Background
Wiring harnesses of numerous electrical devices are arranged in a motor vehicle and are usually mounted on a harness support. And the wire harness bracket is fixed on a sheet metal part or a pipe clamp in the vehicle by a bolt.
When the automobile is maintained, the wiring harness needs to be dismantled, and at the moment, the wiring harness support needs to be dismantled. According to a first aspect of the present invention, a detachable harness securing assembly is provided.
The conveniently-disassembled wiring harness fixing assembly comprises a positioning column and a wiring harness installation part; wherein,
the positioning column is arranged to be matched with the mounting hole in the wiring harness support, one end of the positioning column is provided with a limiting part so as to limit the positioning column on the wiring harness support, and a wiring harness mounting part through hole is formed in the axial direction of the positioning column;
the wire harness installation part comprises a wire harness installation part, a matching part and an elastic clamping claw part which are sequentially arranged, the wire harness installation part and the elastic clamping claw part are respectively positioned at two ends of the wire harness installation part, the wire harness installation part is used for installing a wire harness, and the matching part is in sliding fit with the through hole of the wire harness installation part;
the elastic claw part has a contraction state and a release state;
in the contracted state, the elastic clamping claw part is elastically deformed, so that the elastic clamping claw part is contracted into a shape which is in sliding fit with the through hole of the wiring harness installation part;
and in the release state, the elastic clamping claw part restores to be elastically deformed, so that one end of the wire harness installation part, which is provided with the elastic clamping claw part, is limited at the end part of the positioning column.

Optionally, the elastic claw portion comprises a plurality of elastic claws which are symmetrically arranged.
Optionally, the detachable wire harness fixing assembly further comprises a fixing piece;
the fixing piece is arranged to be matched with the outer surface of the positioning column so as to fix the positioning column on the wiring harness support.

The positioning column of the conveniently-disassembled wire harness fixing assembly can be used for installing the conveniently-disassembled wire harness fixing assembly on the wire harness support, and the wire harness installing piece can be detachably connected with the positioning column, so that a wire harness installed on the wire harness installing piece can be disassembled along with the wire harness installing piece without disassembling the positioning column, and the wire harness can be quickly and conveniently disassembled.

In all examples shown and discussed herein, any particular value should be construed as merely illustrative, and not limiting. Thus, other examples of the exemplary embodiments may have different values.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.
To more conveniently disassemble a wire harness, the present disclosure provides a wire harness fixing assembly that is easy to disassemble.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the easy-to-detach wire harness fixing assembly 1 of the present disclosure includes a positioning column 11 and a wire harness attachment 12.
The positioning post 11 can be matched with a mounting hole on the wiring harness support 2. The matching of the positioning column 11 and the mounting hole on the wire harness support 2 can be, for example, a threaded matching, so that the positioning column 11 can be directly fixed on the wire harness support 2; or, the positioning column 11 and the mounting hole on the wire harness support 2 can be in sliding fit, and then the positioning column 11 is arranged on the wire harness support 2 through a fixing part. One end of the positioning post 11 is provided with a limiting part 111 to limit the positioning post 11 on the wire harness support 2. Generally, the size of the stopper portion 111 is larger than the size of the mounting hole in the wire harness bracket 2 so that a portion of the positioning column 11 other than the stopper portion 111 can pass through the mounting hole. A harness installation member through hole 112 is provided along the axial direction of the positioning column 11. The harness attachment through-hole 112 is a hole that penetrates the entire positioning post 11.
The wire harness attachment member 12 includes a wire harness attachment portion 121, an engagement portion 122, and an elastic claw portion 123 arranged in this order. The harness attachment portion 121 and the elastic claw portion 123 are located at both ends of the harness attachment 12, respectively. The wire harness mounting part 121 can mount the wire harness 01. The wire harness installation part 121 may have a ring shape, a block shape, a plate shape, or the like. The mating portion 122 is slidably mated with the harness mount through-hole 112.
