行酯化反应3-5小时,后将真空度调整为50-100Pa,温度升至250-270℃下缩聚反应12-15h,反应结束后冷却至室温,在水中沉出,用乙醇洗涤产物3-5次,再置于真空干燥箱80-90℃下干燥至恒重;
Ⅲ复合纤维的制备:将经过步骤Ⅰ制得的加聚物和经过步骤Ⅱ制得的缩聚物分别加入到熔喷设备中,并设置加聚物和缩聚物的计量泵比例和喷出速度,加聚物和缩聚物通过喷丝头上的小孔按照设置的喷出速度喷出,形成复合纤维,复合纤维再经冷却、拉伸和定型即成纤维网状结构;
Ⅳ编织无纺布基材:将经过步骤Ⅲ制成的复合纤维铺网,然后进行针刺成型处理,得到无纺布基材。
优选地,步骤Ⅰ中所述3-丙烯基洛丹宁、五氟苄基甲基丙烯酸酯、1,1-双(二乙氧基磷酰基)乙烯、丙烯腈、偶氮二异丁腈、高沸点溶剂的质量比为1:1:1:2:(0.03-0.06):(20-25)。
优选地,所述高沸点溶剂选自二甲亚砜、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮中的一种或几种;所述惰性气体选自氦气、氖气、氩气中的一种。
优选地,步骤Ⅱ中所述2,7-萘二羧酸、1,8-萘二甲醇、催化剂的质量比为1.15:1:(0.5-0.8)。
优选地,所述催化剂选自乙二醇锑、醋酸锑、三氧化二锑中的一种或几种。
优选地,步骤Ⅲ中所述加聚物和缩聚物的计量泵比例为(2-4):1;所述喷出速度为10-18Kg/min。
进一步地,所述压敏胶由如下重量份的各原料通过熔融共混制成:聚氨酯20-30份、环氧树脂20-30份、嵌段共聚物热塑性弹性体25-35份、9,12,13-三羟基-10,11-环氧十八烷酸3-5份、无机填料5-10份。
优选地,所述无机填料选自纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛、滑石粉中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述隔热隔音层,由如下重量份的各组分通过双螺杆挤出机共混制成:超高密度聚乙烯纤维30-40份、纳米氧化锆3-8份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷5-10份、聚烯烃热塑性弹性体20-30份、引发剂1-3份。
优选地,所述引发剂选自偶氮二异丁腈、偶氮二异庚腈中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述汽车内饰用无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将无纺布基材两面分别涂布压敏胶,再叠合隔热隔音层,然后通过层压机进行层压后,在100-110℃下硬化15-25min,最后再在室温下硬化2-3天。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明提供的一种汽车内饰用无纺布,制备工艺简单,操作方便易行,制备成本低廉,适合大规模生产。
(2)本发明提供的一种汽车内饰用无纺布,克服了现有技术中的汽车内饰用无纺布或多或少存在的制备成本高,耐磨耐水性差,耐高温、阻燃、抗菌、隔热隔音、抗老化性能有待进一步提高的缺陷,具有制备成本低廉,抗菌性能好,耐磨、防水、耐高温、阻燃、隔热隔音、抗老化性能优异。
(3)本发明提供的一种汽车内饰用无纺布,采用加聚物和缩聚物形成的复合纤维编织形成无纺布基材,加聚物上的磷酸酯基与缩聚物上的羟基相互作用,使得两者相容性好,加聚物由3-丙烯基洛丹宁、五氟苄基甲基丙烯酸酯、1,1-双(二乙氧基磷酰基)乙烯、丙烯腈共聚制成,3-丙烯基洛丹宁结构的加入有效改善了无纺布的抗菌形成,含氟结构和含磷结构的引入,提高了无纺布的阻燃耐高温性能,各结构协同作用,使得无纺布综合性能更佳。
(4)本发明提供的一种汽车内饰用无纺布,采用的压敏胶中添加9,12,13-三羟基-10,11-环氧十八烷酸结构,含有较多活性基团,使得使用时交联方便快捷,各成分协同作用,使得其具有优异的机械性能和粘合性能,较好的温度稳定性、抗磨损性和吸噪音性能;隔热隔音层含有纳米氧化锆结构,与聚合物基体协同作用,使得无纺布隔热隔音效果显著,通过乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性超高密度聚乙烯纤维提高其加工流动性和与无纺布基材的粘结性能,有利于提高无纺布的综合性能。

