In the electronic agreement online display method of the exemplary embodiment of the invention, the unified management of the service types and the agreement terms is realized, the service system of each service type is not required to maintain the contents of the agreement terms by itself, and the association of the service types and the agreement terms and the update of the agreement terms can be uniformly and timely embodied in the displayed electronic agreement list and the contents of the agreement terms, thereby greatly reducing the maintenance cost of each item needing to be accessed into the agreement terms, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the display of the terms contents, ensuring the stability of each service system and timely, efficiently and uniformly responding to the check of each service agreement term by a legal person.
The following describes schematic diagrams of the electronic protocol online display method according to the embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 2 to 5, and further describes the above steps.
Specifically, and referring first to FIG. 2, FIG. 2 shows a schematic diagram of an online exposure electronic protocol, in accordance with a specific embodiment of the present invention.
In fig. 2, agreement clause information that needs to be configured for each business type (each business type may have its own individual business system) is controlled by an agreement clause management platform 203, for example, business type a202 needs to present an electronic agreement list to a user (e.g., user a 201), the electronic agreement list includes agreement clause 1, agreement clause 2, and agreement clause 3 (i.e., business type a associates agreement clause 1, agreement clause 2, and agreement clause 3), and business type D202 needs to present an electronic agreement list to a user (e.g., user c 201), the electronic agreement list includes agreement clause 3 and agreement clause 6 (i.e., business type D associates agreement clause 3 and agreement clause 6). The association relationship between the service types and the agreement terms may be configured at the agreement term management platform 203, or may be configured in the service system of each service type 202, which is not limited by the present invention. In this embodiment, the agreement term management platform 203 implements configuration management of each service type and agreement term, and if a service type needs to be added or removed, the agreement term management platform 203 only needs to modify the configuration to respond in real time.
The agreement clause management platform 203 may record and save the user's read clause behavior (e.g., reference numeral 205) as required by the type of access service. For example, in this embodiment, the user a 201 reads the agreement clause 3 in both the service type a and the service type B, and both the two systems need the platform to record the read behavior of the user, then the platform will record information according to the dimensionality of the user and the service type, the platform provides the user agreement record query to the outside, and the service system of the service type can perform relevant logic processing according to the query information.
The service operation system 204 can flexibly upload or update the agreement information on the agreement clause management platform 203, for example, if the common agreement clause 3 needs to be upgraded, the service operation system 204 communicates with the agreement clause management platform 203 to modify and change at one time, and the accessed service systems of each service type display the latest clause information in real time. For another example, if the association relationship between the agreement clause 1 and the service type a is updated, the service operating system 204 communicates with the agreement clause management platform 203 to determine that the agreement clause 1 is no longer associated with the service type a, and the service system of the service type a can display the latest electronic agreement list in real time. And each service system does not need to pay attention to related change of terms and the matching on-line, so that the operation cost and risk are greatly reduced, and the stability of each application system is ensured.
Fig. 3 shows a timing diagram of an electronic protocol online exhibition method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 illustrates the interaction between a front end 301 (e.g., a user's mobile terminal, laptop, desktop, etc.), a business system 302, and a agreement platform 303 (i.e., the agreement clause management platform 203 shown in fig. 2).
In this embodiment, the presentation form in which each agreement provision has been configured in the agreement platform 303 is a static form or a dynamic form. Specifically, in some embodiments, the terms of the agreement are fixed in their presentation regardless of the type of business associated; in other embodiments, terms of the agreement may need to be presented in different forms when associated with different types of business. In the above embodiments, the presentation form of the terms of the agreement may be configured in the type of service associated therewith. Thus, the step S120 of fig. 1 of forming the at least one agreement term into an electronic agreement list for display further includes: according to the configuration of the service type, showing the agreement terms in the electronic agreement list in a static form by adopting a static link; and displaying the agreement terms in the electronic agreement list in a dynamic form by adopting dynamic links according to the configuration of the service type. Specifically, the static form of the agreement clause shows that the text content viewed by different users is the same; the dynamic form of the agreement clause shows that the text content viewed by different users is changed at least partially according to the users who viewed the clauses.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the user selects to view the electronic protocol list of a certain service type at the front end 301 in step S311. The service system 302 of the service type executes step S312 to obtain the electronic protocol list associated with the service type. The agreement platform 302 executes step S313 to determine whether agreement terms are configured for the service type in the agreement platform 302. If no agreement terms are configured for the business type at the agreement platform 302, the business system 302 executes step S314 to return the list of no valid electronic agreements. The front end 301 performs step S315 without showing the electronic protocol list. If it is determined in step S313 that the agreement terms are configured for the service type on the agreement platform 302, the agreement platform 302 executes step S316 to determine whether the agreement terms associated with the current service type are dynamically displayed according to the configuration of the service type. If the agreement platform 302 determines that the agreement terms associated with the current service type need to be statically displayed, the agreement platform 302 executes step S317 