In other embodiments, the divider may not be of a disc type, for example, a belt type, on which the dividing teeth are spaced apart in the conveying direction for circulation, and further, a stop plate may be provided above the belt, with a gap between the stop plate and the belt sufficient to prevent sausages that do not enter the dividing groove from passing through.
In other embodiments, when the number of the sausage to be packaged is small, a mechanical arm can be used as the material receiving device, the sausage is filled into the packaging bag through the mechanical arm, and the packaging bag filled with the sausage is conveyed to the vacuum packaging device through another mechanical arm for vacuum packaging. In other embodiments, manual intervention is also possible, for example manual bagging of the groups of sausages on the receiving device.
The vacuum-pumping packaging device in the embodiment aims at packaging sausages with two layers and a large number of layers, so that the structure is complex. In other embodiments, when the number of sausage containers is small or the sausage containers are packaged in a single layer, the existing vacuum packaging machine can be adopted and used in butt joint with the conveying line.

1. Sausage automatic packaging machine, its characterized in that: the sausage filling machine comprises a sausage elevator, a conveying line, a sequencing counting device, a pushing device, a material receiving device and a vacuumizing packaging device which are sequentially arranged, wherein the conveying line comprises a transverse conveying line and a longitudinal conveying line, the sausage is conveyed to the transverse conveying line by the elevator, the transverse conveying line is used for transversely arranging and spacing the sausages, the sausages at the tail end of the transverse conveying line enter the longitudinal conveying line, the conveying speed of the longitudinal conveying line is lower than the conveying speed of the transverse conveying line so that the sausages are longitudinally and tightly arranged, the sequencing counting device comprises a separator and a counting sensor for sequentially separating the sausages for counting, the pushing device comprises a tight-discharge conveying belt and a pusher for tightly arranging the sausages again, the pusher pushes the set number of sausages on the tight-discharge conveying belt into the material receiving device, the material receiving device sends the rated sausages into the vacuumizing packaging device, and the vacuumizing packaging device is used for vacuum packaging the rated sausages into bags; the transverse conveying line comprises a transverse conveying rack, a transverse conveying belt is arranged on the rack, and an inclined baffle is arranged above the transverse conveying belt on the rack so as to transversely convey the messy sausages; the transverse conveying lines comprise a first transverse conveying line and a second transverse conveying line, and the second transverse conveying line comprises two parallel sub-conveying belts so as to realize the shunting of the sausages; the baffles on the first transverse conveying line comprise splayed baffles and V-shaped baffles, and the splayed baffles and the V-shaped baffles are sequentially arranged in a staggered mode along the conveying direction of the first transverse conveying line so as to initially sequence the sausages; the frame is provided with a clapboard for separating the two sub-conveyer belts, and the baffles on the second transverse conveyer belt respectively correspond to the sub-conveyer belts and are arranged on the clapboard; the separator comprises a rotary disc, separating teeth are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the rotary disc, a separating groove for containing sausages is formed between every two adjacent separating teeth, the sequencing and counting device further comprises a separating and conveying belt, the conveying speed of the separating and conveying belt is lower than that of the longitudinal conveying line, the sequencing and counting device further comprises a middle conveying belt, and the middle conveying belt is positioned between the separator and the tight-row conveying belt; the material receiving device comprises a material receiving rack, wherein a material receiving disc is arranged on the material receiving rack, the material receiving disc can move transversely along the material receiving rack, a material pushing plate moving along with the material receiving disc is further arranged on the material receiving rack, and the material pushing plate is used for pushing a first group of sausages placed on the material receiving disc into the sausage packaging bag; the receiving disc can also be lifted up and down, the receiving disc is provided with a receiving groove, and the receiving device also comprises an inserting plate which can be longitudinally inserted into the receiving disc so that the receiving disc can contain a second group of sausages; after the receiving plate receives the first group of sausages, the receiving plate descends, the inserting plate is inserted, the second group of sausages are placed on the inserting plate, and the inserting plate retracts to enable the first group of sausages and the second group of sausages to be stacked up and down; the scraping wings comprise a scraping wings body, a separating board is arranged on the scraping wings body, the separating board is located above the receiving disc and is consistent with the extending direction of the receiving disc, so that a receiving groove corresponding to two groups of sausages side by side is formed in the receiving disc, inserting slots for inserting the inserting plates are formed in the scraping wings, and avoiding grooves for avoiding the separating boards are formed in the front portions of the inserting plates.