实施例1
一种汽车内饰用无纺布,包括无纺布基材以及设置于所述无纺布基材上的隔热隔音层;所述无纺布基材、隔热隔音层通过压敏胶粘结;所述无纺布基材是由加聚物和缩聚物制成的复合纤维经过编织形成;所述加聚物是3-丙烯基洛丹宁、五氟苄基甲基丙烯酸酯、1,1-双(二乙氧基磷酰基)乙烯和丙烯腈通过共聚反应制成;所述缩聚物由2,7-萘二羧酸、1,8-萘二甲醇通过缩聚反应制成。
所述无纺布基材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
Ⅰ加聚物的制备:将3-丙烯基洛丹宁1kg、五氟苄基甲基丙烯酸酯1kg、1,1-双(二乙氧基磷酰基)乙烯1kg、丙烯腈2kg和偶氮二异丁腈0.03kg加入到二甲亚砜20kg中,在氮气氛围下搅拌反应4小时,后在水中沉出,用乙醇洗涤产物3次,再置于真空干燥箱80℃下干燥至恒重;
Ⅱ缩聚物的制备:将2,7-萘二羧酸1.15kg、1,8-萘二甲醇1kg和乙二醇锑0.5kg加入聚合反应釜内,启动搅拌,将压力调节至0.3MPa,温度升至230℃进行酯化反应3小时,后将真空度调整为50Pa,温度升至250℃下缩聚反应12h,反应结束后冷却至室温,在水中沉出,用乙醇洗涤产物3次,再置于真空干燥箱80℃下干燥至恒重;
Ⅲ复合纤维的制备:将经过步骤Ⅰ制得的加聚物和经过步骤Ⅱ制得的缩聚物分别加入到熔喷设备中,并设置加聚物和缩聚物的计量泵比例和喷出速度,加聚物和缩聚物通过喷丝头上的小孔按照设置的喷出速度喷出,形成复合纤维,复合纤维再经冷却、拉伸和定型即成纤维网状结构;所述加聚物和缩聚物的计量泵比例为2:1;所述喷出速度为10Kg/min;
Ⅳ编织无纺布基材:将经过步骤Ⅲ制成的复合纤维铺网,然后进行针刺成型处理,得到无纺布基材。
所述压敏胶由如下重量份的各原料通过熔融共混制成:聚氨酯20份、环氧树脂20份、嵌段共聚物热塑性弹性体25份、9,12,13-三羟基-10,11-环氧十八烷酸3份、纳米二氧化硅5份。

所述无纺布基材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
Ⅰ加聚物的制备:将3-丙烯基洛丹宁1kg、五氟苄基甲基丙烯酸酯1kg、1,1-双(二乙氧基磷酰基)乙烯1kg、丙烯腈2kg和偶氮二异丁腈0.04kg加入到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺21kg中,在氦气氛围下搅拌反应4.5小时,后在水中沉出,用乙醇洗涤产物3次,再置于真空干燥箱83℃下干燥至恒重;
Ⅱ缩聚物的制备:将2,7-萘二羧酸1.15kg、1,8-萘二甲醇1kg和醋酸锑0.6kg加入聚合反应釜内,启动搅拌,将压力调节至0.35MPa,温度升至233℃进行酯化反应3.5小时,后将真空度调整为70Pa,温度升至255℃下缩聚反应13h,反应结束后冷却至室温,在水中沉出,用乙醇洗涤产物4次,再置于真空干燥箱83℃下干燥至恒重;
Ⅲ复合纤维的制备:将经过步骤Ⅰ制得的加聚物和经过步骤Ⅱ制得的缩聚物分别加入到熔喷设备中,并设置加聚物和缩聚物的计量泵比例和喷出速度,加聚物和缩聚物通过喷丝头上的小孔按照设置的喷出速度喷出,形成复合纤维,复合纤维再经冷却、拉伸和定型即成纤维网状结构;所述加聚物和缩聚物的计量泵比例为2.5:1;所述喷出速度为12Kg/min;
Ⅳ编织无纺布基材:将经过步骤Ⅲ制成的复合纤维铺网,然后进行针刺成型处理,得到无纺布基材。
所述压敏胶由如下重量份的各原料通过熔融共混制成:聚氨酯23份、环氧树脂23份、嵌段共聚物热塑性弹性体27份、9,12,13-三羟基-10,11-环氧十八烷酸3.5份、纳米二氧化钛7份。
所述隔热隔音层,由如下重量份的各组分通过双螺杆挤出机共混制成:超高密度聚乙烯纤维33份、纳米氧化锆5份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷7份、聚烯烃热塑性弹性体23份、偶氮二异庚腈2份。

一种汽车内饰用无纺布,包括无纺布基材以及设置于所述无纺布基材上的隔热隔音层;所述无纺布基材、隔热隔音层通过压敏胶粘结;所述无纺布基材是由加聚物和缩聚物制成的复合纤维经过编织形成;所述加聚物是3-丙烯基洛丹宁、五氟苄基甲基丙烯酸酯、1,1-双(二乙氧基磷酰基)乙烯和丙烯腈通过共聚反应制成;所述缩聚物由2,7-萘二羧酸、1,8-萘二甲醇通过缩聚反应制成。
