Technical Field

Background
The display box is usually installed on the panel of the inner machine of the current air conditioner, and the panel and the display box form an operation panel of the inner machine. The display box comprises a box body, a circuit board is assembled in the box body, keys are arranged on the circuit board and are used for being contacted with the panel. And the circuit board can recognize corresponding processing signals and output corresponding operation signals by touching corresponding touch keys on the panel, so that the operation on the internal machine is realized.
However, when the display box is assembled with the panel, the keys extend out of the box body to directly contact with the panel. When the unit works, condensed water can be generated in the panel. Because there is certain assembly clearance between box body and the panel, consequently comdenstion water and external cold air on the panel can enter into the box body inside through button department, causes the circuit board short circuit even damage.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on this, it is necessary to provide a display box capable of waterproofing against the problem that the conventional display box is not waterproof, resulting in easy short-circuit damage of the internal circuit board, and also to provide an air conditioner comprising the display box.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the display box and the air conditioner having the same according to the present invention will be described in further detail by the following embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "fixed to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. The housing 100 may be constructed in a variety of forms. As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the case 100 may include a body 111 and a cover 112 detachably coupled, and a cavity for accommodating the circuit board 200 is formed between the body 111 and the cover 112, and the circuit board 200 is mounted in the cavity. The body 111 and the cover 112 may be connected together by a snap structure or may be connected together by a screw structure. The key through hole 110 may be formed on the body 111.

In one embodiment, a side surface of the key contact portion 310 remote from the key 210 protrudes from a surface of the case 100. By protruding the key contact portion 310 from the surface of the case 100, the key contact portion 310 can be closely attached to the panel 20 when the display case 10 is assembled with the panel 20, thereby improving the response sensitivity of the display case 10. Referring to fig. 6, in one embodiment, the key contact portion 310 protrudes from the surface of the case 100 by a distance b of not more than 5mm. By designing an appropriate protruding distance, the situation that the key contact portion 310 and the panel 20 cannot be tightly attached due to the assembly gap between the display box 10 and the panel 20 can be avoided, and good attaching contact between the key contact portion 310 and the panel 20 can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 6, in one implementation, the thickness c of the key contact 310 is no greater than 10mm. By such design, the sensing distance between the touch key on the panel 20 and the key 210 can be within the effective range, thereby ensuring the operation sensitivity. The sensing distance may be a sensing distance designed based on a capacitive touch key principle. Or an inductive distance designed based on other inductive triggering principles. By controlling the thickness of the key contact part 310 within a reasonable range, the sensing distance between the touch key on the panel 20 and the key 210 is within an effective range.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, as an implementation manner, the housing 100 is further provided with a first avoidance hole 120, where the first avoidance hole 120 is used for transmitting light or avoiding elements on the circuit board 200. The display box 10 further includes a housing mask 130, where the housing mask 130 is attached to the surface of the housing 100, and the housing mask 130 covers the first avoidance hole 120 to seal the first avoidance hole 120. By arranging the first avoidance holes 120, light rays emitted by the digital display lamp, the status display lamp and the like on the circuit board 200 can be outwards transmitted, so that an operator can know the current operation state. And the first avoidance holes 120 may also be used to avoid higher elements on the circuit board 200, so that the structure of the display box 10 may be more reasonable and compact. Through setting up casing facial mask 130, can seal first dodge hole 120, play the waterproof effect of keeping apart.
It is understood that the housing mask 130 may be designed with a display pattern corresponding to the shape of the digital display lamp, status display lamp, etc. on the circuit board 200. The panel 20 may be made of a light-transmitting material at a position corresponding to the display case 10. When the circuit board 200 emits light and the light is irradiated onto the housing mask 130, a corresponding display pattern can be seen from the exterior surface of the panel 20. When the circuit board 200 does not emit light, the display pattern is not visible.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, in one embodiment, the housing mask 130 is provided with a second avoidance hole 131 corresponding to the key contact portion 310, and the second avoidance hole 131 is used to avoid the key contact portion 310. By arranging the second avoidance hole 131, additional materials, material gaps, distances and the like between the keys 210 and the panel 20 can be reduced, and the influence on key operation sensitivity is avoided.
In one embodiment, the thickness a of the housing mask 130 is the same as the distance b the key contact 310 protrudes from the surface of the housing 100. By designing the thickness a of the housing mask 130 and the distance b of the key contact portion 310 protruding from the surface of the housing 100 to be the same value, the surface of the display case 10 contacting the panel 20 can be made flush. Therefore, when the display box 10 and the panel 20 are assembled, the key contact part 310 and the shell mask 130 can be simultaneously attached to the inner wall of the panel 20, so that the gap between the display box 10 and the panel 20 is reduced.
Referring to fig. 7, as an embodiment, the waterproof structure 300 includes a sealing membrane 320, and the sealing membrane 320 is attached to the surface of the housing 100 and seals the key through holes 110. It will be appreciated that the sealing mask 320 may be sized to fit the surface of the housing 100, and that the sealing mask 320 is capable of completely sealing all of the key through holes 110 on the housing 100. Of course, there may be a plurality of sealing masks 320, and each sealing mask 320 is disposed corresponding to one key through hole 110. By the sealing mask 320, the key through-hole 110 may be completely sealed, so that the circuit board 200 can be completely isolated from the outside at the key through-hole 110. The waterproof structure 300 of the present embodiment does not need to change the original structure of the housing 100, and is simple in implementation.
Referring to fig. 8, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an air conditioner including a panel 20, and the display case 10 in one of the above aspects. In this embodiment, the case 100 of the display case 10 is integrally formed with the panel 20. The portion of the panel 20 corresponding to the key through-holes 110 forms a waterproof structure 300. When the housing 100 includes the body 111 and the cover 112, the body 111 may be integrally formed with the panel 20, and the cover 112 may be connected with the panel 20. By such design, the circuit board 200 can be isolated from the outside at the key through hole 110, and water, air, etc. are prevented from contacting the circuit board 200, thereby effectively protecting the circuit board 200 from damage.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an air conditioner, which includes a panel 20, and the display box 10 according to any of the above embodiments, wherein the display box 10 is mounted on the panel 20. Since the display box 10 has the above advantages, the air conditioner also has corresponding advantages, and will not be described herein.
The display case 10 and the panel 20 may be mounted in various ways. For example, screw holes 101 may be provided on the peripheral side of the display case 10, screw hole columns 201 may be provided at positions of the panel 20 corresponding to the screw holes 101, and screws may be inserted into the screw holes 101 and fastened to the screw hole columns 201 to mount the display case 10 and the panel 20. Or screw holes 101 are formed on one side of the display box 10, screw hole columns 201 are formed on the panel 20 at positions corresponding to the screw holes 101, bolts 102 are formed on the opposite side of the display box 10, and slots 202 are formed on the panel 20 at positions corresponding to the bolts 102. In assembly, the latch 102 may be inserted into the slot 202, and then the screw may be inserted into the screw hole 101 and fastened in the screw hole column 201, thereby assembling the display case 10 and the panel 20. The number of screw holes 101 and pins 102 on each side of the display case 10 may be more than one.
