Abstract
An electronic tag with high test sensitivity comprises an RFID radio frequency identification chip; the RFID radio frequency antenna is electrically connected with the RFID radio frequency identification chip; the inner shell is used for packaging the RFID radio frequency identification chip and the RFID radio frequency antenna; the film is covered on the outer surface of the inner shell and is bonded with the inner shell; the fixed shell comprises a first fixed shell and a second fixed shell which are clamped up and down, and a first containing cavity and a second containing cavity matched with the inner shell are respectively arranged in the first fixed shell and the second fixed shell; the inner surface of the holding cavity is provided with a wooden layer. According to the electronic tag, the plastic film is arranged on the inner shell, so that the influence that the total energy of radio frequency field intensity is weakened in use is avoided, a good anti-metal effect is obtained, and the electronic tag can be used in a metal environment. Because the outside fixed shell that is provided with of electronic tags, the fixed shell can protect inner shell and inside RFID radio frequency identification chip and the RFID radio frequency antenna of inner shell, makes it still can normally work under adverse circumstances.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronics, in particular to an electronic tag with high test sensitivity.
Background
Many factors in production affect the performance of the electronic tag, and in particular, affect the uniformity of sensitivity of the electronic tag. The consistency of the sensitivity of the electronic tag reflects the reliability of reading different electronic tags in the same environment in practical application, and the reliability of the operation of the RFID system is directly influenced or represented.
An electronic tag structure of Chinese patent with bulletin number of CN201075229Y comprises an electronic tag layer and an isolation layer, wherein the electronic tag layer comprises an antenna and a chip, the chip is electrically connected with the antenna, the isolation layer is made of conductive materials, the isolation layer is combined below the electronic tag layer, the electronic tag layer and the isolation layer are partially overlapped with each other, and the chip of the electronic tag layer is arranged outside the mutually overlapped part of the electronic tag layer and the isolation layer, thereby being used for guiding radio waves and enhancing signals of transmission directions and improving the reading rate of the electronic tag. However, the sensitivity of the tag is poor in the use process, and the radio frequency field intensity is weakened in the use of a metal environment, so that the tag is not easy to be identified and read and written by a reader-writer. And the electronic tag is easily damaged when exposed to severe environments such as high temperature, high humidity, and environments that are easily hard-contacted.

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art that the electronic tag has low sensitivity and is easy to damage in the use process under a certain environment.

the fixed outer shell comprises a first fixed shell and a second fixed shell which are clamped up and down, and a first containing cavity and a second containing cavity which are matched with the inner shell and used for containing the inner shell are respectively arranged in the first fixed shell and the second fixed shell;
the inner surface of the containing cavity is provided with a wooden layer.

Further, the electronic tag further comprises an inner shell detection system, and the inner shell detection system comprises:
the detection device is used for detecting whether the inner shell is positioned in the second containing cavity and outputting a detection signal;
the processor is used for receiving and processing the detection signals and outputting reminding signals when the inner shell does not exist in the second containing cavity;
the indicating lamp is connected with the processor through a wire and is controlled by the processor to indicate.
Further, the indicator lamp is arranged on one side of the fixed shell.

The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1. according to the electronic tag provided by the invention, the plastic film is arranged on the inner shell, so that the influence of weakening of the total energy of the radio frequency field intensity in use is avoided, and a good anti-metal effect is obtained, and the electronic tag can be used in a metal environment.
2. Because the outside fixed shell that is provided with of electronic tags can protect inner shell and inside RFID radio frequency identification chip and the RFID radio frequency antenna of inner shell through fixed shell, makes it still can carry out normal work under adverse circumstances.
3. The position of the inner shell can be detected through the inner shell detection system, when the inner shell is placed inside the outer shell, the inner shell can be displayed, and workers can conveniently observe whether the inner shell is placed inside the inner shell or not and whether an RFID (radio frequency identification) chip and an RFID antenna are arranged inside the inner shell.
4. And because the inner shell of the electronic tag can be replaced, when the information and the attribute stored in the inner shell need to be changed, the inner shell can be directly replaced, and the electronic tag is more convenient and quick.

As shown in the structural schematic diagram of the fixed outer shell of the electronic tag in fig. 3, the fixed outer shell comprises a first fixed shell 51 body and a second fixed shell 52 body which are clamped up and down, a first containing cavity and a second containing cavity which are matched with the inner shell 3 and used for containing the inner shell 3 are respectively arranged in the first fixed shell 51 body and the second fixed shell 52 body, and the fixed outer shell is made of one or more of plastic, rubber and foam materials. The first fixing case 51 is provided with a fixing protrusion 511, the second fixing case 52 is provided with a fixing groove 521 cooperating with the fixing protrusion 511, and the clamping of the first fixing case 51 and the second fixing case 52 is achieved by cooperation of the fixing protrusion 511 and the fixing groove 521.

As shown in fig. 4, the electronic tag further includes an inner shell 3 detection system, where the inner shell 3 detection system includes a detection device, where the detection device is an infrared sensor, and is configured to detect whether the inner shell 3 is located in the second containing cavity, and output a detection signal; the processor is used for receiving and processing the detection signals and outputting reminding signals when the inner shell 3 does not exist in the second containing cavity; the indicating lamp is connected with the processor through a wire and is controlled by the processor to indicate. Wherein the indicator light is preferably arranged at one side of the fixed housing. The position of the inner shell 3 can be detected through the inner shell 3 detection system, when the inner shell 3 is placed inside the outer shell, the inner shell 3 can be displayed, and workers can conveniently observe whether the inner shell 3 and the RFID radio frequency identification chip 1 and the RFID radio frequency antenna 2 inside the inner shell are placed inside the inner shell.
The electronic tag with high test sensitivity not only can protect the RFID radio frequency identification chip and the RFID radio frequency antenna in the use process, but also has high sensitivity in the use process, and is suitable for various severe environments and under metal environments. And the inner shell of the electronic tag can be replaced, and when the stored information of the electronic tag needs to be changed, the inner shell can be directly taken out and put into another inner shell meeting the use standard. Is convenient and quick.

an inner shell (3) for packaging the RFID radio frequency identification chip (1) and the RFID radio frequency antenna (2);
a film (4) covering the outer surface of the inner shell (3) and bonded with the inner shell (3);
the fixing shell comprises a first fixing shell (51) body and a second fixing shell (52) body which are clamped up and down, wherein a first containing cavity and a second containing cavity which are matched with the inner shell (3) and used for containing the inner shell (3) are respectively arranged in the first fixing shell (51) body and the second fixing shell (52);
an inner shell (3) detection system, the inner shell (3) detection system comprising:
the detection device is used for detecting whether the inner shell (3) is positioned in the second containing cavity and outputting a detection signal;
the processor receives and processes the detection signals, and outputs reminding signals when the inner shell (3) is not arranged in the second containing cavity;
the indicating lamp is connected with the processor through a wire and is controlled by the processor to indicate;
the inner surface of the containing cavity is provided with a wood layer;
the film (4) is a plastic film (4).
2. The electronic tag of claim 1, wherein the stationary housing is one or more of plastic, rubber, and foam.
3. The electronic tag of claim 1, wherein the indicator light is disposed on one side of the stationary housing.
4. The electronic tag of claim 1, wherein the detection device is an infrared sensor.
