Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a display control method, which is applied to a mobile terminal, wherein the mobile terminal comprises a folding screen. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a display control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:
In the embodiment of the present invention, the foldable screen may be a foldable screen obtained by connecting a plurality of display regions by hinges, or may be a flexible screen. The foldable screen may include at least two display areas, wherein the at least two display areas may be at least two display areas connected by a hinge, or at least two display areas divided by folding or bending the flexible display screen. The user visual focus can be an intersection point of a visual axis extending by taking eyeballs of the user as a central point and a display area of the folding screen when the user watches the display area of the folding screen of the mobile terminal, and optionally, the user visual focus can be identified by collecting eye images of the user.
In practical applications, a display area (i.e., a first display area) having a visual focus of a user in at least two display areas of the folding screen is generally a display area currently operated by the user, and therefore, whether the display areas of the folding screen except the first display area need to be turned off or not can be determined with reference to the first display area, so as to save power consumption of the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the position information of the second display area and the first display area may include an included angle between each display area in the second display area and the first display area, or a connection relationship between each display area in the second display area and the first display area, so as to determine the target display area. It is to be understood that the above-mentioned target display area may be one or at least two display areas in the second display area.
And 103, if the target display area meets a preset screen turn-off condition, turning off the target display area.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset screen-off condition may be reasonably set according to an actual situation, for example, no user watches the screen within a preset time period, or no user operation is received within a preset time period.
In this step, when the target display area meets the preset screen turn-off condition, the target display area is turned off to reduce the power consumption of the folding screen of the mobile terminal and reduce the false touch operation caused by the target display area. Optionally, display areas other than the target display area in the at least two display areas may be kept in a bright screen state to ensure the display effect.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal may be a mobile phone, a Tablet personal Computer (Tablet personal Computer), a Laptop Computer (Laptop Computer), a personal digital assistant (PDA for short), a Wearable Device (Wearable Device), or the like.
According to the display control method, a first display area of the folding screen is determined, wherein the first display area is a display area with a user visual focus in at least two display areas of the folding screen; determining a target display area according to position information of a second display area and the first display area, wherein the second display area is the display area except the first display area in at least two display areas of the folding screen; and if the target display area meets the preset screen turn-off condition, turning off the target display area, so that the power consumption of the folding screen of the mobile terminal can be reduced, the endurance time of the mobile terminal is prolonged, and the mistaken touch operation caused by the target display area can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a display control method according to another embodiment of the present invention. The difference between the embodiment of the present invention and the previous embodiment is mainly that the target display area is further limited to be extinguished if the target display area meets the preset screen extinguishing condition. In the embodiment of the present invention, if the target display area meets a preset screen turn-off condition, turning off the target display area includes: and if the target display area is determined not to receive the operation of the user within the preset time length and/or the preset application program is not included in the application programs running in the foreground on the target display area, extinguishing the target display area.
As shown in fig. 2, the display control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
This step may be the same as step 101, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the position information of the second display area and the first display area may include an included angle between each display area in the second display area and the first display area, or a connection relationship between each display area in the second display area and the first display area, so as to determine the target display area.
Optionally, the step 202, that is, determining the target display area according to the position information of the second display area and the first display area, may include:
detecting an included angle between each display area in the second display area and the first display area;
and if a display area with an included angle larger than a preset angle with the first display area exists in the second display area, determining the display area with the included angle larger than the preset angle with the first display area in the second display area as a target display area.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset angle may be reasonably set according to actual conditions, for example, 180 degrees. The angle here means an angle value from one display region to another display region, and the angle value is equal to or greater than 0 ° and equal to or less than 360 °. For ease of understanding, embodiments of the present invention are described below by way of example:
for example, a folding screen of the mobile terminal is folded and divided into 4 display areas, that is, a display area a, a display area b, a display area c and a display area d, which are sequentially connected, where if a display area currently viewed by a user is the display area b, the display area b is a display area having a visual focus of the user, when an included angle between the display area a and the display area b is greater than a preset angle, it may be determined that the display area a is a target display area, and when the included angle between the display area a and the display area b is less than or equal to the preset angle, it may be determined that the display area a is not the target display area.
In practical application, when an included angle between a certain display area of the folding screen and the display area currently watched by a user is large, the user often does not use the display area or does not watch the content displayed by the display area, and at the moment, whether the display area meets the preset screen-off condition or not is judged to perform screen-off control, so that the probability of mistakenly closing the display area needed by the user can be reduced.
Optionally, in step 202, the determining a target display area according to the position information of the second display area and the first display area may include:
and if the second display area has a display area which is not connected with the first display area, determining the display area which is not connected with the first display area in the second display area as a target display area.
