Description

Locking device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a lock device attached to an opening/closing member.
Background
A locking device for holding an opening/closing member in a closed state is attached to the opening/closing member that opens and closes an opening of a glove box of a vehicle. The user operates the operation member of the lock device to release the lock and open the glove box.
For example, patent document 1 discloses a side lock device attached to a door lining for opening and closing an opening of a storage box. The side locking device includes: a base member fixed to a door lining; an operating member rotatably supported by the base member; a link member that swings in accordance with an operation of the operation member; and a locking lever coupled to the link member and moving in accordance with the swing of the link member.
The rod of patent document 1 has a tip portion projecting outward from a hole formed in a door trim, and a rear end portion connected to a link member. When the door lining is closed, the rod moves inward so that the front end portion abuts against the inner surface of the storage box, and when the rod reaches the position of the lock hole formed in the storage box, the rod moves outward and engages with the lock hole.
Patent document 1: japanese laid-open patent publication No. 2012-246727
Disclosure of Invention
In the technique described in patent document 1, if the front end portion of the lever abuts against the inner side surface of the storage box when the door lining is closed, the rear end portion of the lever receives a force floating from the base member due to a reaction force from the storage box, and there is a possibility that the coupling between the lever and the link member is released.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a lock device that can make it difficult to release the coupling between a lever and a rotating member.
In order to solve the above problem, one aspect of the present invention is a lock device capable of holding an opening/closing member openably/closably attached to an opening portion of a fixed member in a locked state, the lock device including: a base member fixed to the opening/closing member; an operating member supported by the base member; a rotating member rotatably supported by the base member and rotating in accordance with an operation of the operating member; a 1 st rod, the base end of which is connected with the rotating component, and the front end of which advances and retreats in the 1 st locking hole of the fixed component according to the rotation of the rotating component; and a 2 nd rod which is longer than the 1 st rod, has a base end connected to the rotating member, and has a tip end advanced and retreated in the 2 nd locking hole of the fixed member in accordance with the rotation of the rotating member. The operation member has: an operation unit provided to be operable from the front side of the opening/closing member; and a transmission part which protrudes to the back side of the opening and closing part and is engaged with the 1 st rod to transmit the operation force. The base member has: a support portion that supports the rotating member; and an insertion portion into which the transmission portion is inserted. The 1 st rod has a coupling portion that is fitted to the rotating member by being press-fitted from a direction opposite to the insertion direction of the transmission portion into the insertion portion. The support portion is disposed at a position farther from the distal end portion of the 1 st lever than the insertion portion.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the present invention, the lock device can make the connection between the lever and the rotating member difficult to release.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a diagram for explaining an opening/closing member 12 to which a lock device 10 according to an embodiment is attached. Fig. 1(a) is a front view of the lock device 10 and the opening/closing member 12 of the opening/closing member 12 as viewed from the front side, and fig. 1(b) is a rear view of the lock device 10 and the opening/closing member 12 of the opening/closing member 12 as viewed from the rear side. The opening/closing member 12 is actually provided by attaching 2 plate-like members and accommodating the lock device 10 therein, and fig. 1(b) is a diagram in which the plate-like member on the back side of the opening/closing member 12 covering the lock device 10 is omitted.
The opening/closing member 12 is, for example, a lid member for a glove box of a vehicle. For convenience of explanation, the opening/closing member 12 in fig. 1(a) and (b) is illustrated as a planar shape, but may be formed to match the shape of the opening of the glove box or may be formed to be curved. The glove box is a fixed member having a recess as a housing space provided in the dash panel, and the opening/closing member 12 is rotatably attached to the glove box to open and close an opening of the recess.
An attachment opening 12a for attaching the lock device 10 is formed in the opening/closing member 12. The locking device 10 attached to the opening/closing portion locks the opening/closing member 12 with respect to the opening portion of the glove box and maintains the closed state. The lock device 10 of the embodiment may be a side lock device that can operate the operation member 20 in the width direction of the opening/closing member 12.
