Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an automotive interior kit according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a lighting module 10, an additional function switch module 20, and a plurality of panels. The panel is assembled with the lighting module 10 and/or the additional function switch module 20 to form an interior trim piece. That is, the interior trim is assembled by the panel and the lighting module 10, or the interior trim is assembled by the panel and the additional function switch module 20; alternatively, the interior trim piece is formed by assembling together the panel, the lighting module 10 and the additional function switch module 20.
Specifically, the panel includes at least a first panel 41 and a second panel 42, the first panel 41 is provided with a first mounting area 51 or a second mounting area 52, the second panel 42 includes a first mounting area 51 and a second mounting area 52, the first mounting area 51 is used for mounting the lighting module 10, and the second mounting area 52 is used for mounting the additional function switch module 20.
In the implementation process, various automobile interior parts can be assembled by the automobile interior kit. The automobile interior trim set can be assembled with at least two interior trim lamps and an additional functional switch component.
In one of the assembly methods, the panel is assembled with the lighting module 10, so that an interior light can be formed. For example, in one possible embodiment, the panel is the first panel 41, only the first installation region 51 is provided on the first panel 41, and the lighting module 10 is installed on the first installation region 51 of the first panel 41, so that the lighting module 10 and the first panel 41 are assembled to form an interior lamp. The interior lamp can be used as an automobile interior part to be installed in an automobile and used as a reading lamp.

Specifically, in one possible embodiment, the panel is the second panel 42, the first installation area 51 and the second installation area 52 are both arranged on the second panel 42, the lighting module 10 is installed on the first installation area 51 of the second panel 42, and the additional function switch module 20 is installed on the second installation area 52 of the second panel 42, so that the interior trim part with the lighting function and the additional function switch is formed.
As shown in fig. 8, the second interior lamp is formed by assembling the second panel 42, the lighting module 10 and the additional function switch module 20, the lighting module 10 is mounted on the first mounting area 51 of the second panel 42, and the additional function switch module 20 is mounted on the second mounting area 52 of the second panel 42, so that the interior lamp having not only the lighting function but also the additional function switch is formed, and the interior lamp can be applied to a vehicle having a relatively high requirement for the arrangement of the interior lamp.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the panel may further include a third panel 43, and a third interior lamp is assembled by the third panel 43 and the lighting module 10. Specifically, the third panel 43 includes the first mounting region 51, and the third panel 43 is provided with the eyeglass case 30. As shown in fig. 9, the third interior lamp is composed of the third panel 43 and the lighting module 10, and the lighting module 10 is mounted to the first mounting region 51 of the third panel 43, thereby forming an interior lamp having both a lighting function and a glasses receiving function.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the panel may further include a fourth panel 44, and a fourth interior lamp is assembled by the fourth panel 44 together with the lighting module 10 and the additional function switch module 20. Specifically, the fourth panel 44 includes a first mounting area 51 and a second mounting area 52, and the fourth panel 44 has the eyeglass case 30 disposed thereon. As shown in fig. 10, the fourth interior lamp is formed by assembling the fourth panel 44, the lighting module 10 and the additional function switch module 20, the lighting module 10 is mounted on the first mounting region 51 of the fourth panel 44, and the additional function switch module 20 is mounted on the second mounting region 52 of the fourth panel 44, thereby forming the interior lamp having not only the lighting function and the glasses housing function but also the additional function switch.
With reference to fig. 10, on the fourth panel 44, the first mounting area 51 on the fourth panel 44, the second mounting area 52 on the fourth panel 44 and the glasses case 30 on the fourth panel 44 are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the fourth panel 44 (i.e. the second mounting area 52 is located between the first mounting area 51 and the glasses case 30). Of course, the second mounting area 52 on the fourth panel 44, the first mounting area 51 on the fourth panel 44, and the eyeglass case 30 on the fourth panel 44 may be arranged in sequence along the length direction of the fourth panel 44 (i.e., the first mounting area 51 is located between the second mounting area 52 and the eyeglass case 30); or the first mounting section 51 of the fourth panel 44, the eyeglass case 30 of the fourth panel 44, and the second mounting section 52 of the fourth panel 44 are arranged in series along the length of the fourth panel 44 (i.e., the eyeglass case 30 is positioned between the first mounting section 51 and the second mounting section 52).
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present embodiment, the lighting module 10 includes a first housing 11, and a lamp body 12 and a control switch 13 are mounted on the first housing 11. Specifically, an opening is formed in the first housing 11, a first circuit board is disposed in the first housing 11, the lamp body 12 and the control switch 13 are respectively connected to the first circuit board, and both the lamp body 12 and the control switch 13 are exposed out of the opening of the first housing 11. The number of the control switches 13 may be one or more, and when the number of the control switches 13 is one, the control switches 13 are used to control the opening and closing of the lamp body 12. When the number of the control switches 13 is plural, the plural control switches 13 are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the first housing 11, and the control functions of the different control switches 13 are different, for example, one control switch 13 is used for controlling the open/close state of the lamp body 12, and the other control switch 13 is used for controlling the brightness increase/decrease of the lamp body 12. Such a lighting module 10 may be used in any of the above-described embodiments of the automotive interior kit.
In any of the above solutions, further, the lighting module 10 may further include a microphone 14, and the microphone 14 is mounted to the first housing 11. Specifically, the sound receiving port side of the microphone 14 is exposed from the first housing 11, and the microphone 14 is connected to the first circuit board. The control switch 13 further comprises at least one control switch 13 for controlling the on/off state function of the microphone 14.
As shown in fig. 10, the number of the microphones 14 is two, and the two microphones 14 are respectively disposed on two sides of the plurality of control switches 13, that is, the microphones 14 and the control switches 13 are disposed in the same row. Among the plurality of control switches 13, the control switch 13 closest to the microphone 14 is used to control the on/off state of the microphone 14.
In the present embodiment, the additional function switch module 20 may include one or more of a skylight switch 22, a sunshade curtain switch 23, and an emergency call-for-help switch 24.
Specifically, the additional function switch module 20 includes a second housing 21, a second circuit board is installed in the second housing 21, and the function switches in the additional function switch module 20 are all connected to the second circuit board.
Further, the second housing 21 includes an opening, and a surface of the function switch is exposed to the opening of the second housing 21. The second housing 21 is further provided with a wire passing hole, and the second circuit board is provided with a lead wire, which extends out of the wire passing hole to be connected with other structures or a control system in the automobile so as to control the other structures.
Further, the additional function switch may further include one or more backup switches 25, in some vehicle types, the backup switches 25 do not have a control function, and in some vehicle types, the backup switches 25 have a control function, and may be specifically connected according to a specific configuration in the vehicle. For example, in some vehicle models, the backup switch 25 may be used to control the air conditioner.
As shown in fig. 2, the second housing 21 is provided with a plurality of function switches in sequence along the longitudinal direction. In a specific arrangement, six function switches are arranged along the length direction of the second shell 21, the first and the sixth function switches are counted from one end to the other end and are respectively an emergency help-seeking switch 24, the third function switch is a skylight switch 22, the fourth function switch is a sunshade curtain switch 23, and the second function switch and the fourth function switch are respectively a standby switch 25.