The elastic claw portion 123 has a contracted state and a released state.
In the contracted state, the elastic claw portions 123 are elastically deformed so that the elastic claw portions 123 are contracted into a shape to be slidably fitted with the harness attachment through-hole 112. When the elastic claw portion 123 is in the contracted state, the elastic claw portion 123 is movable along the harness attachment through-hole 112 within the harness attachment through-hole 112, so that the harness attachment 12 is movable to a position disengaged from the positioning column 11.
In the released state, the elastic claw portions 123 recover the elastic deformation, so that the end of the wire harness attachment 12 provided with the elastic claw portions 123 is restrained at the end of the positioning column 11. When the elastic claw portion 123 is in the released state, the elastic claw portion 123 is restored to the original uncompressed shape by the elastic deformation, so that the elastic claw portion 123 can be extended to an outer dimension larger than the size of the wire harness attachment piece through hole 112, thereby fixing the wire harness attachment piece 12 on the positioning column 11.
When it is necessary to mount the wire harness attachment 12 to the positioning column 11, the elastic claw portion 123 may be compressed first so that the elastic claw portion 123 is in a contracted state. The contracted elastic claw portions 123 are then inserted into the harness attachment through-hole 112, and the elastic claw portions 123 and the fitting portions 122 are pushed to slide in the harness attachment through-hole 112. After the elastic claw portion 123 penetrates out of the harness attachment through-hole 112, the elastic claw portion 123 is not subjected to the urging force of the harness attachment through-hole 112 and expands to the original shape, and at this time, the elastic claw portion 123 is in a released state. Generally, the wire harness mounting portion 121 and the elastic claw portion 123 may be respectively located at both ends of the positioning column 11, and the wire harness mounting portion 121 and the elastic claw portion 123 may be respectively attached to end faces of both ends of the positioning column 11.
When it is necessary to detach the wire harness attachment member 12, the elastic claw portion 123 may be compressed first so that the elastic claw portion 123 is in a contracted state. The contracted resilient claw portions 123 are then pulled in the opposite direction of installation, causing the resilient claw portions 123 and the mating portions 122 to slide within the harness attachment through-hole 112. When the elastic claw portion 123 is pulled out of the harness attachment through-hole 112, the elastic claw portion 123 is not subjected to the urging force of the harness attachment through-hole 112 and expands to the original shape, and the elastic claw portion 123 is in a released state at this time. Thus, the wire harness attachment member 12 is detached from the positioning post 11, and the wire harness attached to the wire harness attachment portion 121 also leaves the positioning post 11.
The reference column 11 of the fixed subassembly 1 of just tearing open pencil of this disclosure can be used for just tearing open the fixed subassembly 1 of pencil and installing to wire harness support 2 on, and pencil installed part 12 can be dismantled with reference column 111 and be connected for need not dismantle reference column 11 alright dismantle the pencil of installing on pencil installed part 12 along with pencil installed part 12, thereby realize quick convenient dismantlement pencil.
In one embodiment of the detachable wire harness fixing assembly of the present disclosure, the limiting portion 111 is a limiting boss having a size larger than the mounting hole of the wire harness bracket 2. The limiting part 111 and the rest of the positioning column 11 can be fixed together by integral molding.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure for facilitating removal of the wire harness fixing assembly, the wire harness mounting portion 121 has a ring-shaped structure. The wire harness installation part 121 of the ring structure can conveniently and effectively fix the wire harness. In addition, a pulling ring for pulling the wire harness installation member 12 is provided on the wire harness installation portion 121.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure for facilitating removal of the wire harness fixing assembly, the mating portion 122 is provided with a rib 1220 extending along the length of the wire harness attachment member 12. Rib 1220 may be, for example, a straight rib parallel to the central axis of positioning post 11, or rib 1220 may be a curved rib disposed around the outer surface of mating portion 122.