The lock device 10 includes an operation member 20, a base member 22, a rotation member 24, a 1 st lever 26, and a 2 nd lever 28. The base member 22 is fixed to the opening/closing member 12. The operating member 20 is rotatably supported by the base member 22. As shown in fig. 1(a), the operation member 20 is assembled from the front side of the mounting opening 12a and is provided on the front side. The user inserts a finger from the recessed portion 12b to the back surface side of the operation member 20, and releases the lock by pulling the operation member 20.
The rotation member 24 is rotatably supported by the base member 22, and is coupled to a 1 st rod 26 and a 2 nd rod 28 (simply referred to as "rods" unless a distinction is made between them). The user's operation force is transmitted from the operation member 20 to the 1 st lever 26 shown in fig. 1(b), from the 1 st lever 26 to the rotation member 24, and from the rotation member 24 to the 2 nd lever 28. The rotating member 24 rotates in accordance with the rotation of the operating member 20. The rod moves in the longitudinal direction in conjunction with the rotation of the rotating member 24.
The 1 st lever 26 is inserted into the 1 st supporting hole 12c of the opening/closing member 12, and the 2 nd lever 28 is inserted into the 2 nd supporting hole 12 d. When the rear surface side of the latch device 10 is covered and shielded by the rear surface side opening/closing member 12 not shown in fig. 1(b), the front end portion of the 1 st rod 26 passes through the 1 st support hole 12c and is exposed to the outside, and the front end portion of the 2 nd rod 28 passes through the 2 nd support hole 12d and is exposed to the outside. The 1 st rod 26 and the 2 nd rod 28 are referred to as a tip end on the side inserted into the 1 st lock hole 14a and the 2 nd lock hole 14b, and a base end on the side coupled to the rotating member 24.
The 1 st support hole 12c and the 2 nd support hole 12d of the shutter 12 are through holes formed in the side portions of the shutter 12. The periphery of the through hole may be provided with a guide portion that elastically contacts the rod to suppress the rocking of the rod and guides the movement of the rod.
When the user operates the operation member 20, the rotation member 24 rotates, and the lever moves in and out of the 1 st and 2 nd lock holes 14a and 14b formed in the glove box as a fixed member according to the rotation of the rotation member 24. If the front end portion of the lever enters the lock hole of the glove box, the opening-closing member 12 becomes the locked state, and if the lever is separated from the lock hole, the opening-closing member 12 becomes the unlocked state.
The lock device 10 of the embodiment is provided at a position deviated from the center of the opening/closing member 12 toward one end in the width direction. This makes it possible to easily reach the locking device 10 of the glove box provided in front of the passenger seat from the driver seat, for example. Since the rotating member 24 supported by the base member 22 is disposed on the side close to the opening/closing member 12, the interval from the rotating member 24 to the 1 st support hole 12c and the 2 nd support hole 12d is different. Therefore, the 1 st rod 26 and the 2 nd rod 28 have different lengths in the longitudinal direction, and the 1 st rod 26 is shorter than the 2 nd rod 28 in the longitudinal direction.
Fig. 2 is an exploded view of the locking device 10. Fig. 3 is an enlarged view of the periphery of the 1 st lever 26 of the locking device 10 shown in fig. 1 (b). The operation member 20 includes: the base portion 35, the operation portion 36, the pair of shaft portions 38, the transmission portion 40, the pair of side wall portions 42, the intermediate wall portion 44, and the rotation stopper portion 46. The operation unit 36 is formed on the flat plate-shaped base portion 35 and is positioned on the front side of the opening/closing member 12, and the user's finger is caught by the operation unit 36.
A pair of side wall portions 42 are provided upright on the back surface of the base 35 in opposition. The pair of shaft portions 38 are formed in an arc shape on the pair of side wall portions 42, respectively. The pair of shaft portions 38 are disposed closer to the transmission portion 40 than the operation portion 36 in the rod advancing and retreating direction or the vehicle lateral direction.
The intermediate wall portion 44 is provided upright on the rear surface of the base portion 35, and connects the pair of side wall portions 42. The intermediate wall portion 44 covers the internal structure of the lock device 10, preventing the user's fingers from entering the interior of the lock device 10.
