An apparatus for testing adhesion of a cable conductor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the tension device comprises a tension machine 1 and a jig 2 arranged on the tension machine 1; the fixture 2 includes a fixing cylinder 21, an inner cavity 211 for accommodating the insulating layer 31 is formed inside the fixing cylinder 21, and a stop member 22 connected to an end of the fixing cylinder 21 and having a pull-out hole 223, the pull-out hole 223 is used for allowing the conductor 32 to be pulled out of the inner cavity 211 from the insulating layer 31, and the stop member 22 is used for stopping the insulating layer 31 from being pulled out of the inner cavity 211. By stopping the cable insulation layer 31 by the stopper 22, the adhesion between the cable conductor 32 and the cable insulation layer 31 can be effectively tested in such a manner that the cable conductor 32 is pulled away by the pulling-away hole 223, thereby judging and evaluating the quality of the cable.
The jig 2 is made of 40Cr and has the characteristics of high hardness and difficult deformation.
The inner cavity 211 can more effectively ensure the flatness of the cable, ensure that the cable is not bent, and avoid the influence of inconsistent friction force of the cable insulating layer 31 when the inner conductor 32 is pulled away, so that the measured adhesive force is larger or smaller than the actual value, and the data is inaccurate.
The stopper 22 includes a stopper seat 221 and a stopper body 222. The function of the stop body 222 is to stop the cable insulation layer 31 in the inner cavity 211, prevent the cable insulation layer 31 from moving along with the cable conductor 32 due to the drawing of the cable conductor 32, and simultaneously play a reinforcing role, because the cable insulation layer 31 can directly act on the stop body 222 in the drawing process of the cable conductor 32 to generate great pressure, through the combined use of the stop seat 221 and the stop piece 22, the separation of the cable insulation layer 31 and the cable conductor 32 can be firmly completed, the stop seat 221 is provided with a positioning hole for installing the stop body 222, the drawing hole 223 is formed in the stop body 222, the stop body 222 is in a convex shape, the convex part can be just accommodated and installed in the positioning hole of the stop seat 221, and the displacement and the shaking of the cable insulation layer 31 in the drawing process of the cable conductor 32 can be avoided to a certain extent, and the adhesion force between the cable insulation layer 31 and the cable conductor 32 can not be truly reflected.
