Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, so as to more clearly and intuitively understand the essence of the present invention.
Example 1
As shown in connection with fig. 1, 2 and 3;
the invention provides a skin flap traction clamp 1000, which comprises a first movable handle 10, a second movable handle 20, a first ring buckle 30, a second ring buckle 40, a rotating shaft piece 50, a first clamping plate 60 suitable for clamping the surface layer of a skin flap and a second clamping plate 70 suitable for clamping the inner layer of the skin flap;
wherein the middle part of the first movable handle 10 is rotatably connected with the middle part of the second movable handle 20 through the rotating shaft member 50; the first ring buckle 30 is connected to the tail end of the first movable handle 10; the second ring buckle 40 is connected to the tail end of the second movable handle 20; the first clamping plate 60 is fixedly arranged at the front end of the first movable handle 10; the second clamping plate 70 is fixedly arranged at the front end of the second movable handle 20;
the first clamping plate 60 is positioned opposite the second clamping plate 70; the surface of the first clamping plate 60 opposite to the second clamping plate 70 is a smooth surface 601 suitable for clamping the skin layer of the skin flap; the side of the second clamping plate 70 opposite the first clamping plate 60 is provided with barbs 701 adapted to embed into the inner layer of the flap.
Based on the above, it is clear that the invention is used for clamping and pulling the skin flap of the patient body operation part.
On the other hand, since the surface of the first clamping plate 60 opposite to the second clamping plate 70 is a smooth surface 601 adapted to clamp the skin of the skin flap, when the first clamping plate 60 and the second clamping plate 70 clamp the skin flap of the patient body, the smooth surface 601 abuts against the skin of the skin flap of the patient body at the opening position, so that the skin surface of the patient is not clamped and damaged, and no new wound is caused by damage to the patient body.
On the other hand, the side of the second clamping plate 70 opposite to the first clamping plate 60 is provided with the barb 701 adapted to be embedded into the skin flap inner layer, so that when the first clamping plate 60 and the second clamping plate 70 clamp the skin flap of the body opening part of the patient, the barb 701 is embedded into the skin flap inner layer of the body opening part of the patient, so that the effect of hooking and fixing can be well achieved, the skin flap of the body opening part of the patient can not slip off and come loose during the subsequent traction, the traction of the skin flap of the body opening part of the patient is good, and the use reliability is good.
In addition, the first clamping plate 60 suitable for clamping the skin flap surface layer and the second clamping plate 70 suitable for clamping the skin flap inner layer are arranged, and compared with a traditional surgical forceps with a front end formed into a pointed structure, the clamping area of the surgical forceps can be greatly increased, so that the skin flap of the clamped patient body opening part has better clamping property, better traction property, and can not slide off and damage the skin flap of the patient body opening part easily.
Furthermore, the invention has strong practicability and good use effect.
It should be emphasized that, in the specific implementation, the first movable handle 10, the second movable handle 20, the first ring buckle 30, the second ring buckle 40, the first clamping plate 60, the second clamping plate 70 and the barb 701 are all made of stainless steel and are integrally formed.
Thus, the invention has good integrity and is firm and durable as a whole.
In this embodiment, the hook tip of the barb 701 faces the connecting end of the first clamping plate 60, and the angle between the direction pointed by the hook tip of the barb 701 and the second clamping plate 70 is R1;
wherein, r1=60 degrees-90 degrees.
Preferably, in this technical solution, r1=75 degrees.
In this way, when the included angle R1 between the direction pointed by the hook tip of the barb 701 and the second clamping plate 70 is 75 degrees, the barb 701 is more beneficial to being embedded into the skin flap inner layer of the patient body incision site, and the barb 701 is more beneficial to being pulled out when the operation is completed.
And in the embodiment, at least one row of barbs 701 is provided, and at least three barbs 701 are provided in one row.
Because the barbs 701 are provided with at least one row and at least three rows, when a plurality of barbs 701 are embedded into the inner layer of the skin flap of the body opening part of the patient, the barbs can better play a role in hooking and fixing, so that the skin flap of the body opening part of the patient can not slide off and be loosened more when being pulled later, the skin flap of the body opening part of the patient has better traction performance and better use reliability.
Furthermore, the use effect of the invention can be greatly improved.
In this embodiment, the first clamping plate 60 and the second clamping plate 70 are both formed into a square structure; the first clamping plate 60 has a length L1, a width H1, and a thickness D1; the second clamping plate 70 has a length L2, a width H2 and a thickness D2;
wherein, L1 is more than or equal to L2; the H1 is more than or equal to H2, and the D1=D2.
In a specific implementation, the L1=1 cm-3cm, the H1=1 cm-2cm, and the D1=D2=1.5 mm.