The transmission portion 40 is formed in a columnar shape, and is provided upright from the back surface of the base portion 35 and projects toward the back surface side of the opening/closing member 12. The transmission portion 40 is engaged with the 1 st lever 26 and transmits the operation force to the operation member 20 to the 1 st lever 26. The transmission portion 40 has a contact surface 40a formed by bending toward the distal end side of the transmission portion 40. The front end of the transmitting portion 40 has a gap 71 with the support surface 74 of the 1 st lever 26.
The rotation stopper 46 is formed to protrude from the side surface of the columnar transmission portion 40. The rotation stopper 46 is engaged with the base member 22 at a predetermined rotational position when the operation member 20 is pulled by the user, and stops the rotation of the operation member 20.
The base member 22 has: the insertion portion 50, the bottom portion 51, the support portion 52, the key cylinder portion 54, the stopper portion 56, the shaft support portion 58, and the fixing portion 60. The fixing portion 60 is formed in a flange shape with respect to the main body of the rectangular base member 22. The base member 22 is fixed to the opening/closing member 12 by inserting screws or the like into holes of the fixing portion 60.
The insertion portion 50 is formed as a through hole for inserting the transmission portion 40 of the operation member 20 into the back surface side. The support portion 52 is formed in a hole shape in the bottom portion 51 and rotatably supports a shaft portion 64 supported by the rotary member 24.
The lock cylinder portion 54 accommodates the rotary member 24. The stopper 56 is formed in an elastic claw shape and functions as a stopper of the rotating member 24. The stopper 56 is disposed between the lock cylinder portion 54 and the insertion portion 50 in the advancing/retreating direction of the 1 st lever 26, and is located between the transmission portion 40 and the rotation center 24a of the rotating member 24. Thus, the lock device 10 can be made smaller than a case where the stopper 56 is provided on the proximal end side of the 2 nd lever 28. The shaft support portions 58 are formed as arc-shaped projections and are formed in pairs on the outer side surface of the insertion portion 50. The shaft support portion 58 is inserted into the shaft portion 38 to rotatably support the operation member 20. The base member 22 is provided with a key cylinder portion 54 for accommodating the rotary member 24 and an insertion portion 50 into which the transmission portion 40 is inserted, which are arranged in a row.
The rotating member 24 has: disc portion 62, shaft portion 64, 1 st boss 66, 2 nd boss 68, and extension 70. The shaft portion 64 is formed in a columnar shape at the center of the disk portion 62, and is rotatably supported by the support portion 52 of the base member 22. The shaft portion 64 projects toward the front surface side of the opening/closing member 12. The rotation axis of the rotation member 24 intersects with the rotation axis of the operation member 20, and is disposed substantially orthogonal thereto. Thus, the rotation plane (the disk portion 62) of the rotating member 24 can be arranged along the front or rear surface of the opening/closing member 12, and the thickness of the lock device 10 in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the opening/closing member 12 can be reduced.
The 1 st projection 66 and the 2 nd projection 68 project in the projecting direction, that is, in the direction along the shaft 64, but are formed on the surface opposite to the shaft 64. The 1 st boss 66 and the 2 nd boss 68 are located at positions eccentric from the center of the disk portion 62. The 1 st projection 66 and the 2 nd projection 68 have front ends formed in substantially hemispherical shapes. The rotation axis of the rotation member 24 is orthogonal to the advancing and retreating direction of the 1 st rod 26 and the 2 nd rod 28.
The extension portion 70 is formed to extend radially outward from the outer periphery of the disk portion 62, and abuts against the stopper portion 56 of the base member 22, as shown in fig. 3. The projecting portion 70 is located radially outward of the 1 st projection 66 and the 2 nd projection 68 with respect to the rotation center 24a of the rotating member 24. This makes it possible to dispose the stopper of the rotating member 24 radially outward and reduce the force applied to the stopper. The protruding portion 70 is disposed between the rotation center 24a of the rotating member 24 and the transmission portion 40 in the advancing/retreating direction of the 1 st lever 26. Thus, the extension portion 70 can be provided on the outer peripheral side of the disk portion 62 of the rotating member 24, and the base member 22 can be prevented from increasing in the advancing/retreating direction of the 1 st lever 26.