所述无纺布基材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
Ⅰ加聚物的制备:将3-丙烯基洛丹宁1kg、五氟苄基甲基丙烯酸酯1kg、1,1-双(二乙氧基磷酰基)乙烯1kg、丙烯腈2kg和偶氮二异丁腈0.045kg加入到N,N-二甲基乙酰胺23kg中,在氖气氛围下搅拌反应5小时,后在水中沉出,用乙醇洗涤产物4次,再置于真空干燥箱85℃下干燥至恒重;
Ⅱ缩聚物的制备:将2,7-萘二羧酸1.15kg、1,8-萘二甲醇1kg和三氧化二锑0.7kg加入聚合反应釜内,启动搅拌,将压力调节至0.42MPa,温度升至236℃进行酯化反应4小时,后将真空度调整为85Pa,温度升至260℃下缩聚反应13.5h,反应结束后冷却至室温,在水中沉出,用乙醇洗涤产物4次,再置于真空干燥箱86℃下干燥至恒重;

所述无纺布基材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

Ⅱ缩聚物的制备:将2,7-萘二羧酸1.15kg、1,8-萘二甲醇1kg和催化剂0.75kg加入聚合反应釜内,启动搅拌,将压力调节至0.45MPa,温度升至238℃进行酯化反应4.5小时,后将真空度调整为90Pa,温度升至265℃下缩聚反应14.5h,反应结束后冷却至室温,在水中沉出,用乙醇洗涤产物5次,再置于真空干燥箱88℃下干燥至恒重;所述催化剂是乙二醇锑、醋酸锑、三氧化二锑按质量比2:4:5混合而成的混合物;

一种汽车内饰用无纺布,包括无纺布基材以及设置于所述无纺布基材上的隔热隔音层;所述无纺布基材、隔热隔音层通过压敏胶粘结;所述无纺布基材是由加聚物和缩聚物制成的复合纤维经过编织形成;所述加聚物是3-丙烯基洛丹宁、五氟苄基甲基丙烯酸酯、1,1-双(二乙氧基磷酰基)乙烯和丙烯腈通过共聚反应制成;所述缩聚物由2,7-萘二羧酸、1,8-萘二甲醇通过缩聚反应制成。
所述无纺布基材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
Ⅰ加聚物的制备:将3-丙烯基洛丹宁1kg、五氟苄基甲基丙烯酸酯1kg、1,1-双(二乙氧基磷酰基)乙烯1kg、丙烯腈2kg和偶氮二异丁腈0.06kg加入到N-甲基吡咯烷酮25kg中,在氮气氛围下搅拌反应6小时,后在水中沉出,用乙醇洗涤产物5次,再置于真空干燥箱90℃下干燥至恒重;
Ⅱ缩聚物的制备:将2,7-萘二羧酸1.15kg、1,8-萘二甲醇1kg和醋酸锑0.8kg加入聚合反应釜内,启动搅拌,将压力调节至0.5MPa,温度升至240℃进行酯化反应5小时,后将真空度调整为100Pa,温度升至270℃下缩聚反应15h,反应结束后冷却至室温,在水中沉出,用乙醇洗涤产物5次,再置于真空干燥箱90℃下干燥至恒重;
Ⅲ复合纤维的制备:将经过步骤Ⅰ制得的加聚物和经过步骤Ⅱ制得的缩聚物分别加入到熔喷设备中,并设置加聚物和缩聚物的计量泵比例和喷出速度,加聚物和缩聚物通过喷丝头上的小孔按照设置的喷出速度喷出,形成复合纤维,复合纤维再经冷却、拉伸和定型即成纤维网状结构;所述加聚物和缩聚物的计量泵比例为4:1;所述喷出速度为18Kg/min;
Ⅳ编织无纺布基材:将经过步骤Ⅲ制成的复合纤维铺网,然后进行针刺成型处理,得到无纺布基材。
所述压敏胶由如下重量份的各原料通过熔融共混制成:聚氨酯30份、环氧树脂30份、嵌段共聚物热塑性弹性体35份、9,12,13-三羟基-10,11-环氧十八烷酸5份、纳米二氧化硅10份。
所述隔热隔音层,由如下重量份的各组分通过双螺杆挤出机共混制成:超高密度聚乙烯纤维40份、纳米氧化锆8份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷10份、聚烯烃热塑性弹性体30份、偶氮二异庚腈3份。
所述汽车内饰用无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将无纺布基材两面分别涂布压敏胶,再叠合隔热隔音层,然后通过层压机进行层压后,在110℃下硬化25min,最后再在室温下硬化3天。
对比例
一种耐高温阻燃型汽车内饰无纺布,按照中国发明专利CN106192205A实施例一的生产工艺制备而成。
对上述实施例1-5以及对比例所得无纺布进行测试,测试结果见表1,测试方法如下:
(1)断裂强力和断裂伸出率:根据GB/T24218.3《纺织品非织造布试验方法第3部分:断裂强力和断裂伸出率的测定(样条法)》检测无纺布的断裂强力以及断裂伸长率。
