本发明的目的在于提供一种自动打包卷膜及其制备方法,该卷膜在卷膜基材的同一面的横向间隔设置相互平行的粘性区(2),相邻两粘性区(2)之间形成非粘性区(1),每一非粘性区(1)和相邻的一粘性区(2)为一包装段;在相邻包装段之间,前一包装段的非粘性区(1)与后一包装段的粘性区(2)之间通过一个可分离粘接带相连接;各包装段间通过可分离粘接带连接形成连续的自动打包卷膜(3)的整体。本发明解决了自动打包过程中出现的卡膜、断膜并造成停机,从而造成自动打包失败的技术难题。

一种自动打包卷膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料,属于化工材料领域,具体涉及一种自动打包卷膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
卷膜应用于包装行业的主要优势在于节省整个包装过程的成本。卷膜应用于自动包装机械无需包装生产企业进行任何封边工作只需在生产企业进行一次性的封边操作即可。卷膜的出现使塑料包装的整个流程简化成了印制-运输-封装三大步骤,大大简化了包装流程降低了整个行业的成本。
目前,自动包装卷膜一般是由两层或者三层材料共挤复合而成,可根据客户要求搭配不同的材料结构(如:OPP、CPP、PE、PET、PP、PVC、镀铝箔、纯铝箔、铜版纸等)不同规格进行生产加工。复合袋主要的薄膜基材有:外层可印刷膜BOPABOPETBOPP内层可热封膜CPPPE,还有共挤膜。通常作为中间层这些材料根据要求,通过胶水复合成复合膜。
在以往生产过程中,每做一个完整包装需要由两种不同材质的薄膜经过复合,中间贴双面胶带和单面胶带,生产过程中工艺流程复杂、效率低,且粘结胶带容易脱节,自动包装过程中便会出现卡膜、断膜并造成停机,从而造成自动打包失败。
发明内容
技术问题:本发明的目的在于提供一种自动打包卷膜及其制备方法,解决了自动打包过程中出现的卡膜、断膜并造成停机,从而造成自动打包失败的技术难题。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种自动打包卷膜如下:该卷膜在卷膜基材的同一面的横向间隔设置相互平行的粘性区,相邻两粘性区之间形成非粘性区,每一非粘性区和相邻的一粘性区为一包装段;在相邻包装段之间,前一包装段的非粘性区与后一包装段的粘性区之间通过一个可分离粘接带相连接;各包装段间通过可分离粘接带连接形成连续的自动打包卷膜的整体。
所述的可分离粘接带为U形粘结胶带由粘胶剂、双面胶基层、可分离层及粘胶剂强胶层组成;其中,双面胶基层折叠成U形,该U形折叠边一边的延长边通过胶粘剂粘接在非粘性区侧端上,该U形折叠边的另一边通过粘胶剂强胶层粘接在粘性区侧端上,可分离层位于粘胶剂强胶层与双面胶基层之间,用于包装时的分离。
本发明的自动打包卷膜的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
1)在卷膜基材同一面的横向间隔涂布粘性层形成粘性区,在相邻两粘性区之间形成非粘性区,每一非粘性区和相邻的一粘性区为一包装段,即得到一个整体的半成品打包材料;
2)将半成品打包材料放入复卷机,将相邻的两包装段切断,然后在切断的非粘性区与粘性区之间粘接U形粘结胶带,即将双面胶基层通过胶粘剂接在非粘性膜上,双面胶基层通过粘胶剂强胶层粘接在粘性膜上,可分离层位于粘胶剂强胶层与双面胶基层之间;
3)重复以上的步骤2),即将每一包装段间都通过U形粘结胶带连接形成连续打包材料,收卷后即得一个完整的自动打包卷膜。
在包裹物形成时与自动打包卷膜有一反向作用力,此处接头因为有可分离层在反向作用力的作用下粘胶剂强胶层自动分离可分离层,分离后粘胶剂强胶层对包裹包裹物的卷膜强胶封口。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明采用在基材上间隔涂布方式,复卷时只需要一卷薄膜放卷、不需要两种不同材质的薄膜放卷,解决了制膜生产过程中工艺流程复杂的技术难题,大大提高了效率。
2.本发明相邻包装段间通过U形粘结胶带相连接,使复卷过程中薄膜接头不需要翻转、不需要倒向;卷膜接头平整、光滑、牢固,不重叠搭接。解决了自动打包过程中出现的卡膜、断膜并造成停机,从而造成自动打包失败的技术难题。
3.本发明采用U形粘结胶带,复卷时少做一贴单面胶接头,粘胶剂强胶封口,提高封口粘结质量,在使用时只需要将胶带接头拉开打包就能自动完成,节省工序。