The rotation center 24a of the rotating member 24 is disposed at a position overlapping the transmission portion 40 in the advancing/retreating direction of the 1 st lever 26. Thus, the transmission portion 40 and the rotation member 24 are arranged on the base member 22, and the base member 22 can be downsized. In this way, the lock device 10 of the embodiment is miniaturized by integrally assembling the operation member 20 and the rotation member 24 to the base member 22 and arranging the transmission portion 40 and the rotation member 24 in line. In the lock device 10, the rotation axis of the rotation member 24 and the insertion direction of the transmission member 40 are arranged in parallel, whereby the opening/closing member 12 is thinned in the vertical plane direction.
The 1 st lever 26 has: a 1 st coupling portion 72, a support surface 74, a 1 st post portion 76, a 2 nd post portion 78, and a 3 rd post portion 80. The 1 st lever 26 is shorter than the 2 nd lever 28, and advances and retreats in the 1 st locking hole 14a of the fixed member according to the rotation of the rotating member 24. The 1 st coupling portion 72 is formed at one end of the 1 st lever 26 and coupled to the 1 st boss 66. Here, a connection structure between the rotating member 24 and the 1 st rod 26 will be described with reference to new drawings.
Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the rotating member 24 and the 2 nd rod 28. Fig. 4 shows a cross section at line a-a of the locking device 10 shown in fig. 3. The coupling of the 1 st lever 26 to the rotating member 24 and the coupling of the 2 nd lever 28 to the rotating member 24 are the same, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
The 2 nd coupling portion 82 is formed on both side surfaces of the rectangular coupling hole portion 75, and is formed in a pair of rib shapes extending in the longitudinal direction. The 2 nd coupling portion 82 is caught by the flange portion 68a of the 2 nd boss 68. The elastic pieces 73 are two end support pieces extending in a long shape formed in the connection hole 75, and elastically contact the distal ends of the 2 nd projecting portions 68 to suppress rattling.
The 1 st coupling portion 72 of the 1 st lever 26 and the 2 nd coupling portion 82 of the 2 nd lever 28 are slidably fitted to the rotating member 24 by being press-fitted into the projecting ends of the 1 st boss 66 and the 2 nd boss 68. The 1 st coupling portion 72 and the 2 nd coupling portion 82 are pressed into the 1 st projection 66 and the 2 nd projection 68 from the back side toward the front side of the opening/closing member 12, and are opposite to the direction in which the transmission portion 40 of the operation member 20 is inserted into the insertion portion 50 of the base member 22. This makes it possible to easily connect the rotary member 24 to each other, and if a force in the projecting direction of the 1 st projection 66 and the 2 nd projection 68 is applied, the connection may be released.
Returning to fig. 2. First pillar portion 76 extends in the longitudinal direction and is orthogonal to second pillar portion 78. Second pillar portion 78 has support surface 74 that abuts transmission portion 40 of operation member 20. The 3 rd pillar portion 80 is bent from the 2 nd pillar portion 78 and extends in the longitudinal direction. The 1 st pillar portion 76 and the 3 rd pillar portion 80 extend in parallel in the longitudinal direction. As shown in fig. 3, the 1 st lever 26 has a support surface 74 for engaging with the transmission portion 40 of the operation member 20, and the support surface 74 intersects with the longitudinal direction of the 1 st lever 26. The length direction of the 1 st lever 26 is parallel to the advancing/retreating direction of the 1 st lever 26.
The 2 nd rod 28 is longer than the 1 st rod 26 and advances and retreats in the 2 nd locking hole 14b of the fixed member according to the rotation of the rotating member 24. The 2 nd rod 28 has a 2 nd coupling portion 82 coupled to the 2 nd boss 68 at one end.
