Claims (6)
1. An animal wool-like polyester silk cosmetic brush hair is characterized in that: the head of the cosmetic brush hair is a pointed hair peak imitating animal hair, and at least one neck-shaped structure is distributed at the tip part of the peak;

The imitation animal hair polyester silk cosmetic brush hair comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-70% of Goatlon polyester resin, 8-35% of micron-sized sheet additive, 5-25% of peptide white powder, 1-6% of antibacterial agent and 15-65% of other polyester resin;
The micron-sized flaky additive comprises the following components: one or a mixture of more than two of titanium dioxide, pearl powder and silicon dioxide;
The Goatlon polyester resin comprises a mixture of PTA and PDO and PBT;
(2) Drying the raw materials; dehumidifying and drying the raw materials;
(3) Spinning; stirring and mixing the raw materials dried in the step (2), adding into an injection molding machine, melting at high temperature, and extruding and spinning through an extruder with a spinneret plate;
(4) Cutting into bundles; cutting, carding, bundling and finishing the polyester filaments extruded and spun in the step (3) into bundles;
(5) Grinding tips and simulating hair; immersing the polyester filaments cut into bundles in the step (4) into a sodium hydroxide solution with the temperature of 80-125 ℃ and the concentration of 38-50% by mass twice, wherein the contact part of the polyester filaments and the sodium hydroxide solution is a hair tip and a part to form a neck structure, the immersion time is 3-5 minutes, the second immersion is the whole head, the immersion time is 90-150 minutes, so as to form a hair peak and form the neck structure at the tip part of the peak;
(6) Neutralizing and cleaning; soaking the sharpened polyester yarn in an acid solution, neutralizing residual alkali liquor in the polyester yarn, and washing with clear water until the pH value is reduced to 6-9;
(7) Drying and forming.
2. The animal-wool-like polyester filament cosmetic bristle according to claim 1, wherein: the length of a single neck-shaped structure part is 1-8 mm, and the distance between two neck-shaped structures is 5-10 mm.
3. The animal-wool-like polyester filament cosmetic bristle according to claim 1, wherein: the fine concave-convex structure is a concave part and a convex part with the maximum concave depth or the convex height less than or equal to 50 mu m.