具体实施方式
本发明提供的一种自动打包卷膜,在该卷膜的基材的同一面横向间隔设置相互平行的粘性区2,相邻两粘性区2之间形成非粘性区1,每一非粘性区1和一粘性区2为一包装段,相邻包装段的非粘性区1与粘性区2之间通过U形粘结胶带6相连接,所述U形粘结胶带6由粘胶剂6B、双面胶基层6D、可分离层6C及粘胶剂强胶层6A组成;其中,双面胶基层6D通过胶粘剂6B粘接在非粘性膜1上,双面胶基层6D通过粘胶剂强胶层6A粘接在粘性膜2上,可分离层6C位于粘胶剂强胶层6A与双面胶基层6D之间;每一包装段间通过U形粘结胶带6连接形成连续的自动打包卷膜3;在包裹物5形成时与打包卷膜3有一反向作用力,此处接头因为有可分离层6C在力的作用下粘胶剂强胶层6A自动分离,分离后粘胶剂强胶层6A强胶封口。
本发明中基材可以由聚烯烃,比如聚乙烯,或者其它合适的聚合材料制成,如pvc、opp、pe、pet或pp等。但是,基材的材料并不局限于前述材料,并且可以包括网状物或者其它合适的包装材料,无论是天然的或者是人造的。
下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明:
实施例1
如图1所示,由三层共挤流延机生产出2700mmPE膜,在PE卷膜上间隔10.5m涂布8.5m粘胶形成粘性膜2,每一非粘性膜1和一粘性膜2为一包装段,即得到10.5m非粘性膜和8.5m粘性膜间隔排列的半成品打包材料4;包装材料的长度和宽度可以根据待包装物品的尺寸和形状以及包装用途而发生变化。
如图2所示,将半成品打包材料4放入复卷机,将相邻包装段粘性膜2与非粘性膜1连接处裁断;
如图3所示,在切断的非粘性膜1与粘性膜2之间粘接U形双面胶带6,将双面胶基层6D通过胶粘剂6B粘接在非粘性膜1侧端上,双面胶基层6D通过粘胶剂强胶层6A粘接在粘性膜2侧端上,可分离层6C位于粘胶剂强胶层6A与双面胶基层6D之间;U形粘结胶带6粘结在非粘性膜1与粘性膜2同一侧表面上,每一包装段间通过U形粘结胶带6连接形成连续的自动打包卷膜3。
如图4所示,为自动打包过程中包裹物5形成、薄膜开始运动;U形双面胶带6将非粘性膜1与粘性膜2保持连接在一起。
如图5所示,薄膜开始运动,包裹物5形成,包裹物5继续沿着顺时针方向A旋转,在包裹物5形成时与自动打包卷膜3有一反向作用力,反向作用力使U型分离双面胶接头准备分离;该可分离层6C可以是任何具有较低粘结特性的合适材料,比如硅氧烷,但并非局限于此。
如图6所示,当自动打包卷膜3停止移动并且包裹物5继续移动时,完成可分离层6C的剥离操作。在包裹物5达到设定值后,非粘性膜1在被包裹物5上缠绕2圈、粘性膜2紧接在非粘性膜1外再缠绕1圈,这样粘性膜2粘着非粘性膜1后包裹物不易散开。包裹物5完全被粘性薄膜2包裹,包裹物5的持续移动会导致U形双面胶带6发生分离,从而使得可分离层6C在力的作用下自动分离、分离后粘胶剂强胶层6A胶粘剂强胶封口。

图8为U型双面胶分离期间状态,可分离层6C与粘胶剂强胶层6A逐渐分离;
图9为U型双面胶分离期后状态,可分离层6C与粘胶剂强胶层6A完全分离。
本发明中每个包裹物的完整包装中非粘膜1和粘性膜2之间没有接头,粘性膜和非粘性膜形成一张整体膜,复卷过程中只要在粘性膜和非粘性膜交界处贴一次胶带即可,在使用时只需要将胶带接头拉开打包就能自动完成。

Claims (3)

1.一种自动打包卷膜,其特征在于,该卷膜在卷膜基材的同一面的横向间隔设置相互平行的粘性区(2),相邻两粘性区(2)之间形成非粘性区(1),每一非粘性区(1)和相邻的一粘性区(2)为一包装段;在相邻包装段之间,前一包装段的非粘性区(1 )与后一包装段的粘性区(2)之间通过一个可分离粘接带相连接;各包装段间通过可分离粘接带连接形成连续的自动打包卷膜(3)的整体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动打包卷膜,其特征在于,所述的可分离粘接带为U形粘结胶带(6)由粘胶剂(6B)、双面胶基层(6D)、可分离层(6C)及粘胶剂强胶层(6A)组成;其中,双面胶基层(6D)折叠成U形,该U形折叠边一边的延长边通过胶粘剂(6B)粘接在非粘性区(1)侧端上,该U形折叠边的另一边通过粘胶剂强胶层(6A)粘接在粘性区(2)侧端上,可分离层(6C)位于粘胶剂强胶层(6A)与双面胶基层(6D)之间,用于包装时的分离。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的自动打包卷膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述自动打包卷膜的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
1)在卷膜基材同一面的横向间隔涂布粘性层形成粘性区(2),在相邻两粘性区(2)之间形成非粘性区(1),每一非粘性区(1)和相邻的一粘性区(2)为一包装段,即得到一个整体的半成品打包材料(4);
2)将半成品打包材料(4)放入复卷机,将相邻的两包装段切断,然后在切断的非粘性区(1 )与粘性区(2)之间粘接U形粘结胶带(6),即将双面胶基层(6D)通过胶粘剂(6B)粘接在非粘性膜(1)上,双面胶基层(6D)通过粘胶剂强胶层(6A)粘接在粘性膜(2)上,可分离层(6C)位于粘胶剂强胶层(6A)与双面胶基层(6D)之间;
3)重复以上的步骤2),即将每一包装段间都通过U形粘结胶带(6)连接形成连续打包材料,收卷后即得一个完整的自动打包卷膜(3)。