The 1 st spring 30 is a coil spring into which the shaft 64 of the rotating member 24 is inserted. One end of the 1 st spring 30 abuts against the rotation member 24, and the other end abuts against the base member 22. The 1 st spring 30 biases the rotation member 24, and biases the 1 st lever 26 and the 2 nd lever 28 in the locking direction, that is, in the direction of advancing along the 1 st lock hole 14a and the 2 nd lock hole 14 b. The rotary member 24 biased by the 1 st spring 30 is stopped by the protruding portion 70 abutting against the stopper portion 56. Therefore, the urging force of the 1 st spring 30 is not transmitted to the operation member 20 via the 1 st lever 26 in the locked state of the opening/closing member 12, and the gap 71 is provided between the support surface 74 of the 1 st lever 26 and the transmission portion 40.
The 2 nd spring 32 is a coil spring, and has one end abutting the operation member 20 and the other end abutting the base member 22. The 2 nd spring 32 biases the operating member 20 in a direction to close the operating member 20 so as to return the operated operating member 20 to the original position. The direction in which the operating member 20 is closed refers to a direction in which the operating member 20 rotated by the user returns to the original position. The damper 34 is formed of a rubber material, is fixed to the base member 22, and abuts against the base member 22 in a state where the operation member 20 is closed. The shock absorber 34 reduces the contact between the operation member 20 and the base member 22, thereby suppressing the generation of impact noise.
Fig. 5 is a diagram for explaining the operation of the lock device 10. If the operation portion 36 is pulled by the user, the operation member 20 is rotated by the shaft portion 38, and the transmission portion 40 is also rotated. The abutment surface 40a of the transmission portion 40 presses the support surface 74 of the 1 st lever 26, and the 1 st lever 26 moves in the backward direction. The rotation member 24 rotates together with the movement of the 1 st lever 26, and the 2 nd lever 28 also moves backward in conjunction with the rotation member 24. Thus, the 1 st lever 26, the rotating member 24, and the 2 nd lever 28 are interlocked with the operation of the operating member 20.
When the user moves the finger away from the operating member 20, the rotating member 24 is urged by the 1 st spring 30 to rotate, and moves the 1 st lever 26 and the 2 nd lever 28 so as to advance toward the lock hole. The operating member 20 is biased by the 2 nd spring 32 and returns to the original position.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the tip of the transmission portion 40 is spaced apart from the flange portion 66a of the 1 st projection 66 by a distance L3 in the rotational axis direction of the rotating member 24. That is, the transmission portion 40 projects toward the rear side from the coupling position (the lower surface of the flange portion 66 a) of the rotating member 24 and the 1 st lever 26. This can sufficiently secure the overlapping width of the support surface 74 of the 1 st lever 26 and the transmission unit 40 in the rotation axis direction. Further, the connection positions of the support surface 74, the rotary member 24, and the 1 st rod 26 can be arranged so as to overlap in the advancing/retreating direction of the 1 st rod 26, and the 1 st rod 26 can be formed along the advancing/retreating direction, and the height of the lock device 10 can be reduced in the rotating shaft direction of the rotary member 24, and the lock device 10 can be downsized. Further, the lock device 10 can be made compact, and the distance from the shaft portion 38 to the transmission portion 40 can be increased, so that the advancing and retreating distance of the 1 st lever 26 with respect to the operation angle can be increased.
Further, by forming the contact surface 40a of the transmission portion 40 by bending, the sliding between the rotating transmission portion 40 and the straight 1 st rod 26 can be made smooth. In a state where no external force is applied to the operating member 20, that is, in a closed state of the operating member 20, the contact position of the transmission portion 40 with the 1 st lever 26 is located closer to the distal end portion side of the 1 st lever 26 than the rotation center 38a of the shaft portion 38 in the advancing and retreating direction of the 1 st lever 26. Then, if the operating member 20 is rotated, the contact position of the transmission portion 40 and the 1 st lever 26 moves to the base end side (the rotating member 24 side) of the 1 st lever 26 beyond the rotation center 38a of the shaft portion 38 in the advancing and retreating direction of the 1 st lever 26. Thus, when the operation member 20 is rotated, the transmission portion 40 is first moved in the upright direction (upward in fig. 5) of the transmission portion 40, and the overlapping margin with the 1 st lever 26 is increased, so that the operation force can be reliably transmitted. Further, by moving the transmission portion 40 in the opening direction so as to increase the overlapping margin with the 1 st lever 26, the length of the transmission portion 40 can be shortened, and the lock device 10 can be thinned.
