The air-conditioner can ventilate the switch cabinet body at any time, and can clean equipment of the switch cabinet body by wind power.

The application belongs to the field of switch cabinets, and particularly relates to a ventilation type switch cabinet.
Background
A switch cabinet (switch cabinet) is an electrical device, external wires of the switch cabinet enter a main control switch in the cabinet first, then enter a sub-control switch, and all branches are arranged according to the requirements. The method is mainly suitable for various different occasions such as power plants, transformer substations, petrochemical industry, metallurgical steel rolling, light industry textile, factories and mining enterprises, residential communities, high-rise buildings and the like.
In the prior art, the switch cabinet generates heat when the equipment works, and the switch cabinet belongs to airtight equipment, so that the heat generated by the equipment cannot pass through the switch cabinet to be emitted. If the radiating holes are directly formed in the wall of the switch cabinet, dust, rainwater and the like in the air can easily enter the switch cabinet, so that equipment is out of order.
In order to solve the heat dissipation problem, the prior art, such as chinese patent CN107026405a, provides a dust removing and heat dissipating structure for a switch cabinet, which comprises a vent pipe and a filter box, wherein a through hole penetrating through the left and right ends is formed in the vent pipe, a stop block and a sealing block are mounted at one end of the vent pipe, the stop block is fixed on the vent pipe, the sealing block can slide left and right on the vent pipe, and a spring sleeved on the vent pipe is arranged between the stop block and the sealing block; the other end of the vent pipe penetrates through the side plate of the filter box and is arranged in the cavity of the filter box, a nut is screwed at one end of the vent pipe arranged in the cavity of the filter box, and a blind hole communicated with the through hole of the vent pipe is formed at one end of the vent pipe arranged in the cavity of the filter box; the blind holes are provided with a plurality of overlapped air inlet heads, one end of each air inlet head is provided with a round boss, the other end of each air inlet head is provided with a blind hole corresponding to the boss, the air inlet heads are internally provided with through holes penetrating through the boss and the blind holes, the bosses are inserted into the blind holes on the air inlet heads, the air inlet heads are overlapped and fixed together, one side of the blind hole of one air inlet head on the rightmost side is provided with a sealing cover, the bosses are inserted into the blind holes on the vent pipe, and the air inlet heads are fixed on the vent pipe; each of the air inlet heads is provided with an air inlet pipe which is symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side, the air inlet pipe is a hollow pipe, the air inlet pipe is communicated with a through hole in the air inlet head, a cover plate is arranged at the other end of the air inlet pipe, an air inlet is arranged on the cover plate, a columnar sponge is sleeved on the air inlet pipe, a fixed through hole corresponding to the air inlet pipe is arranged in the columnar sponge, the outer edge surface of the air inlet pipe is tightly attached to the inner edge surface of the fixed through hole, a filtering through hole is arranged in the columnar sponge, one end of the filtering through hole is communicated with the fixed through hole, the other end of the filtering through hole penetrates through the other end of the columnar sponge, the diameter of the filtering through hole is larger than that of the fixed through hole, a plurality of layers of filtering layers are arranged left and right in the filtering through hole, an interval is arranged between every two adjacent filtering layers, each layer is formed by a plurality of sponge blocks which are uniformly distributed circumferentially, and the interval between the filtering layers is communicated with the air inlet on the cover plate of the air inlet pipe.
As another example, chinese patent CN206364411U discloses a dustproof and radiating power switch cabinet, which comprises a cabinet body, the cabinet body passes through hinged joint cabinet door, the cabinet door below is equipped with the baffle, the cabinet door left end is equipped with the handle, the cabinet is internal to be constituteed by component chamber and heat dissipation chamber, and the component chamber is located heat dissipation chamber top, be equipped with the baffle between component chamber and the heat dissipation chamber, evenly be equipped with the apopore on the baffle, heat dissipation intracavity left and right sides all is equipped with radiator fan, be equipped with the dust screen standing groove on the cabinet wall of cabinet door, be equipped with the dust screen rather than assorted in the dust screen standing groove.
However, the above two patents are either too complicated in structure or cannot realize the complete ventilation and heat dissipation of the interior of the switch cabinet.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a ventilation type switch cabinet which can realize ventilation into a switch cabinet body at any time and can adopt wind power to clean equipment of the switch cabinet body by wind power.
In order to achieve the technical aim, the application adopts the specific technical scheme that the ventilation type switch cabinet comprises a switch cabinet body, an inner side plate, a blower, a wind filtering plate and a skylight; the inner side plate is provided with a plurality of vent holes which are uniformly distributed, the inner side plate is arranged on the inner side of the side wall of the switch cabinet body, and an air channel is formed between the inner side plate and the side wall of the switch cabinet body; the air filtering plate surrounds the top end of the switch cabinet body in an inclined mode, the skylight is arranged at the top end of the air filtering plate, and a gap is reserved between the skylight and the air filtering plate; the air blower is arranged between the air filtering plate and the switch cabinet body, and the air outlet of the air blower is communicated with the air duct.
As an improved technical scheme of the application, the application further comprises a filter cloth which is arranged on the outer surface of the air filtering plate.
As an improved technical scheme of the application, a dust collecting groove is formed at the top end part of the switch cabinet body in an inward manner.