For example, a folding screen of the mobile terminal is folded and divided into 4 display areas, that is, a display area a, a display area b, a display area c and a display area d which are sequentially connected, if the display area currently watched by the user is the display area b, the display area b is a display area with a visual focus of the user, and because the display area d is not adjacent to the display area b, it indicates that the user is not currently using the display area d or does not watch the content displayed by the display area d, the display area d may be determined as a target display area, and it may be further determined whether the display area d satisfies a preset screen-off condition, so as to perform screen-saving control, thereby reducing the probability of mistakenly closing the display area needed by the user.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, a target display area may also be determined by combining an included angle between each display area in the second display area and the first display area and a connection relationship between each display area in the second display area and the first display area, for example, a display area in the second display area, in which the included angle between the second display area and the first display area is greater than a preset angle, and a display area in the second display area, which is not connected to the first display area, are both determined as the target display area.
For example, a third display area, which is not connected to the first display area, in the second display area may be detected, a fourth display area, which has an included angle greater than a preset angle with the first display area, in a display area other than the third display area in the second display area may be further detected, and both the third display area and the fourth display area may be determined as target display areas.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the operation of the user may be a touch operation (for example, a click operation, a slide operation, a long-press operation, a drag operation, and the like) of the user on the target display area, or a voice control operation on the target display area, or a gesture control operation on the target display area. The preset time period can be set reasonably according to actual conditions, for example, 1 minute, 1.5 minutes, 2 minutes, and the like. The preset application may be an application that needs to be kept bright, for example, a video-type application.
Specifically, when the target display area does not receive the operation of the user within the preset time, there is a high possibility that the user does not need to use the target display area at present, so that the target display area can be closed, the power consumption of the folding screen of the mobile terminal is reduced, and the endurance time of the mobile terminal is prolonged.
In addition, in an actual situation, some applications need to keep the display area in a bright screen state all the time when running, for example, video applications, so as to ensure that the applications can be displayed normally, whether an application (i.e., a preset application) needing to keep a bright screen exists in an application running in the foreground on the target display area can be detected, and when the application running in the foreground on the target display area includes the application needing to keep a bright screen, the target display area is kept in the bright screen state, and when the application running in the foreground on the target display area does not include the application needing to keep a bright screen, the target display area can be closed, so that power consumption of the folding screen of the mobile terminal is reduced, and the duration of the mobile terminal is prolonged.
Optionally, the embodiment of the present invention may preset an application program (that is, a preset application program) that needs to keep the bright screen, or may set the application program that needs to keep the bright screen by the user, for example, a setting item for setting the application program that needs to keep the bright screen may be added in the setting menu, so that the user sets the application program that needs to keep the bright screen.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the target display area does not receive the operation of the user within the preset time period and the application program running in the foreground on the target display area does not include the preset application program, the target display area may be turned off, so as to reduce power consumption of the folding screen of the mobile terminal, prolong a duration of the mobile terminal, and not affect use of the user.
It can be understood that, if the target display area receives an operation of a user within a preset time period, or the application program running in the foreground in the target display area includes a preset application program, the process may be ended, or the step 201 may be returned to be executed. For example, if the target display area receives a user operation within a preset time period, the step 201 may be executed back after the user operation is finished, and if the application program running in the foreground in the target display area includes a preset application program, the step 201 may be executed back after the preset application program running in the foreground in the target display area is finished running or enters the background.
Optionally, before step 101 or step 201, the method may further include:
and if the folding operation aiming at the folding screen is detected, lightening all display areas of the folding screen.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the folding operation for the folding screen may also be referred to as a bending operation for the folding screen. In practical application, a user can fold the folding screen according to actual requirements so as to divide the folding screen into a plurality of display areas. It is understood that each time the user folds the folding screen, the folding screen may re-partition the display area based on the user's folding operation.
Specifically, before the first display area of the folding screen is determined, if the folding operation for the folding screen is detected, all display areas of the folding screen can be lightened, so that the mobile terminal can divide the display areas according to the folding operation.
Optionally, after step 103 or step 203, the method further includes:
if the folding operation aiming at the folding screen is detected, lightening all display areas of the folding screen; or
And if the included angles of any two connected display areas in the at least two display areas are detected to be smaller than or equal to the preset angle, lightening all the display areas of the folding screen.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the target display area is extinguished if the target display area meets the preset screen extinguishing condition, if the folding operation aiming at the folding screen is detected, all display areas of the folding screen can be lightened, wherein the target display area is included, so that the mobile terminal can divide the display area again according to the folding operation without influencing the display effect.
Optionally, when it is detected that the included angle between any two connected display areas in the at least two display areas is smaller than or equal to the preset angle, for example, the foldable screen is in a full-screen display state, all the display areas of the foldable screen may be lit up, so as to improve the display effect of the screen of the mobile terminal. Optionally, after lighting the whole display area of the folding screen, the step 201 may be executed again.
Therefore, for the mobile terminal using the folding screen, the embodiment of the invention can automatically detect whether each display area after the folding screen is folded is in an idle state, and execute screen saving operation on the display area in the idle state, thereby reducing unnecessary power consumption of the mobile terminal in the using process and reducing mistaken touch operation in the process of operating the mobile terminal.