By forming the shaft portion 38 in an arc shape, the rotation center 38a of the shaft portion 38 can be disposed on the front surface side of the operation member 20. This makes it possible to reduce the thickness of the lock device 10 as compared with the case where the rotation center of the shaft portion 38 is formed in the side wall portion 42.
Fig. 6 is a diagram for explaining the operation of the lock device 10 when the opening/closing member 12 is closed. Fig. 6 shows a state in which the 1 st lever 26 abuts against the opening edge 14c of the glove box 14 in the middle of closing the opening/closing member 12.
The tapered surface 26a at the tip of the 1 st lever 26 abuts against the opening edge 14c, and the 1 st lever 26 receives a reaction force in the retreating direction 86 and the opening direction 88 of the opening/closing member 12. The force in the opening direction 88 becomes a moment in the direction 90 in which the 1 st coupling portion 72 receives a moment with the 1 st supporting hole portion 12c as a fulcrum.
The locking device 10 is disposed on the driver seat side of the opening/closing member 12 located in front of the passenger seat, and constitutes the 1 st lever 26 in a short length. Therefore, when the distance L1 between the 1 st supporting hole 12c and the 1 st coupling part 72 is set short when the opening/closing member 12 is closed, the magnitude of the moment about the 1 st supporting hole 12c as the fulcrum is not changed, and therefore the force in the direction 90 in which the 1 st coupling part 72 is released is increased, and there is a possibility that the coupling between the 1 st coupling part 72 and the rotating member 24 is released. By disposing the lock device 10 close to the driver side of the opening/closing member 12 in this way, the short 1 st lever 26 and the rotating member 24 can be easily released from the coupling.
Therefore, by disposing the rotary member 24 at a position distant from the support position (the 1 st support hole 12c) of the 1 st lever 26, the connection between the 1 st connecting portion 72 and the rotary member 24 is made difficult to release. Specifically, the rotating member 24 is disposed at a position farther from the 1 st supporting hole 12c than the transmission portion 40 of the operating member 20 in the advancing and retreating direction of the 1 st lever 26. That is, in the base member 22, the support portion 52 that supports the rotation member 24 is disposed at a position that is farther from the 1 st support hole portion 12c than the insertion portion 50 into which the transmission portion 40 is inserted. Thus, in the rotating member 24 and the operating member 20 assembled to the base member 22, the force in the direction 90 in which the 1 st coupling portion 72 of the 1 st lever 26 is released when the opening/closing member 12 is closed can be reduced by separating the rotating member 24 from the 1 st supporting hole portion 12c as compared with the transmission portion 40 of the operating member 20.
The rotating member 24 and the support portion 52 are disposed at positions farther from the 1 st support hole 12C than the center position C of the base member 22 in the advancing/retreating direction of the 1 st lever 26. Thereby, the rotating member 24 can be separated from the 1 st support hole 12c in the base member 22.
In the forward/backward direction of the 1 st lever 26, a distance L1 between the 1 st supporting hole 12c and the 1 st coupling portion 72 is larger than a distance L2 between the 1 st supporting hole 12c and the 1 st locking hole 14 a. Thus, when the 1 st lever 26 receives a reaction force from the glove box 14 when the opening/closing member 12 is closed, the force in the direction 90 in which the 1 st coupling portion 72 is released can be reduced by the reaction force. In the forward/backward direction of the 1 st rod 26, the distance L1 between the 1 st supporting hole 12c and the 1 st coupling portion 72 is larger than the distance from the 1 st supporting hole 12c to the tapered surface 26 a.
As described above, in the lock device 10 of the embodiment, since the operation member 20 and the rotation member 24 are provided on the base member 22, the arrangement of the respective members is limited, but the lock device is miniaturized and thinned, and since the short 1 st lever 26 is coupled to the rotation member 24 on the base member 22, the coupling with the rotation member 24 may be released, but the coupling is difficult to release by separating the rotation member 24 from the fulcrum of the 1 st lever 26.
