Abstract
The invention discloses a counterweight device and an air conditioner, wherein the counterweight device comprises: comprises a clamping component and a plurality of balancing weights; the clamping component is used for being sleeved on the air conditioner pipe; a plurality of the weights may be detachably coupled to the chucking member in a predetermined number. The counterweight device and the air conditioner greatly reduce the test strain value of a pipeline system, reduce vibration, have strong adaptability, greatly save cost, facilitate disassembly and assembly, obviously improve the counterweight debugging efficiency and reduce vibration strain.

The clamping component 1 of the embodiment fixes the counterweight device on the air conditioning pipe 5, and a plurality of counterweight blocks 4 are detachably connected on the clamping component 1, so that weight adjustment is realized, and the practical effect of using the counterweight device of the embodiment of the invention in an air conditioning system is as shown in table 1:

In the above embodiment, the clamping member 1 includes a clamping portion 11 and a connecting portion 12, the clamping portion 11 is clamped on the outer surface of the air conditioning pipe 5, and the balancing weight 4 is sleeved on the connecting portion 12. the counterweight device further comprises a limiting piece (2), wherein the limiting piece (2) is detachably connected to the connecting part (12), and the limiting piece (2) is used for fixing or limiting the counterweight (4) on the connecting part (12);
the counterweight device further comprises a supporting component (3), wherein a clamping space is formed between the first end of the supporting component (3) and the clamping part (11) to clamp the air conditioner pipe (5), the diameter of the clamping space formed by the first end of the supporting component (3) and the clamping part (11) is adjustable, and the second end of the supporting component (3) is detachably connected with the limiting piece (2);
a plurality of connection positions are arranged between the second end of the supporting component (3) and the limiting piece (2), and when the second end of the supporting component (3) and the limiting piece (2) are positioned at different connection positions, the first end of the supporting component (3) is close to or far from the clamping part (11);
