Abstract
The invention discloses a fork with a telescopic function. A fork with a telescopic function comprises a fork body assembly 1, a piston body assembly 2 and a fork sleeve assembly 3. The upper and lower hooks 15 and 16 are connected to the fork carriage 8 on the forklift mast 7, respectively, and can be moved left and right.

Referring to fig. 1, a fork with a telescopic function comprises a fork body assembly 1, a piston body assembly 2, a fork sleeve assembly 3, a guide sleeve 4, a connecting pin 5 and a guide sliding block 6.
Referring to fig. 2, the fork body assembly 1 includes a fork body 11, the fork body 11 is a right-angle structure formed by combining a vertical section and a horizontal section, a protection plate 12 is arranged at an upper end of the vertical section of the fork body 11, a triangular reinforcing rib 13 is arranged between the protection plate 12 and the upper end of the vertical section, an upper hook 15 is arranged at an upper portion of the vertical section of the fork body 11, and a lower hook 16 is arranged at a lower portion of the vertical section of the fork body 11. The tip of the horizontal segment of the freight fork body 11 is equipped with two parallel arrangement's slider fixed block 14, the lateral surface of slider fixed block 14 with the lateral surface parallel and level of the tip of the horizontal segment of the freight fork body 11, slider fixed block 14 is equipped with the direction loose piece 6 of making with the nylon materials. The two parallel piston channels are a third oil channel 113 and a fourth oil channel 114 longitudinally arranged on the horizontal section of the fork body 11, the third oil channel 113 and the fourth oil channel 114 are parallel to each other and are positioned between the first oil channel 111 and the second oil channel 112, the third oil channel 113 and the fourth oil channel 114 and the front end face of the horizontal section of the fork body 11 are provided with openings, and a guide sleeve 4 is arranged at the openings; the rear ends of the first oil channel 111, the third oil channel 113 and the fourth oil channel 114 are provided with transverse through oil channels, and the front ends of the second oil channel, the third oil channel 113 and the fourth oil channel 114 are provided with transverse through oil channels; the third oil passage 113 and the fourth oil passage 114 are each enclosed in one piece of the piston body assembly 2. The top of the vertical oil passage of the fork assembly 1 is provided with a straight joint 115, and the straight joint 115 is communicated with a hydraulic oil path of the forklift.
Referring to fig. 3, the cargo fork sleeve assembly 3 is a box-shaped fork sleeve body 31 with an open end, the open end of the fork sleeve body 31 is provided with a side plate reinforcing rib 32 and a bottom plate reinforcing rib 33, the other end of the fork sleeve body 31 is provided with a flat head 34 and two connecting pins 5, two ends of each connecting pin 5 are connected to the upper plane and the lower plane of the fork sleeve body 31 in a penetrating manner, and the middle positions of the two connecting pins 5 are connected with the connecting ear rings 22.
Referring to fig. 4, the piston body assembly 2 includes a piston rod 21, a connecting lug 22, a piston 23, a support ring 24 and a seal ring 25. The piston rod 21 is an elongated cylindrical rod, the front end of the piston rod 21 is provided with a connecting ear ring 22, the piston rod 21 is connected with the fork sleeve assembly 3 through the connecting ear ring 22, the rear part of the piston rod 21 is provided with a piston 23, and the piston 23 is connected with a support ring 24 and a sealing ring 25. The piston body assembly 2 is provided with a support ring 24 and a seal ring 25, the support ring 24 can ensure the stability of the piston, and the seal rings 25 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the piston, so that two independent oil cavities are formed in the front and the back of the third oil channel and the fourth oil channel respectively, and oil can be introduced into the two sides of the third oil channel and the fourth oil channel, so that the double-acting oil cylinder is formed.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in use, when the first oil passage 111 enters hydraulic oil, the rear oil cavity of the piston body assembly 2 enters the hydraulic oil, and the second oil passage 112 is an oil return oil passage, at this time, the piston body assembly 2 pushes the fork sleeve assembly 3 to move forwards and extend. On the contrary, when the second oil passage 112 enters hydraulic oil, the front oil cavity of the piston body assembly 2 enters the hydraulic oil, and the first oil passage is an oil return oil passage, at this time, the piston body assembly 2 pushes the fork sleeve assembly 3 to move backwards and retract.
Referring to fig. 8, the upper and lower hooks 15 and 16 are coupled to the fork carriage 8 of the forklift mast 7, respectively, and can be moved left and right. The pair of forks are used in pairs, the length of the forks can be synchronously adjusted when the forks are controlled by two groups of oil ways, and the fork type hydraulic fork has the functions of extending forwards and retracting.