to acquire the agreement term information. After the business system 302 executes the headquarters S318, the names of the terms of the respective agreements and the static links (static URLs) of the static agreements in the statically presented electronic agreement list are returned. The front end 301 executes step S319, displays the statically displayed electronic agreement list, and clicks the statically displayed agreement terms based on the agreement terms in the statically displayed electronic agreement list by the user. If the agreement platform 302 determines that the agreement terms associated with the current service type need to be dynamically displayed, the agreement platform 302 executes step S320 to replace the static links in the agreement term information with dynamic links (dynamic URLs). The service system 302 executes step S321 to return the names of the terms of the respective agreements in the dynamically displayed electronic agreement list and the dynamic links (dynamic URLs) of the dynamic agreements. The front end 301 executes step S322 to display the dynamically displayed electronic agreement list, and dynamically displays the agreement terms based on the selection of each agreement term in the dynamically displayed electronic agreement list by the user. Specifically, in the above steps S319 and S322, when the user clicks the static/dynamic link, the user jumps to the static/dynamic presentation of the terms of the agreement. Specifically, in this embodiment, names of the protocol terms are displayed in the electronic agreement list, the URL corresponding to each protocol term is assigned to the hyperlink of each protocol click trigger event, and when the user clicks and views a protocol of a certain term, the protocol is divided into static protocol display and dynamic protocol display according to the type of the URL. When the user clicks to view the contents of a specific agreement term, the static agreement terms, that is, the contents of the agreement document viewed by each user, are consistent, and when the electronic agreement list is displayed, the agreement platform 303 has returned the static URL of the agreement terms to the front end 301. When the user clicks and views, the protocol clause content which is uploaded remotely by the file storage system is directly displayed to the user.
The dynamic presentation of terms of a protocol will be described in conjunction with fig. 4, where fig. 4 shows a timing diagram of a dynamic protocol online presentation, according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 4 shows the interaction between a front end 401 (which is the same as front end 301 in fig. 3), a dynamic URL resolution module 402 (dynamic link resolution module) and a agreement platform 403 (i.e., agreement clause management platform 203 shown in fig. 2). Specifically, in this embodiment, the step of dynamically displaying the agreement terms in the electronic agreement list by using the dynamic link includes the following steps: converting the static link to the terms of the agreement into a dynamic link (this step is shown in FIG. 3); making the dynamic link of the agreement clause contain information to be filled in the agreement clause; analyzing the dynamic link to acquire the information to be filled in the agreement clause; and filling the information to be filled in the agreement clause into the agreement clause so as to display the agreement clause. The information to be filled in the terms of the agreement may be, for example, information of the user.
Specifically, the front end 401 executes step S411 to check a certain dynamically exposed agreement term. The dynamic URL parsing module 402 executes step S412 to parse whether the user information in the dynamic URL is empty. If it is determined in step S412 that the user information in the dynamic URL is not empty, the user information carried in the dynamic URL is obtained. The agreement platform 403 assembles the user information into the agreement terms into dynamically exposed agreement terms at step S414. Preferably, the user information may also be desensitized for display at step S414. The dynamic URL parsing module 402 executes step S416 to return the contents of the assembled and dynamically displayed agreement clause. The front end 401 executes step S417 to dynamically display the contents of the agreement provision. If the user information in the dynamic URL is determined to be empty in step S412, the service system 402 may query a third-party system for information of real-name authentication of the user in step S415. Then, the above steps S414, S416, and S417 are continuously executed.
Specifically, the agreement clause shown in dynamic form has a plurality of slots to be filled, and the step S414 further includes the step of filling the information of the agreement clause to be filled into the corresponding slot. Further, this step may be implemented by aligning an order of information to be filled in the protocol term with an order of the plurality of slots to be filled, and thus, the above step may be implemented by sequentially filling the information to be filled in the protocol term into the corresponding slots. In still other embodiments, the information to fill in the agreement clause has a first field name, the slot to be filled in has a second field name, and the information to fill in the agreement clause is filled in the slot when the first field name and the second field name match. Therefore, the information can be accurately filled in the vacant positions in a field name matching mode.
The present invention also enables online signing of dynamic protocols, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 showing a timing diagram for online signing of dynamic protocols according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 5 shows the interaction between a business system 501, a protocol platform 502, an object store server 503, and a cloud sign-on platform 504.
The business system 501 first executes step S511 to generate an agreement signing message. The agreement platform 502 executes step S512, receives the agreement signing message, and continues to execute step S513 to determine whether the agreement clause of the service line configuration needs to be signed, if not, uploads the unsigned agreement document to the object storage server 503 and records the signing result (as in step S515 and step S518), and if the agreement needs to be signed, transmits the document to the cloud signing platform 504 for signing (as in step S514). The agreement platform 502 determines whether the signing is successful, if the signing is successful, the signed successful document is uploaded to the object storage server 503 (as shown in step S517), and the signing success record is recorded in the agreement platform 502 (as shown in step S518), and if the signing fails, the step S514 is executed again according to the preset retry mechanism for signing.
The above is merely a schematic representation of various embodiments of the present invention, and variations such as combinations of steps, splits, parallel executions, switching sequences, etc. are within the scope of the invention without departing from the spirit of the invention.
