On one hand, the flue gas caching capacity of the large top suction cover is relatively increased, and the secondary flue gas trapping rate of the large top suction cover is improved; accidental injury to nearby operators caused by accidental molten iron splashing in the links of tapping, molten iron discharging, sand filling, blocking and the like of the tap hole is avoided; and thirdly, the capture rate of the flue gas of the dust hood device of the detachable three-component skimmer is improved.

The method can effectively reduce the possible influence of the superposed load of the dust collecting cover of the skimmer and the cover top baffle on the large pressure of the side of the molten iron ditch, and maintain and prolong the service life of the molten iron ditch; the production cost is reduced; the device can operate stably.

Preferably, the inner wall of the skimmer dust hood 11 is provided with a dust hood inner heat insulation layer ring baffle, an inner heat insulation layer of the dust hood is arranged between the skimmer dust hood inner heat insulation layer ring baffle and the skimmer dust hood 11 hood, the inner wall of the skimmer dust hood 11 hood, the inner heat insulation layer of the dust hood and the dust hood inner heat insulation layer ring baffle are reinforced by a dust hood inner reinforcing rib plate and fixed by a dust hood inner heat insulation layer anchoring part, and the dust hood inner heat insulation layer is a heat insulation casting material.
The embodiment can effectively avoid the burning loss of the cover top baffle plate caused by accidental splashing of molten iron during the opening of the tapping machine at the tapping hole, molten iron discharging and the sealing of the mortar gun machine, and can effectively prolong the service life of the dust hood device of the detachable three-component skimmer; the cover top baffle fastening connecting rod can effectively connect the skimming device dust collecting cover housing and the cover top baffle positioning piece to form triangular connection, so that the device can stably run.

The adoption of the flue gas guide cover base in the embodiment can effectively reduce the possible damage of the vertical load of the flue gas guide cover to the blast furnace platform, and avoids the maintenance cost.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 5, and preferably, no less than four lifting lugs are arranged on the periphery of the dust hood housing of the skimmer; lifting holes are formed in the lifting lugs.
The lifting lug in the embodiment is convenient for lifting the dust hood housing of the skimmer by a crane, is convenient to detach, and realizes the stability and safety of the lifting process.
