Example 5:

Example 6:

Examples 1, 2 and 3 show smoking materials for cigarettes produced by the method of the present invention without adding any natural plant material, and examples 4, 5 and 6 show smoking materials for cigarettes produced by adding natural plant material to examples 1, 2 and 3, respectively; through experimental comparison of the various examples,
in the embodiment 1, the natural tobacco leaves and the cigarette leaf group raw materials are adopted, so that the taste is purer during smoking, and better smoking experience is achieved, meanwhile, the excipient is added to enable the smoking material to have completely different microstructures, and the microscopic particle gaps of the granular smoking material prepared after the excipient is added are more uniform and have proper gap sizes, so that the smoke in the smoking material is released more uniformly, and the smoking material is gentle and better in smoking experience; in the example 2, the tobacco stems and the tobacco leaf fragments are adopted to prepare the smoking material, and the smoking taste is poorer than the raw materials of natural tobacco leaves and cigarette leaf groups; in example 3, the cigarette is prepared by using tobacco powder, cigarette ash rod and other raw materials, and the smoking taste is the worst.
However, in examples 4, 5 and 6, natural plant materials are added on the basis of examples 1, 2 and 3 respectively, and after the natural plant materials are added, the smoke smell in the smoking material is improved to the maximum extent, so that the smoking experience is better; as in example 5, although the tobacco stems and the tobacco leaves fragments are adopted, the natural plant raw materials are added, and various aromatic substances in the natural plant raw materials can change the smoke taste generated by the original tobacco stems and the tobacco leaves fragments, so that the smoke taste generated in the smoking material is better, the smoking is more enjoyable, and the experience is better; as in example 6, the worst raw materials such as tobacco powder, ash and ash stick are adopted, and the smoking experience after the natural plant raw materials are added is the same as that of examples 4 and 5, so that the cost is saved.
On the other hand, the natural plant materials in examples 4, 5 and 6 are a combination of wild chrysanthemum flower, dandelion, kudzu root, lily, dried orange peel, jasmine flower and rose, wherein the wild chrysanthemum flower has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, dispelling wind and dissipating heat; the herba Taraxaci has diuretic, laxative, jaundice eliminating, and gallbladder promoting effects; treating acute mastitis, lymphadenitis, scrofula, furunculosis, acute conjunctivitis, common cold with fever, acute tonsillitis, acute bronchitis, gastritis, hepatitis, cholecystitis, urinary tract infection, etc.; the kudzu root has the functions of promoting metabolism and strengthening liver detoxification; the lily has the effects of nourishing yin, moistening lung, clearing away heart fire and tranquilizing; pericarpium Citri Tangerinae is used for treating damp obstruction of middle warmer, abdominal distention, loose stool, diarrhea, excessive phlegm, cough, etc.; the flos Jasmini sambac has effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, and removing dampness; the rose has unique rose fragrance and can be mainly used for treating liver and stomach pain, new and chronic rheumatism, hematemesis and hemoptysis;
through the compound effect in the raw materials, the smoke detoxification effect can be better through the compound effect of the wild chrysanthemum flower, the dandelion, the radix puerariae and the lily, the toxin in smoke of the smoking material can be greatly reduced, the health hidden danger caused by smoking is greatly reduced, meanwhile, the smoking experience in the smoke is improved through the fragrance effect of the jasmine flower and the rose, and the smoke quality in different raw materials is improved.

1. A method for preparing a smoking material for a cigarette by heating and non-combustion by using dry granulation is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: 50-100 parts by weight of tobacco raw materials are pulverized by an ultrafine pulverizing device to prepare ultrafine tobacco powder;
s2: adding 2-50 parts by weight of excipient into the ultramicro tobacco powder prepared in the step S1, and fully and uniformly stirring to obtain a solid base material;
s3: uniformly mixing 2-10 parts by weight of an adhesive, 5-40 parts by weight of a smoke agent and 2-10 parts by weight of tobacco essence and flavor to obtain atomized liquid, adjusting the density of the atomized liquid to 1.1-1.25 g/mL by using distilled water, uniformly mixing, standing at normal temperature, and filtering to obtain clear atomized liquid;
s4: adding the solid base material prepared in the step S2 and the atomized liquid obtained in the step S3 into a bin of a dry granulator for granulation, drying the granulated granules, removing moisture, and screening to obtain granular smoking materials for the cigarette which are heated and do not burn and have different particle sizes;
the solid base material obtained in the step S2 also comprises 50-100 parts by weight of natural plant raw materials, and the natural plant raw materials are crushed by superfine crushing equipment and then added into the superfine tobacco powder obtained in the step S1 to be uniformly mixed;
the natural plant raw materials are a combination of wild chrysanthemum, dandelion, kudzu root, lily, dried orange peel, jasmine and rose;
the mesh number of the ultramicro tobacco powder is 50-2000 meshes;
and the excipient in the step S2 is one or a combination of calcium carbonate, bentonite and diatomite, and is crushed into powder of 100-2000 meshes by adopting crushing equipment.
2. The method for producing a smoking material for a cigarette which is not burned by heating using dry granulation according to claim 1, wherein: the tobacco raw material in the step S1 is one or a combination of more of natural tobacco leaves, cigarette leaf group raw materials, tobacco stems, tobacco leaf fragments, tobacco powder, cigarette ash and cigarette ash sticks.

The method for producing a smoking material for a cigarette which is not burned by heating using dry granulation according to claim 1, wherein: the adhesive in the step S3 is one or more of water, ethanol, guar gum, starch gum, chitosan, carboxymethyl cellulose, pectin, acacia, sodium alginate, gelatin, glucose, polyallyl alcohol, fructose and honey.
4. The method for producing a smoking material for a cigarette which is not burned by heating using dry granulation according to claim 1, wherein: the smoke agent in the step S3 is one or more of propylene glycol, glycerol, butanediol and triethylene glycol.