(2)抗菌性能:根据GB15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》检测无纺布的抑菌性能。
(3)阻燃性能:GB8624—88测试。
(4)隔热性能:根据GB/T10294-2008《绝热材料稳态热阻及有关特性的测定防护热板法》检测无纺布的导热系数。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰用无纺布,其特征在于,所述无纺布基材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
Ⅰ加聚物的制备:将3-丙烯基洛丹宁、五氟苄基甲基丙烯酸酯、1,1-双(二乙氧基磷酰基)乙烯、丙烯腈和偶氮二异丁腈加入到高沸点溶剂中,在氮气或惰性气体氛围下搅拌反应4-6小时,后在水中沉出,用乙醇洗涤产物3-5次,再置于真空干燥箱80-90℃下干燥至恒重;
Ⅱ缩聚物的制备:将2,7-萘二羧酸、1,8-萘二甲醇和催化剂加入聚合反应釜内,启动搅拌,将压力调节至0.3-0.5MPa,温度升至230-240℃进行酯化反应3-5小时,后将真空度调整为50-100Pa,温度升至250-270℃下缩聚反应12-15h,反应结束后冷却至室温,在水中沉出,用乙醇洗涤产物3-5次,再置于真空干燥箱80-90℃下干燥至恒重;
Ⅲ复合纤维的制备:将经过步骤Ⅰ制得的加聚物和经过步骤Ⅱ制得的缩聚物分别加入到熔喷设备中,并设置加聚物和缩聚物的计量泵比例和喷出速度,加聚物和缩聚物通过喷丝头上的小孔按照设置的喷出速度喷出,形成复合纤维,复合纤维再经冷却、拉伸和定型即成纤维网状结构;
Ⅳ编织无纺布基材:将经过步骤Ⅲ制成的复合纤维铺网,然后进行针刺成型处理,得到无纺布基材。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车内饰用无纺布,其特征在于,步骤Ⅰ中所述3-丙烯基洛丹宁、五氟苄基甲基丙烯酸酯、1,1-双(二乙氧基磷酰基)乙烯、丙烯腈、偶氮二异丁腈、高沸点溶剂的质量比为1:1:1:2:(0.03-0.06):(20-25);所述高沸点溶剂选自二甲亚砜、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车内饰用无纺布,其特征在于,步骤Ⅱ中所述2,7-萘二羧酸、1,8-萘二甲醇、催化剂的质量比为1.15:1:(0.5-0.8);所述催化剂选自乙二醇锑、醋酸锑、三氧化二锑中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰用无纺布,其特征在于,所述压敏胶由如下重量份的各原料通过熔融共混制成:聚氨酯20-30份、环氧树脂20-30份、嵌段共聚物热塑性弹性体25-35份、9,12,13-三羟基-10,11-环氧十八烷酸3-5份、无机填料5-10份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种汽车内饰用无纺布,其特征在于,所述无机填料选自纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛、滑石粉中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰用无纺布,其特征在于,所述隔热隔音层,由如下重量份的各组分通过双螺杆挤出机共混制成:超高密度聚乙烯纤维30-40份、纳米氧化锆3-8份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷5-10份、聚烯烃热塑性弹性体20-30份、引发剂1-3份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种汽车内饰用无纺布,其特征在于,所述引发剂选自偶氮二异丁腈、偶氮二异庚腈中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种汽车内饰用无纺布,其特征在于,所述汽车内饰用无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将无纺布基材两面分别涂布压敏胶,再叠合隔热隔音层,然后通过层压机进行层压后,在100-110℃下硬化15-25min,最后再在室温下硬化2-3天。
