Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
Examples
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the application discloses a ball plunger, which comprises a plunger tube 10, a spring 30 and a ball.
The plunger tube 10 comprises a plunger head 11, a plunger middle part and a plunger tail 12, wherein the inner diameter of the plunger head 11 is smaller than that of the plunger middle part, and the plunger tail 12 is provided with a limit groove 121.
The spring 30 is arranged in the plunger tube 10, the spring 30 comprises a spring head 302 and a spring tail, the spring head 302 is abutted against the ball head, the last circle of the spring tail is enlarged to form a spring limiting end 301, and the spring limiting end 301 is clamped in the limiting groove 121. Because the spring limiting end 301 is clamped in the limiting groove 121, the spring tail is tightly structured with the plunger tail 12, and then the spring 30 cannot fall out of the plunger tube 10.
One end of the ball head is arranged in the plunger tube 10, the other end of the ball head extends outwards from the plunger head 11, and the plunger head 11 limits the ball head so that the ball head cannot be separated from the plunger tube 10.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the ball head may be in a sphere shape, the diameter of the ball head is larger than the inner diameter of the plunger head, and the diameter of the ball head is smaller than the inner diameter of the middle part of the plunger.

Because the external diameter of the ball head limiting end 21 is larger than that of the ball head end 20, and the ball head limiting end 21 is matched with the middle part of the plunger, the internal diameter of the middle part of the plunger is larger than that of the plunger head 11, and therefore the ball head limiting end 21 can limit the ball head, and even if the ball head end 20 of the ball head is worn, the ball head cannot fall out.
The bulb still includes columnar protruding end 22, protruding end 22 and limit end are connected and set up towards the afterbody of spring, and protruding end 22 wears to establish in the spring inside. The protruding end 22 plays a role of limiting plug for the spring, and the spring is sleeved on the protruding end 22, so that the spring is more stable; and the raised end 22 also serves as a structural compensation for the device.
The plunger tail 12 is provided with a baffle 40, the baffle 40 is arranged in the limiting groove 121, and the baffle 121 abuts against the spring limiting end 301. The baffle can strengthen the riveting effect, and has closed the inner space, can also dustproof and waterproof grease proofing.
In the present application, the tip of the plunger tube 10 is machined to form the plunger head 11. The end of the plunger tail 12 is riveted. While the conventional plunger head 11 is formed by riveting, the plunger head 11 of the application is formed by turning, so that the structure is reinforced, and the ball head cannot be worn slightly and then fall out. Compared with the traditional plunger tube 10, the middle part of the plunger and the plunger tail 12 are subjected to tube wall thinning treatment, so that the plunger tail 12 is not riveted poorly because the tube wall is too thick.
The last circle of the spring tail part is enlarged to form the spring limiting end 301, the spring limiting end 301 is clamped in the limiting groove 121, the spring tail end is tightly combined with the plunger tail part 12, and the spring cannot fall out.
The ball head is provided with the ball head limiting end which is matched with the middle part of the plunger and can slide back and forth along the middle part of the plunger, and the inner diameter of the head part of the plunger is smaller than that of the middle part of the plunger, so that the ball end arranged on the ball head limiting end cannot fall out even if worn.
The ball head is provided with the ball head limiting end 21, the ball head limiting end 21 is matched with the middle of the plunger and can slide back and forth along the middle of the plunger, and the inner diameter of the plunger head 11 is smaller than that of the middle of the plunger, so that the ball end 20 arranged on the ball head limiting end 21 cannot fall out even if worn.
The application has strong practicability, the ball head and the spring can not fall out, and the service life is prolonged.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the application discloses a processing and assembling method of a ball plunger, which comprises the following steps:
turning the inner wall of the plunger tube 10 so that the thickness of the tube wall of the plunger head 11 is greater than that of the middle part of the plunger;
thinning the inner wall pin of the plunger tail 12 so that the thickness of the tube wall of the plunger tail 12 is smaller than that of the middle part of the plunger;
preparing the spring 30 so that the last circle of the spring tail is larger than the spring head, and enlarging the last circle of the spring tail to form a spring limit end 301;
putting the ball head into the plunger tube from the tail of the plunger;
the spring is plugged into the plunger tube from the tail of the plunger, the head of the spring is abutted against the ball head, and the limit end of the spring is arranged at the tail of the plunger;
and riveting the end port of the plunger tail, wherein the plunger tail is riveted to form a limiting groove, and the spring limiting end is clamped in the limiting groove when the plunger tail is riveted.
The application adopts a reverse riveting mode, is easy to assemble, improves the riveting strength, ensures that the ball head is not easy to fall out, and ensures that the spring is not easy to fall out.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present application. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the application. Thus, the present application is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.