As an improved technical scheme of the application, the application further comprises a storage battery, wherein the storage battery is arranged at the top end of the switch cabinet body and is used for supplying power for the blower.
As an improved technical scheme of the application, the solar energy storage device further comprises a solar panel, wherein the solar panel is arranged at the top end of the skylight and is used for supplying power to the storage battery.
As an improved technical scheme of the application, two inner side plates are symmetrically arranged on two side walls of the switch cabinet body and form two air channels with the side walls.
As an improved technical scheme of the application, two air blowers are arranged, and air outlets of the two air blowers are respectively communicated with one air duct.
Advantageous effects
According to the application, air supply to the air blower is realized through the gap between the air filtering plate and the skylight, and air outlet of the air blower can be uniformly distributed in the switch cabinet body after being homogenized through the vent holes of the inner side plate, so that heat dissipation of the switch cabinet body is realized; when two air blowers are started simultaneously and the ventilation quantity of the air blowers is controlled, the air blown out by the two air blowers can form convection so as to clean the inside of the switch cabinet body.
In conclusion, ventilation to the switch cabinet body at any time is realized, and wind power can be adopted to clean equipment of the switch cabinet body by wind power.

In order to make the purpose and technical solution of the embodiments of the present application more clear, the technical solution of the present application will be clearly and completely described below in connection with the embodiments of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, a ventilation type switch cabinet comprises a switch cabinet body, an inner side plate, a blower, a wind filtering plate and a skylight; the inner side plate is provided with a plurality of vent holes which are uniformly distributed, the inner side plate is arranged on the inner side of the side wall of the switch cabinet body, and an air channel is formed between the inner side plate and the side wall of the switch cabinet body; the air filtering plate surrounds the top end of the switch cabinet body in an inclined mode, the skylight is arranged at the top end of the air filtering plate, and a gap is reserved between the skylight and the air filtering plate; the air blower is arranged between the air filtering plate and the switch cabinet body, and the air outlet of the air blower is communicated with the air duct.
When the air filter is used, the air inlet of the air blower is used for air inlet through the gap, and due to the action of the air filtering plate (such as an unpolished rough wood plate is adopted in the embodiment), particles in the air can be settled due to the action of gravity, so that the first filtering of the air is realized. In order to improve the filtering effect of the filter plate like a smooth flat plate, the filter plate also comprises filter cloth which is arranged on the outer surface of the filter plate.
Further, the air blower is positioned right above the air duct, the air inlet of the air blower is connected with the gap by a fold line, and the air enters the gap and then enters the air blower to pass through a turning, so that the second filtering of the air is realized in the turning process (the air can be deflected as long as the air enters the air blower through the gap); in order to collect the particles falling from the air filtered for the second time, a dust collecting groove is formed at the top end part of the switch cabinet body.
As an improved technical scheme of the application, the application further comprises a storage battery, wherein the storage battery is arranged at the top end of the switch cabinet body and is used for supplying power for the blower.
As an improved technical scheme of the application, the solar energy storage device further comprises a solar panel, wherein the solar panel is arranged at the top end of the skylight and is used for supplying power to the storage battery.
In order to clean the inside of the switch cabinet body, two inner side plates are symmetrically arranged on two side walls of the switch cabinet body and form an air channel with the side walls; the air outlets of the two air blowers are respectively communicated with an air duct. The air blower is used for air inlet through the two air channels, the ventilation quantity of the two air blowers is controlled, the air blown by the two air blowers forms convection currents with different intensities, and then heat dissipation or dust cleaning inside the switch cabinet body is achieved.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the application is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present application may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. Claims (5)
1. The ventilation type switch cabinet is characterized by comprising a switch cabinet body, an inner side plate, a blower, a wind filtering plate and a skylight; the inner side plate is provided with a plurality of vent holes which are uniformly distributed, the inner side plate is arranged on the inner side of the side wall of the switch cabinet body, and an air channel is formed between the inner side plate and the side wall of the switch cabinet body; the air filtering plate surrounds the top end of the switch cabinet body in an inclined mode, the skylight is arranged at the top end of the air filtering plate, and a gap is reserved between the skylight and the air filtering plate; the air blower is arranged between the air filtering plate and the switch cabinet body, and the air outlet of the air blower is communicated with the air duct;
the two inner side plates are symmetrically arranged on the two side walls of the switch cabinet body and form two air channels with the side walls;
the two air blowers are respectively communicated with an air duct at the air outlets;
the air inlet of the blower is used for air inlet through a gap, and particles in the air can be settled due to the gravity effect due to the air filtering plate, so that the first filtering of the air is realized;
the air blower is positioned right above the air duct, the air inlet of the air blower is connected with the gap by a fold line, and the air enters the gap and then enters the air blower to pass through a bend, so that the second filtering of the air is realized in the bending process.
2. The ventilated switchgear cabinet of claim 1 further comprising a filter cloth disposed on an outer surface of the air filter plate.
3. A ventilated switchgear according to claim 1, characterized in that the top part of the switchgear body is formed with dust collection grooves.
4. A ventilated switchgear cabinet according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a battery, which is arranged at the top end of the cabinet body for powering the blower.
5. A ventilated switchgear according to claim 4, characterized in that it further comprises a solar panel provided at the top of the skylight and intended to supply the accumulator with electricity.