Fig. 7 is a diagram for explaining a lock device 100 according to a modification. The lock device 100 of the modification differs from the lock device 10 shown in fig. 2 in that the key device 94 is provided in the operating member 20, and the transmission unit 140 is provided in the key device 94. The key device 94 is provided to release the engagement of the 1 st lever 126 of the operating member 20. The lock device 100 shown in fig. 7 shows a state after the key device 94 is unlocked.
The key device 94 is formed in a columnar shape, fixed to the operation member 20, and inserted into the insertion portion 50. The key device 94 has a transmission part 140 at the tip thereof, which engages with the 1 st lever 126. The transmission part 140 is located at a position eccentric from the center axis of the key device 94, and performs rotational movement during locking and unlocking. The transmission portion 140 is provided integrally with the key device 94 on the operating member 20.
The 1 st lever 126 has a support portion 174 on a side portion thereof, which engages with the transmission portion 140. The support portion 174 is formed to protrude from a side portion of the 1 st lever 126 in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction. The 1 st lever 126 is formed with a gap 92 into which the transmission part 140 enters during locking.
Fig. 8 is a diagram for explaining the operation of the key device 94 in the lock device 100 according to the modification. Fig. 8 shows the rotating member 24, the 1 st lever 126, and the key device 94, and shows a state after the key device 94 is unlocked. The key device 94 includes: a cylinder portion 96 fixed to a cylinder hole of the operating member 20; a rotation mechanism 98 that is rotatable with respect to the lock cylinder portion 96; and a transmitting part 140.
In a state where the key device 94 is unlocked, the transmission portion 140 integral with the operation member 20 engages with the 1 st lever 126, and if the operation member 20 is operated, the transmission portion 140 presses the 1 st lever 126 to retreat.
If a prescribed key is inserted into the key hole 99, the rotating mechanism 98 becomes rotatable with respect to the lock cylinder portion 96, and if the key is turned, the rotating mechanism 98 rotates together with the key. The transmission unit 140 in the unlocked state engages with the support 174 of the 1 st lever 126, but is locked and moved into the gap 92 to release the engagement with the 1 st lever 126. The gap 92 is formed along the longitudinal direction, i.e., the advancing and retreating direction of the 1 st rod 126.
The transmission unit 140 enters the space 92 in a locked state, and is not opposed to the support 174 in the forward/backward direction. When the operation member 20 is operated in the locked state, the transmission part 140 moves in the forward/backward direction of the 1 st rod 126, but moves only in the gap 92, and does not press the 1 st rod 126. In this way, when the lock device 100 locks the shutter 12 in the closed state, if the key device 94 is locked, the transmission portion 140 integral with the operating member 20 and the 1 st lever 126 are disengaged from each other, and even if the operating member 20 is operated, the 1 st lever 126 does not retreat from the 1 st lock hole 14a, and the locked state is maintained.
In the locked state of the opening/closing member 12, the gap 71 is provided between the transmission portion 140 and the support portion 174, and the 1 st rod 126 biased in the advancing direction toward the 1 st lock hole 14a by the 1 st spring 30 is configured not to bias the transmission portion 140. Thus, in the locked state of the shutter 12, the transmission unit 140 can be easily rotated without the 1 st lever 126 interfering with the rotation of the transmission unit 140 when the user locks the key device 94.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications such as design changes can be applied to the embodiments based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art, and the embodiments to which such modifications are applied can be also included in the scope of the present invention.
In the embodiment, the 1 st supporting hole 12c and the 2 nd supporting hole 12d are through holes formed in the side portion of the opening/closing member 12, but the embodiment is not limited thereto. For example, the 1 st supporting hole and the 2 nd supporting hole may be disposed inside the both side portions of the opening/closing member 12, and may be formed as through holes in a wall portion erected inside the opening/closing member 12. In this case, the 1 st lever 26 and the 2 nd lever 28 do not contact the through holes formed in both side portions of the shutter 12.
