in step 3), starting at the connecting edge 211 of the first layer 21 of the knitted fabric body 1 to the tab structure 2, the needle cylinder rotates forward and backward to continue knitting to the connecting edge 221 of the second layer 22, and the knitting of other parts is suspended when the tab structure 2 is knitted, and the knitting of other parts is continued after the tab structure 2 is knitted;
wherein, in each row of the first layer 21 is woven, the two ends of each row are respectively reduced or increased in needle number compared with the two ends of the previous row; when the number of the yarns is reduced, the yarns at the two ends of each row are respectively hung up to pause knitting; when the number of stitches is increased, the number of stitches is increased at two ends of each row, and yarns at two ends are hung and suspended for weaving, so that the yarns are woven from the connecting edge 211 of the first layer 21 to the outer edge 212 of the first layer 211 to form two sewing edges 213 of the first layer 21;
next, knitting of the second layer 22 is started, the number of needles is reduced or increased in each line from the outer edge 222 of the second layer 22 to the connecting edge 221 of the second layer 22, where the two ends of each line correspond to the outer edge 212 of the first layer 21 to the connecting edge 211 of the first layer 212, and the two ends of each line are respectively sewn with the yarns hung up at the two ends of the corresponding line of the first layer 21 in a shoveling position, so that the sewing edge 213 of the first layer 21 and the sewing edge 223 of the second layer 22 are formed, and the knitting is continued until the connecting edge 221 of the second layer 22 is knitted.
A method of knitting a fabric forming a lug structure as described in figures 3, 4 and 5, in which said stocking machine comprises two yarn mouths, at least one yarn mouth per yarn mouth
In step 3), firstly, the first row of the welt edge 12 is knitted by knitting and is hung by the half plate of the sock knitting machine, then, knitting is continuously carried out from the welt edge 12 to the connecting edge 211 of the first layer 21 of the lug structure 2, knitting is stopped at other parts, then, the needle cylinder rotates positively and negatively, two yarn mouths simultaneously knit the lug structure 2 corresponding to the heel and the instep of the foot respectively, after the connecting edge 221 of the second layer 22 of the lug structure 2 is knitted, the sock vamp sleeve body 1 is knitted, and when one of the sock vamp sleeve body 1 is knitted, the half plate is used for hanging the yarn at the same time, and the sock welt edge 12 covers the lug opening 23.
Since the tab construction is shown as two consecutive knitting, the tab construction 2 adjacent to the welt 12 is knitted first and then the next is knitted sequentially when knitting the tab construction.
In the figure, the sock vamp sleeve body 1 is knitted at a part corresponding to the instep position of the foot to form a jacquard area 11, a perforation belt 112 is arranged between the sock welt edge 12 and the jacquard area 111, at least two yarn mouths are arranged on the yarn mouths of the lug structure 2 corresponding to the instep position of the foot, after all the lug structures 2 are knitted, the yarn mouths of the lug structure corresponding to the instep position of the foot are continuously knitted by the sock machine, knitting is stopped at other parts when the perforation belt 112 is knitted, knitting is continued after the perforation belt 112 is knitted, and the jacquard structure 111 is formed by simultaneously knitting two yarn mouths of the lug structure corresponding to the instep position of the foot.
