Optionally, the main body 01 and the sound insulation board 02 are connected by a sliding rail structure, and the sound insulation board 02 slides along the main body 01 to protrude from the first side surface by the sliding rail structure.
For example, the track structure may include a first track member disposed on the body, which may be a track seat, and a second track member disposed on the baffle, which may be a slider; the first slide rail member is a slide rail seat and the second slide rail member may be a slide plate; the first slide rail part and the second slide rail part can be both U-shaped slide rails which are matched for use. The slide rail structure may further include a third slide rail member, and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. The third slide rail component is used for assisting the second slide rail component to slide along the first slide rail component, and the third slide rail component is a ball for example. The size, material, shape, etc. of the first slide rail component, the second slide rail component, and the third slide rail component are determined according to actual needs, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the number of the slide rail structure, the first slide rail part, the second slide rail part, and the third slide rail part is not limited, and is determined according to actual needs.
The acoustic celotex board assembly is at the back of main part, is connected through first slide rail part and second slide rail part between acoustic celotex board and the main part, and first slide rail part assembles in the main part, and second slide rail part assembles on the acoustic celotex board, and first slide rail part and second slide rail part cooperation control acoustic celotex board move along the main part. After the baffle moves a first distance along the body, the baffle is in a first state with the baffle protruding from the first side. The first distance may be equal to the distance that the baffle-board projects from the first side, i.e. the edge of the baffle-board opposite the first side is aligned with the first side when said baffle-board does not project from the first side; the first distance may also be equal to the distance that the baffle-board protrudes from the first side surface, i.e. the edge of the baffle-board opposite to the first side surface may be lower than the first side surface when the baffle-board does not protrude from the first side surface.
Alternatively, the slide rail structure may be provided outside the main body, for example, the slide rail structure includes a first slide rail member provided on the back surface of the main body and a second slide rail member provided on the first surface (the surface opposite to the back surface of the main body) of the baffle plate. Reference may be made to the related art, which is not described herein in detail.
Optionally, the sliding rail structure is disposed inside the main body 01.
Further optionally, the slide rail structure includes a first slide rail member disposed inside the main body and a second slide rail member disposed on the first surface of the baffle (the surface opposite to the back surface of the main body). For example, the first slide rail member is disposed on an inner surface (a surface opposite to a back surface of the main body) of the battery cover of the main body, or disposed on the battery inside the main body, or disposed on a support structure inside the main body, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention. At this time, a through hole is also formed in the battery cover plate of the main body, and the second slide rail part is assembled with the first slide rail part through the through hole.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 6 (including a top view of the inner surface of the battery cover 015 and a top view of the first surface of the noise isolation plate 02), the slide rail structure includes a first slide rail part 016 disposed on the inner surface of the battery cover 015 and a second slide rail part 021 disposed on the first surface of the noise isolation plate 02, a through hole is further disposed at a position adjacent to the first slide rail part 016 on the battery cover 015, and the second slide rail part 021 is assembled with the first slide rail part 016 through the through hole during the assembling process.
The sliding rail structure is arranged in the main body, so that the Z-direction space of the mobile terminal can be saved, and the mobile terminal is more attractive.
Optionally, the slide rail structure is provided with a damping component. The damping member may be disposed on the first rail member or the second rail member. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 7, a damping member 0211 is provided on the second slide member.
The number, size, material, shape, etc. of the damping components can be determined according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited.
Exemplarily, the damping part can be the silica gel interference fit that increases in the structural part of slide rail, for example the damping part can be the silica gel arch of setting on the structure of slide rail, the size of damping force of damping part can be controlled can not remove by oneself at the acoustic celotex board, move up and down through the promotion of staff gently, or move up and down through servo motor's promotion.
The damping member can prevent the problem that the soundproof plate is displaced (constantly moved) at will during use.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8 (a planar view of the combination of the battery cover plate 015 and the soundproof plate 02, and a partially enlarged view of the planar view in a ratio of 4: 1) or fig. 9 (including (a) a top view of the rear surface of the mobile terminal 00 in fig. 9 and (b) a top view of the first surface of the soundproof plate in fig. 9), a stopper 017 is provided on the rear surface of the main body 01 (for example, the rear surface of the battery cover plate 015), and a stopper groove 022 is provided on the soundproof plate 02; the limit stop 017 is located in the limit groove 022, and the length of the limit groove 022 limits the maximum sliding distance of the slide rail structure.
Illustratively, the slide rail structure moves to drive the limiting groove to move, the limiting block is fixed (the limiting block can also be said to move relative to the limiting groove), and the length of the limiting groove limits the maximum sliding distance of the slide rail structure.
The size, shape, material and the like of the limit stop can be determined according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited. The size of the limit stop is determined by combining the size of the limit groove, the maximum moving distance of the first slide rail and the like.
The size of the limit groove is determined by combining the size of the limit stop, the maximum moving distance of the first slide rail and the like, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited.
Set up limit stop at the back of main part to and set up the spacing groove that uses with the limit stop cooperation on the acoustic celotex board, can prevent that the acoustic celotex board from because of gliding distance overlength, drops after exceeding the stroke of slide rail.
It should be noted that: those skilled in the art can also set the limit stop on the sound insulation board, and set the limit groove on the back of the main body, which is the same as the above-mentioned setting of setting the limit stop on the back of the main body and setting the limit groove on the sound insulation board, and is not repeated here.
