Abstract
The invention provides an insulator fixture, and belongs to the technical field of insulator fixing auxiliary tools. An insulator fixture includes an upper cover, a body, and a plurality of adjustment assemblies. Insulators are devices mounted between conductors of different potential or between a conductor and a ground potential member, capable of withstanding voltage and mechanical stress. Specifically, the fixing member 123 includes a t-screw, and the clamping portion 113 includes a washer nut, and the t-screw is fixed to the washer nut, so that the upper cover 110 is fixed to the main body 120, and the insulator is clamped.
The body 120 is further provided at both ends thereof with a first coupling hole 126 and a second coupling hole 127 for coupling the screw.
Optionally, the two ends of the main body 120 are respectively provided with a first extension portion 124 and a second extension portion 125, the first extension portion 124 is located on a side of the main body 120 near the lower hinge end 121, the second extension portion 125 is located on a side of the main body 120 near the lower connecting end 122, the first extension portion 124 is provided with a first connecting hole 126, and the second extension portion 125 is provided with a second connecting hole 127.
When an external force is applied to the insulator, a screw is installed at the first connection hole 126 and/or the second connection hole 127, and an external force is applied to the insulator fixture 100 through the screw, thereby installing or removing the insulator on the insulator fixture 100.
At least one adjusting component 130 is arranged on the upper cover 110 and the main body 120, and the adjusting component 130 on the upper cover 110 corresponds to the adjusting component 130 on the main body 120, so that the insulator is fixedly clamped.

The first adjusting member 131 is rotated, so that the first adjusting member 131 moves towards the clamping portion 141, thereby enabling the clamping member 132 connected with the first adjusting member 131 to abut against the insulator to further fix the insulator, and meanwhile, the length of the first adjusting member 131 extending into the clamping portion 141 can be adjusted, so that insulators of different sizes can be adapted, and the application range of the insulator clamp 100 is enlarged.
The adjusting assembly 130 further includes a second adjusting member 133, the second adjusting member 133 rotatably penetrating through the upper cover 110 or the main body 120 and being connected to an end of the clamping member 132 away from the first adjusting member 131, the second adjusting member 133 being located below the first adjusting member 131.
Through the effect of two upper and lower first regulating members 131 and second regulating member 133, can both block from top to bottom to the insulator and establish, fix more firmly to the insulator.
The clamping member 132 includes a first hook 134 and a second hook 135, one end of the first hook 134 is connected with an end of the first adjusting member 131, one end of the second hook 135 is connected with an end of the second adjusting member 133, one end of the first hook 134 far away from the first adjusting member 131 is hinged with one end of the second hook 135 far away from the second adjusting member 133, and the second hook 135 is located below the first hook 134.
The first hook 134 and the second hook 135 can rotate, when the first adjusting member 131 is rotated, the first hook 134 moves into the clamping portion 141 or moves away from the clamping portion 141, and when the second adjusting member 133 is rotated, the second hook 135 moves into the clamping portion 141 or moves away from the clamping portion 141, so that the adjustment of the clamping of the insulator is more flexible.
The first hook 134 is an L-shaped member, one end of which is connected to an end of the first regulating member 131, and the other end of which is rotatably connected to the second hook 135 by a rotation pin 138. For rotation between the first hook 134 and the second hook 135.

The first adjusting member 131 and the second adjusting member 133 are adjusting nuts, and the use range of the insulator fixture 100 is enlarged by rotating the adjusting nuts so as to clamp insulators of different sizes.
