A system for sewage processing comprises a primary treatment tank (10), a filter tank (20) arranged at the rear side of the primary treatment tank, a flocculation sedimentation tank arranged at the rear side of the filter tank and a disinfection chamber (30) arranged at the rear side of the flocculation sedimentation tank; the flocculation sedimentation tank comprises a tank body (1), a stirring part (2), a feeding chamber (31) and a discharging switch (31) matched with the feeding chamber (31), wherein a transmission mechanism (4) is arranged in the tank body (1), and the stirring part (2) opens the discharging switch (31) through the transmission mechanism (4); the method is characterized in that: a first water inlet (101) communicated with the filtering tank (20) is formed in the lower portion of the side wall of the primary treatment tank (10), and a second water inlet (201) communicated with the flocculation sedimentation tank is formed in the middle upper portion of the side wall of the filtering tank (20); a sedimentation device (7) is arranged in the tank body (1), the second water inlet is arranged below the sedimentation device, a water outlet (12) is arranged above the sedimentation device, and the water outlet (12) is connected with the disinfection chamber through a pipeline;
the transmission mechanism (4) comprises a transmission component (41) matched with the stirring component (2) and a switch component (42) used for opening the emptying switch (32), and the switch component (42) is matched with the transmission component (41);
the switch component (42) comprises a movable rod (421) for opening the discharging switch (31) and a pushing piece (422) for pushing the movable rod (421) to move upwards; the stirring component 2 comprises a rotating piece 21 and a stirring paddle 22;
the transmission component (41) comprises a bearing piece (411) and a hydraulic piece (412), wherein the bearing piece (411) comprises a rotating disc (401), a rotating shaft (402) fixed on the rotating disc (401) and a reduction gear (403); the rotating disc (401) is a metal disc, the side wall of the rotating disc (401) is provided with a tooth, the lower end face of the rotating disc (401) is fixedly connected with an outer metal ring of the bearing (101) and can rotate relative to the positioning column (10), a convex column (403) is arranged at the middle part of the rotating disc (401), the rotating shaft (402) is sleeved on the convex column (403) and can rotate relative to the convex base (403), and the outer wall of the rotating shaft (402) is provided with the tooth; one side of the reduction gear (404) is meshed with the side wall teeth of the rotating disc (401), and the other side of the reduction gear is meshed with the side wall of the rotating shaft (402);
the upper part of the rotating shaft (402) is a hexagonal prism, and the rotating piece (21) is provided with a hexagonal prism-shaped cavity, so that the lower part of the rotating piece (21) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (402), the rotating shaft (402) can rotate along with the rotating piece (21), and the rotating disc (401) rotates along with the rotating; a pushing convex part (413) is arranged on the lower end face of the rotating disc (401), the lower part of the pushing convex part (413) is an arc-shaped face, and the pushing convex part (413) is eccentrically arranged on the lower part of the rotating disc (401);
the hydraulic part (412) is arranged in the placing cavity (11), the hydraulic part (412) comprises a first piston (416), a second piston (418) and a cylinder (414), the first piston (416) is arranged at one end of the cylinder (414), the second piston (418) is arranged at the other end of the cylinder (414), hydraulic oil is filled between the first piston (416) and the second piston (418), an opening is formed in the bottom of the tank body (1), the first piston (416) extends out of the opening, and the first piston (416) is in sealing connection with the side wall of the opening;
the middle of the elastic sheet is provided with a through hole, the upper end of the first piston (416) penetrates through the through hole, and then the elastic sheet is welded with the first piston (416); the outer edge of the elastic sheet is welded with the edge of the opening to realize sealing; the pushing convex part (413) is contacted with the upper end part of the first piston (416) in the rotating process of the rotating disc (401), the first piston (416) is pressed downwards to push the second piston (418) to move outwards, meanwhile, a return spring (417) is connected to the lower end part of the first piston (416), and the end part of the return spring (417) is contacted with the inner wall of the cylinder body (414), so that the return spring (417) can jack the first piston (416) up again, and the pushing convex part (413) is convenient to push the first piston (416) again;
the rotating piece (21) drives the rotating shaft (402) to rotate, and when the rotating shaft (402) rotates, the reducing gear (403) is driven to rotate so as to drive the rotating disc (401) to rotate; during the rotation of the rotating disc (401), the pushing convex part (413) collides with the upper end part of the first piston (416), because the lower part of the pushing convex part (413) and the upper part of the first piston (416) are both arranged in an arc shape, the pushing convex part (413) presses the first piston (416) to move downwards, the first piston (416) presses hydraulic oil in the cylinder (414), the second piston (418) is pushed to move outwards by the hydraulic oil, the second piston (418) pushes the pushing part (422) to move rightwards, so that the ball (424) moves upwards along the pushing inclined plane (423), during the period that the ball (424) moves upwards along the pushing inclined plane (423), the movable rod (421) moves upwards, and the movable rod (421) pushes the discharging switch (32) to be opened, so that the flocculating agent is discharged from the charging chamber (31).