Optionally, if the slide rail structure comprises a slide rail seat and a slide block, a limit stop can be arranged on the slide rail seat, when the slide block slides on the slide rail seat, the slide block stops sliding when contacting the limit stop, and the sound insulation board stops sliding.
Alternatively, the limit stopper is fixed to the rear surface of the main body (e.g., the rear surface of the battery cover plate) by means of screws, adhesives, welding, etc., and preferably, the limit stopper is fixed to the rear surface of the main body by means of screws, which facilitates disassembly and maintenance. Optionally, the limiting groove and the sound insulation board are integrally formed, and separate installation is not needed.
Because in the process of assembly, need assemble the relation of first slide rail and second slide rail earlier, limit stop needs the back to be assembled on the back of main part through the screw alone. Therefore, the limit stop block on the main body, the first slide rail and the second slide rail on the sound insulation board can be conveniently matched and assembled.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9 (including fig. 9 (a) and 9 (b)), a transparent area 023 is provided on the baffle plate 02, the transparent area 023 being disposed opposite to an area where the camera is disposed on the back surface of the main body 01.
The material of the transparent area may be transparent glass or plastic, and refer to the related art specifically, but the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. The shape, size, etc. of the transparent region may be determined according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
Because the acoustic celotex board is moving to protrusion in first side during operation, can not have the through-hole (the through-hole can leak the sound) on the region of protrusion in first side, need be complete baffle region, prevent to leak the sound and lead to the sound separation inefficacy, but this region again blocks the camera at the main part back when contracting below the first side. Therefore, the transparent area is arranged at the position, corresponding to the camera, on the sound insulation board, and the camera can be prevented from being influenced to take a picture.
Alternatively, a sound reflecting member or a sound absorbing member is provided on a first surface of the baffle plate 02, and the first surface of the baffle plate 02 is disposed opposite to a back surface of the main body 01 (for example, a back surface of the battery cover plate 015). Illustratively, as shown in fig. 9 (b) or fig. 10, the baffle 02 is provided with a reflective sound part 024 on a first surface thereof.
The sound-reflecting component may be a rugged, scattered, rough texture-like structure made with a mold. The material of the sound reflecting component can be determined according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited. When sound contacts the sound-reflecting member on the baffle, the diffuse reflection at different positions can be mutually offset, so that the sound cannot be transmitted to the back of the main body, and the effect of further improving the sound leakage prevention of the baffle is achieved.
For example, the sound absorbing component may be a sound absorbing foam, and the shape and material of the sound absorbing component may be determined according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. The sound absorbing member is a member that absorbs sound when it comes into contact with the sound absorbing member on the baffle plate, and therefore, sound cannot be transmitted to the back surface of the main body, thereby further improving the sound leakage preventing effect of the baffle plate.
Optionally, the main body 01 includes a sound generating module communicated with the sound guiding hole, and the sound generating module is a receiver or a speaker.
The sound production module is an electroacoustic transducer, namely a device for assembling an electric signal into a sound signal. On the basis of solving the problem of sound leakage design of a sound guide hole of the mobile terminal, the volume of a sound production module of the mobile terminal can be made larger, even the sound production module can be directly made into a loudspeaker, so that the sound production of the upper loudspeaker and the lower loudspeaker is met, and the stereo of the mobile terminal is realized; or on the basis of solving mobile terminal leading sound hole and leaking sound, regard the speaker as the sound production module in the mobile terminal, replace the speaker sound production of mobile terminal afterbody to can remove the speaker of mobile terminal afterbody, for the mobile terminal afterbody provides more sufficient space, satisfy the demand of later stage mobile terminal 5G antenna or big battery capacity, practical benefit is more.
Optionally, the maximum distance (raised height) of the first side surface of the sound insulation board 02 protruding from the main body is within a range of 10mm to 20 mm.
The rising height of the sound insulation board is within the range of 10 mm-20 mm, and a sealed cavity is just formed between the sound insulation board and the ear of a user, so that the effect is better. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 10, the rising height of the baffle 02 is 15mm, which is the best effect, too high can affect the user experience, and too low can not achieve the effect of sound leakage prevention.
Alternatively, the shape and size of the soundproof plate 02 are the same as those of the rear surface of the main body 01 (for example, the rear surface of the battery cover plate 015), and the material of the soundproof plate 02 is plastic or metal.
The embodiment of the invention provides a mobile terminal, which comprises: the sound guide hole is arranged on the first side face of the main body, or the sound guide hole is arranged on the front face of the main body and the edge adjacent to the first side face of the main body; the first side surface is one of surfaces of the main body except for the back surface of the main body and the front surface of the main body, and the sound insulation board protrudes out of the first side surface when the sound insulation board is in the first state. According to the scheme, when the sound insulation board is in the first state, the sound insulation board protrudes out of the first side face, so that when sound is transmitted from the sound guide hole in the main body, the sound insulation board can block the sound from being transmitted towards the back face of the main body, people behind the mobile terminal cannot hear personal information of the user, and the problem that the personal information of the user is leaked is avoided. Therefore, the scheme can solve the problem that the personal information of the user is possibly leaked by the mobile terminal in the prior art; meanwhile, the sound can be reflected to the direction of human ears, the concentration ratio of the sound is enhanced, and the volume is increased.
