Technical Field

Background

In order to improve the security level of buildings and ensure the safe and orderly operation of elevators, elevators in a plurality of buildings are provided with elevator taking authority management systems. The elevator taking authority management for the external visitor mainly comprises the following modes:

1) the visitor contacts the property management center, and the property management center checks the visitor and then issues a temporary card;

2) the visitor contacts the interviewee, and the interviewee goes downstairs to connect the visitor to go upstairs;

3) the special device is arranged at the resident, the visitor contacts the resident after arriving, and the resident starts elevator service for the visitor through the special device.

Of the three methods, the first two methods are time-consuming and labor-consuming and inefficient, and the third method requires a special device at each household, which involves many aspects such as manufacturing, wiring, installation and maintenance of the device, and therefore, the cost is high, and the device needs to be inserted in advance in the building construction stage, and is not suitable for the requirements of later reconstruction and the like.

In order to overcome the defects of the mode, the Chinese invention patent CN101927920B proposes that a permission generating unit generates a temporary authorization code according to a preset method and sends the temporary authorization code to a control unit, and then the control unit controls an elevator. In addition, the chinese patent application CN102205921A proposes that the visitor contacts the resident, the elevator control module generates a temporary password and sets the authority of the password to access the floor after the resident confirms, and the visitor obtains the temporary password and inputs the temporary password to complete the elevator taking. However, both methods still have disadvantages:

(1) the process is complex, and comprises the processes of applying for by the visitor, confirming the resident, generating a temporary authorization code (or password), sending the temporary authorization code (or password) to the visitor and the like;

(2) the temporary authorization code (or password) is generated by the authority generating unit (or elevator control module), and the visitor passively accepts the temporary authorization code, so that once the temporary authorization code is lost or mistakenly deleted, a complex process needs to be repeated.

As shown in fig. 1, the elevator visitor permission management system of the present invention includes a visitor terminal, a resident terminal, a permission management center, and a visitor characteristic information acquisition unit, wherein the visitor terminal generates visitor characteristic information, generates and outputs visitor terminal visitor application information to the resident terminal, and simultaneously allows the visitor to submit the visitor characteristic information to the visitor characteristic information acquisition unit; the resident side receives the visitor application information of the visitor, generates and outputs the visitor application information of the resident side to the authority management center; the visitor characteristic information acquisition unit acquires visitor characteristic information by using the visitor and sends the visitor characteristic information to the authority management center; and the authority management center checks the visitor application information of the resident terminal and the visitor characteristic information acquired by the visitor characteristic information acquisition unit and outputs a comparison result to the elevator control device, and the elevator control device determines whether to provide elevator service for the visitor according to the comparison result.

The visitor profile and the resident profile may be the same or different. Different feature information may be distinguished from corresponding units constituting the guest side and/or the resident side.