Thus, when l1=1cm_3cm, h1=1cm_2cm and d1=d2=1.5 mm, the clamping area of the first clamping plate 60 is not too large to pass through the flap incision and not too small to perform a good clamping function, and the size of the second clamping plate 70 is equal to or smaller than that of the first clamping plate 60, so that when the barbs 701 hook the inner layer of the flap of the body opening of the patient, the first clamping plate 60 always abuts against the surface layer of the flap of the body opening of the patient, and the barbs 701 are not easy to hook through the flap of the body opening of the patient to form new skin wounds.
Preferably, in the present technical solution, l1=2 cm and h1=1.5 cm.
In this embodiment, a sub-buckle body 80 facing the tail end of the second clamping plate 70 is disposed at the position where the tail end of the first clamping plate 60 is connected to the first ring buckle 30, and a female buckle body 90 adapted to buckle the sub-buckle body 80 is disposed at the position where the tail end of the second clamping plate 70 is connected to the second ring buckle 40;
wherein, a plurality of mutually buckled engaging teeth are correspondingly arranged on the opposite surfaces of the sub-buckle body 80 and the main buckle body 90; when the engaging teeth of the opposite sides of the sub-buckle body 80 and the main buckle body 90 are engaged with each other, the clamping degree of the flap between the first clamping plate 60 and the second clamping plate 70 is adjustable.
Because of the buckling effect of the sub-buckle body 80 and the female buckle body 90, the clamping degree of the skin flap between the first clamping plate 60 and the second clamping plate 70 is adjustable, so that the medical staff can adjust the clamping degree of the skin flap between the first clamping plate 60 and the second clamping plate 70 according to the thickness of the skin flap, so that the skin is not damaged by too tight clamping and the traction is not good because of too loose clamping.
Further, the effect of the present invention can be further improved.
In a specific implementation, when the sub-buckle body 80 and the female buckle body 90 are completely buckled, that is, when the sub-buckle body 80 and the female buckle body 90 are completely buckled to form a laminated state, the first clamping plate 60 and the second clamping plate 70 are flush, and a distance between the hook tip of the barb 701 and the smooth surface 601 of the first clamping plate 60 is Q;
wherein q=0.5 mm.
Because the distance between the hook tip of the barb 701 and the first clamping plate 60 is 0.5mm when the sub-fastening body 80 and the female fastening body 90 are completely fastened, before the use, the sub-fastening body 80 and the female fastening body 90 are completely fastened, the barb 701 will not scratch the smooth surface 601 of the first clamping plate 60, and during the use, the barb 701 will not hook the skin flap of the patient body opening part to form a new skin wound.
In a specific implementation, a plurality of engaging teeth a801 are provided on a surface of the sub-buckle body 80 opposite to the main buckle body 90; a plurality of engaging teeth B901 are provided on a surface of the female buckle body 90 opposite to the male buckle body 80;
example two
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, in combination with fig. 4;
in this embodiment, a first connection portion 101 is provided between the front end and the middle portion of the first movable handle 10; a second connecting part 201 is arranged between the front end of the second movable handle 20 and the middle part thereof;
wherein the first connection portion 101 is formed in an arc-shaped structure bent toward the second connection portion 201, and the second connection portion 201 is formed in an arc-shaped structure bent toward the opposite side of the first connection portion 101; the arc angle of the first connection portion 101 and the arc angle of the second connection portion 201 are both R2.
In a preferred embodiment, said r2=30 degrees.
In this way, when the arc angle of the first connecting portion 101 and the arc angle of the second connecting portion 201 are both 30 degrees, it is advantageous to pull the flap from the side of the flap of the patient body opening portion according to the present invention, in other words, it is advantageous to pull the flap from the side of the patient body opening portion, so that the flap is adapted and is convenient for the medical staff to operate along the operation angle.
Furthermore, the use effect of the invention can be optimized.
In this embodiment, it is clear that the connection end of the first clamping plate 60 and the front end of the first connection portion 101 are smoothly transited, and the connection end of the second clamping plate 70 and the front end of the second connection portion 201 are smoothly transited.
It should be noted that, in the specific implementation, the first clamping plate 60 and the second clamping plate 70 may be circular, oval, trapezoidal or other shapes, as long as the size of the first clamping plate 60 is equal to or greater than the size of the second clamping plate 70, and the first clamping plate 60 can cover the second clamping plate 70 in the projection.
It should be further added that, in implementation, the barbs 701 may be sized differently to adapt the present invention to hooking skin flaps of different thickness and area.
It should be further added that, in the implementation, in either the first embodiment or the second embodiment, when the sub-buckle body 80 is completely buckled with the main buckle body 90, a gap of at least 1.0cm is formed between the first connecting portion 101 and the second connecting portion 201, so that there is enough space for placing the skin edge.
Other embodiments, etc., are not illustrated herein.
In conclusion, the invention has the advantages of simple integral structure, easy implementation, easy operation, strong practicability and strong specialization, so that the invention has very good market popularization value, and can be very popular and effectively popularized.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all changes in the equivalent structure or equivalent flow, or direct or indirect application in other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the invention.
