The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
A trash can cleaner 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 10. It should be noted that the trash can type dust collector 100 can be used as a dust collector when dust removal work is required; when the dust collector is not used for dust collection, the dust collector can be used as a common garbage can, so that the function diversity of the garbage can type dust collector 100 can be improved, and the space occupancy rate of the garbage can type dust collector 100 can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, according to a trash can cleaner 100 of an embodiment of the present invention, the trash can cleaner 100 includes: the housing assembly 10, the housing assembly 10 defines a dust and air passage 110 therein. It can be understood that, during the operation of the trash can type vacuum cleaner 100, the dust entrained with the airflow can be sucked into the dust and air channel 110, and filtered and dedusted in the trash can type vacuum cleaner 100, and the airflow after dedusting is discharged out of the trash can type vacuum cleaner 100 along the dust and air channel 110, so as to achieve the effect of cleaning and dedusting.
As shown in fig. 1, a baffle 111 is disposed in the dust and air passage 110, and the airflow is bent at least once when flowing in the dust and air passage 110. Therefore, the flowing distance of the airflow in the dust and air channel 110 can be prolonged, so that the flowing speed of the airflow can be reduced, and the noise caused by the airflow flowing is reduced.
According to the garbage can type vacuum cleaner 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the airflow is bent at least once while flowing in the dust and air passage 110 by providing the baffle 111 in the dust and air passage 110. Therefore, the flowing distance of the airflow in the dust and air channel 110 can be prolonged, the noise caused in the flowing process of the airflow can be reduced, and the user experience of the trash can type dust collector 100 is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 7 and 9, a driving assembly 112 is provided in the dust and air passage 110, and the driving assembly 112 divides the dust and air passage 110 into an upstream passage and a downstream passage. Thus, the drive assembly 112 can provide a driving force for the flow of the air flow in the dust and air channel 110 to maintain the flow of the air flow in the dust and air channel 110. It should be noted that the driving assembly 112 divides the dust and air channel 110 into an upstream channel and a downstream channel, the upstream channel can be understood as an air inlet channel of the dust and air channel 110, and the downstream channel can be understood as an air outlet channel of the dust and air channel 110. The drive assembly 112 may draw a dust laden airflow from upstream of the channel into the dirt cup assembly 240 for filter dust removal and drive the filter dust removed airflow out of the canister cleaner 100 downstream of the channel.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 9, baffles 111 are provided in at least one of the upstream and downstream channels. That is, the baffle 111 may be provided upstream of the passage, the baffle 111 may be provided downstream of the passage, or the baffles 111 may be provided both upstream of the passage and downstream of the passage. Thereby, the flowing distance of the air flow in the dust and air passage 110 is extended to reduce the noise generated when the air flow flows.
Further, the baffle 111 is a plurality of baffles, and the baffles 111 are arranged alternately in the upstream or downstream of the channel. Therefore, by arranging the plurality of baffle plates 111, the flowing distance of the airflow in the dust and air channel 110 can be further prolonged, so that the noise of the trash can vacuum cleaner during working is further reduced, and the user experience of the trash can vacuum cleaner 100 is improved.
Optionally, a battery 113 is provided within the housing assembly 10, and the battery 113 may be configured as part of the baffle 111. Moreover, by providing the battery 113, inconvenience in cleaning caused by connection of the trash can type vacuum cleaner 100 to a power source is overcome. In addition, as shown in fig. 9, a part of the baffle 111 may be configured by using a battery 113, whereby space utilization efficiency of the trash can type cleaner 100 may be improved and processing cost of the baffle 111 may be saved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 8, the housing assembly 10 may include: a tub assembly 120 and a tub cover assembly 130. Wherein, the driving assembly 112 is disposed on the barrel assembly 120. Thereby, layout assembly of the drive assembly 112 is facilitated. The tub cover assembly 130 is pivotably connected to the tub assembly 120. Thus, the opening of the tub assembly 120 can be opened or closed by the tub cover assembly 130 to facilitate disposal of the garbage in the garbage tub cleaner 100. A portion of the dust and air passage 110 is located at the tub assembly 120, and another portion is located at the tub cover assembly 130. Thereby, the flow distance of the air flow in the dust and air passage 110 can be extended to reduce the air flow noise.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the driving assembly 112 is provided at a position of the tub assembly 120 adjacent to the tub cover assembly 130. It will be appreciated that by locating the drive assembly 112 at a location on the tub assembly 120 adjacent to the tub cover assembly 130, the design layout of the dust and air passage 110 is facilitated, and the layout assembly of the baffle 111, the battery 113, etc. is facilitated.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the inlet 121 of the dust and gas passage 110 is disposed at the bottom wall of the tub assembly 120, and the outlet 122 of the dust and gas passage 110 is disposed at the tub assembly 120. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the inlet 121 of the dust and air passage 110 may be disposed on the bottom wall of the bucket assembly 120, and it can be understood that when the trash bucket 100 performs a dust removing operation, dust can be sucked into the dust and air passage 110 through the inlet 121 of the bottom wall, filtered and removed in the trash bucket 100, and the filtered and removed air flow is discharged out of the trash bucket 100 through the outlet 122. As shown in fig. 5, the outlet 122 of the trash can 100 may be disposed at a lower left position of the can assembly 120, so that the airflow flowing out of the outlet 122 may be prevented from being directly blown onto the user, and the user experience of the trash can 100 may be improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a sound deadening material may be provided in the dust and air passage 110. For example, a noise reduction material may be attached to the inner peripheral wall of the dust and air passage 110 or the surface of the baffle 111, so that the noise generated when the airflow flows can be absorbed by the noise reduction material, and the trash can type vacuum cleaner 100 can be operated more quietly and comfortably.
As shown in fig. 8 and 10, the trash can cleaner 100 can further include a pull rod 140, the pull rod 140 being connected to the housing assembly 10, according to some examples of the invention. Therefore, the user can push the garbage can type vacuum cleaner 100 to move conveniently through the pull rod 140, so that the dust removing work is more flexible and convenient. In some embodiments of the present invention, the tie bar 140 may be fixedly connected to the housing assembly 10. The connection stability of the fixed connection is high, and the connection mode is simple and easy to realize. In other embodiments of the present invention, one end of the pull rod 140 is pivotally connected to the housing assembly 10. It will be appreciated that the pull rod 140 is rotatable relative to the housing assembly 10 and the relative position of the pull rod 140 and the housing assembly 10 may be adjusted. Thus, the orientation angle between the drawbar 140 and the housing assembly 10 may be adjusted for ease of operation, thereby improving the experience for users of different heights.