In one embodiment of this embodiment, the lighting device is removably mounted to a first mounting area 51 of the panel and the additional function switch module 20 is removably mounted to a second mounting area 52 of the panel.
In one possible implementation of this embodiment, the automobile interior trim set further includes a cover plate for covering the second mounting area 52. With this arrangement, the lighting module 10 and the additional function switch module 20 may be mounted on the second panel 42 and the fourth panel 44 at the same time, or only the lighting module 10 may be mounted. When only the lighting module 10 is mounted on the second panel 42 or the fourth panel 44, the cover plate may be covered on the second mounting region 52. That is, the interior lamp mounted in the automobile in the second embodiment is any one of the interior lamps in the interior kit provided in the first embodiment. The interior lamp is installed in the compartment of the automobile as a ceiling lamp (or a reading lamp). Alternatively, the additional function switch component mounted in the automobile in the second embodiment is any one of the additional function switch components in the interior trim set provided in the first embodiment.

a first panel only provided with a first installation area and a lighting module are assembled to form an interior trim part with an interior trim lamp, wherein the lighting module is installed on the first installation area of the first panel;
a first panel only provided with a second mounting area and an additional function switch module are assembled to form an interior trim part with an additional function switch, and the additional function switch module is mounted to the second mounting area of the first panel;
the second panel, the lighting module and the additional function module which are simultaneously provided with the first installation area and the second installation area are assembled to form the interior trim part with a lighting function and an additional function switch, the lighting module is installed in the first installation area of the second panel, and the additional function switch module is installed in the second installation area of the second panel;
the lighting module comprises a first shell, a lamp body and a control switch are mounted on the first shell, an opening is formed in the first shell, and the lamp body and the control switch are exposed out of the opening of the first shell; the additional function switch module comprises a second shell, a plurality of function switches are sequentially arranged on the second shell along the length direction, the additional function switch module comprises one or more of a skylight switch, a sun-shading curtain switch and an emergency help switch, and the additional function switch further comprises one or more standby switches.

5. The automotive interior kit of claim 1, wherein the lighting module further comprises a microphone mounted to the first housing.

The automobile interior trim set according to claim 5, wherein the number of the control switches is plural, and the plural control switches are sequentially arranged along a length direction of the first housing; the number of the microphones is two, and the two microphones are respectively arranged on two sides of the plurality of control switches.
7. An automobile, characterized by comprising a body, wherein an interior part of the automobile interior kit according to any one of claims 1 to 6 is provided in a compartment of the body.
