When the nail coiling gun is triggered to enable the firing pin to strike the nail to punch the target object to complete the nailing action, after the nail coiling gun finishes the striking of the previous nail position, along with the forward extension resetting of the triggering head 1, the nail pushing rocker 7 loses the pressing effect, the nail pushing reciprocating rod 10 returns to the extending position under the action of the resetting spring 11 and drives the nail pushing draw hook 9 to move forwards by the distance of the card slot of the nail coiling assembly 12, and the nail in the previously clamped card is transferred to the nailing position (see fig. 5 and 6); meanwhile, the reset acting force of the nail pushing reciprocating rod 10 is transmitted to the depth adjusting frame 3 through the guide wheel 6 and then transmitted to the touch head 1 through the depth adjusting rod 2, so that the touch head 1 is ensured to return to the initial position for the next nailing operation.
Tests prove that the nail rolling gun of the embodiment has high automation degree of the nail pushing mechanism, has stable and reliable performance due to simple and reasonable structure, can circularly reciprocate, and continuously and automatically complete the one-by-one nail rolling pushing operation in the nailing operation process; particularly, the nail pushing action is derived from the original operation action, and no additional operation is needed, so that the nail pushing device is very convenient and fast.