Further, the rib 1220 is made of an elastic material, and the rib 1220 is interference-fitted with the harness mount through-hole 121. It should be clear to those skilled in the art that the interference fit between the rib 1220 and the wire harness mounting member through hole 121 is beneficial to improve the fixing reliability of the wire harness mounting member 12 on the positioning column 11, and does not affect the relative sliding between the fitting part 122 and the wire harness mounting member through hole 121.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure for a detachable wire harness securing assembly, the resilient pawl portion 123 includes a plurality of symmetrically disposed resilient pawls 1230. Generally, the elastic jaws 1230 may be provided in four.
In one embodiment of the detachable wire harness fixing assembly of the present disclosure, the detachable wire harness fixing assembly 1 further includes a fixing member 13. The fixing part 13 can be matched with the outer surface of the positioning column 11 to fix the positioning column 11 on the wiring harness support 2. Further, the fixing piece 13 is screw-fitted to the outer surface of the positioning column 11, and the fixing piece 13 and the stopper portion 111 are located on opposite different surfaces of the wire harness bracket 2.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure for facilitating removal of the wire harness attachment assembly, the wire harness mount 12 further includes a resilient portion 124. The elastic portion 124 is located at a connection of the wire harness mounting portion 121 and the fitting portion 122. The elastic portion 124 can provide an elastic force toward a direction away from the positioning column 11 to the harness installation member 12 by an elastic shape generated by the contact with the stopper portion 111. The elastic portion 124 is made of an elastic material such as rubber. The elastic portion 124 may have a claw or ring-like structure.
When the wire harness installation member 12 is installed on the positioning column 11, the elastic portion 124 may contact with the limiting portion 111 and be elastically deformed, so that the elastic portion 124 may provide an elastic force to the wire harness installation member 12 toward a direction away from the positioning column 11. Under the effect of this elasticity, can make pencil installed part 12 break away from reference column 11 more fast when dismantling pencil installed part 12 to realize the quick dismantlement of pencil.
Further, the elastic part 124 has a bowl-shaped structure, and an opening of the elastic part 124 covers an end surface of the limiting part 111. 1. A wiring harness fixing assembly convenient to disassemble is characterized by comprising a positioning column and a wiring harness installation part; wherein,
the positioning column is arranged to be matched with the mounting hole in the wiring harness support, one end of the positioning column is provided with a limiting part so as to limit the positioning column on the wiring harness support, and a wiring harness mounting part through hole is formed in the axial direction of the positioning column;
the wire harness installation part comprises a wire harness installation part, a matching part and an elastic clamping claw part which are sequentially arranged, the wire harness installation part and the elastic clamping claw part are respectively positioned at two ends of the wire harness installation part, the wire harness installation part is used for installing a wire harness, and the matching part is in sliding fit with the through hole of the wire harness installation part;
the elastic claw part has a contraction state and a release state;
in the contracted state, the elastic clamping claw part is elastically deformed, so that the elastic clamping claw part is contracted into a shape which is in sliding fit with the through hole of the wiring harness installation part;
and in the release state, the elastic clamping claw part restores to be elastically deformed, so that one end of the wire harness installation part, which is provided with the elastic clamping claw part, is limited at the end part of the positioning column.
2. The removable harness attachment assembly of claim 1 wherein the retention portion is a retention boss sized larger than the mounting hole in the harness support.
3. The removable harness attachment assembly of claim 1 wherein the harness attachment portion has an annular configuration.
4. The removable harness attachment assembly of claim 1 wherein the engagement portion is provided with a rib extending along a length of the harness attachment member.
5. The removable harness attachment assembly of claim 1 wherein the resilient claw portion comprises a plurality of symmetrically disposed resilient claws.
6. The knock-down harness securing assembly according to claim 1, further comprising a securing member;
the fixing piece is arranged to be matched with the outer surface of the positioning column so as to fix the positioning column on the wiring harness support.
7. The removable harness securing assembly as in claim 6 wherein the securing member is threadably engaged with an outer surface of the positioning post and the securing member and the retention portion are located on different opposing surfaces of the harness support.
