Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of part cutting and trimming, and particularly relates to a profiling cutting and trimming device.
Background
Finishers are used to shape and mill parts to make various machined parts, such as gears, end mills, and drills. The dressing machine has a rotating spindle for driving the grinding wheel according to the dressing need and has a rotating spindle for driving the dressing wheel. The truing wheel is typically supported for pivoting about a main pivot or swivel mount that rotates the truing wheel about the wheel surface as needed for dressing to form the wheel profile.
Patent CN102123827a discloses a grinding wheel dresser comprising a dresser wheel assembly for positioning the dresser wheel with respect to a grinding wheel mounted on a grinding wheel spindle. The truing wheel assembly includes a truing wheel swivel located between a truing wheel spindle housing and a reciprocating carriage attached to an infeed carriage. An infeed slide swivel is located between the infeed slide and a bottom support turntable rotatably connected to the floor. The surface and sides of the grinding wheel can be dressed using an infeed slide swivel and a truing wheel swivel without having to remove, flip and reinsert the grinding wheel into the truing machine.
However, in the grinding wheel dresser disclosed in patent CN102123827a, since the cutter platform is mainly adjusted horizontally and in the left-right direction, the up-down movement adjustment cannot be realized, and thus the mechanical cutting and dressing of the non-circular cylindrical workpiece cannot be realized. When the non-circular cylinder workpiece rotates, the turning radius is continuously changed, and the existing trimming (cutting) equipment cannot move along the outer contour of the trimming (cutting) equipment to realize feed cutting.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects or improvement demands of the prior art, the invention provides the profiling cutting and trimming device, which utilizes the dead weight of a cutting platform to enable the cutting and trimming device to be attached to the surface of a workpiece, and adjusts the position of the cutting and trimming mechanism through a guide wheel to enable the guide mechanism to roll along the surface of the workpiece, so that the profiling cutting and trimming of the product part with a circular or non-circular section can be realized, and the universality of equipment is greatly enhanced.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a profiling cutting and trimming device, which comprises a frame and an assembly rotating shaft, wherein the assembly rotating shaft is arranged at one end of the frame and is used for being connected with a winding working platform, and the profiling cutting and trimming device is characterized by also comprising a cutting and trimming mechanism, a guiding mechanism and a feed adjusting mechanism;
the guide mechanism comprises a guide wheel, a guide wheel connecting plate and a guide wheel rotating shaft, one end of the guide wheel connecting plate is connected with the guide wheel, the other end of the guide wheel connecting plate is connected with the frame through the guide wheel rotating shaft, and the guide wheel is used for rolling along the surface of the die, so that the profiling cutting and trimming device swings up and down along the surface of the die to realize profiling movement;
the cutting and trimming mechanism is arranged at the front end of the frame and is attached to the surface of the workpiece, and the feed adjusting mechanism is connected with the cutting and trimming mechanism and used for adjusting the feed amount of the cutting and trimming mechanism so as to cut or trim the workpiece.
Further, the feed adjusting mechanism comprises a connecting rod, a screw rod, a nut and an adjusting hand wheel, one end of the connecting rod is connected with the cutting and trimming mechanism, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the screw rod, the other end of the screw rod is connected with the adjusting hand wheel, the screw rod is connected with the frame through the nut, and the adjusting hand wheel is used for driving the screw rod to rotate relative to the nut, so that the feed amount of the cutting and trimming mechanism is adjusted.
Preferably, the feed adjusting mechanism is a servo or stepping motor control system for realizing automatic feed.
Further, the frame is a frame structure, square frames are arranged around the frame, supporting beams are uniformly arranged in the middle of the frame, a base plate is arranged on one supporting beam, two support posts are symmetrically arranged on the base plate, the top ends of the support posts are round structures and are provided with round through holes, protrusions are arranged at two ends of the nuts, and the protrusions penetrate through the round through holes at the top ends of the support posts, so that the screw rod is fixed on the frame.
Further, the cutting and trimming mechanism comprises a cutting or trimming tool, a driving motor, a rotating shaft and a bearing seat, wherein a through hole is formed in the middle of the cutting or trimming tool, the cutting or trimming tool is sleeved on the bearing seat through the through hole, and the driving motor is connected with the cutting or trimming tool through the rotating shaft and a belt pulley and used for driving the cutting or trimming tool to rotate.
Further, the cutting and trimming mechanism further comprises a protective tool which is of a semicircular box body hollow structure and is sleeved on the upper half circumference of the cutter or the knife blade, and the protective tool is used for protecting workers or other sundries from falling into the cutter or the knife blade and being damaged by cutting.
Preferably, the cutting or trimming tool is a cutter or knife.
In general, the above technical solutions conceived by the present invention, compared with the prior art, enable the following beneficial effects to be obtained:
(1) According to the cutting and trimming device, the self weight of the cutting platform is utilized, so that the cutting and trimming device is attached to the surface of a workpiece, the position of the cutting and trimming mechanism is adjusted through the guide wheel, the cutting and trimming device rolls along the surface of the workpiece, cutting and trimming of a product part with a circular or non-circular section can be realized, and the universality of equipment is greatly enhanced.

(3) The guiding mechanisms on the left side and the right side of the cutting and trimming device can be adjusted according to actual needs.
(4) The cutting and trimming device can feed by hand, and can also be added with a servo or stepping electric control system to realize automatic feeding.
(5) The cutting and trimming device is convenient to detach, can be assembled at any time without special equipment, and saves space and cost.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. In addition, the technical features of the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not collide with each other.
FIG. 1 is a layout of a profile cutting and trimming apparatus and barrel-type parts according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a layout diagram of a profiling cutting and trimming device and cylinder type parts according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cutting and trimming device comprises a cutting and trimming mechanism 2, a guiding mechanism 3, a feed adjusting mechanism 4, a frame 5 and an assembly rotating shaft 6. Wherein, the surface laminating of cutting mechanism 2 mould 1, feed adjustment mechanism 4 are connected with cutting mechanism 2, and guiding mechanism 3 installs in cutting mechanism 2's both sides, and feed adjustment mechanism 4, cutting mechanism 2 are installed on frame 5 through the pivot, are equipped with assembly pivot 6 at the tip of frame 5. The self weight of the cutting platform is utilized, so that the cutting and trimming device is attached to the surface of a workpiece, the position of the cutting and trimming mechanism is adjusted through the guide wheel, the cutting and trimming device rolls along the surface of the workpiece, the cutting and trimming of the product part with the circular or non-circular section can be realized, and the universality of equipment is greatly enhanced.
FIG. 3 is an isometric view of a profiling cutting and trimming device according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 4 is a front view of a profiling cutting and trimming device according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 5 is a top view of a profiling cutting and trimming device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the cutting and trimming mechanism 2 includes a cutting or trimming tool 201, a protective tool 202, a driving motor 203, a rotating shaft 204 and a bearing seat 205, wherein the protective tool 202 is a semi-circular box hollow structure and is sleeved on the upper half circumference of the cutting knife or knife 201, so as to protect workers or other sundries from falling into the cutting or trimming tool 201 and being damaged by cutting, the bearing seat 205 is arranged between the cutting or trimming tool 201 and a belt pulley, so as to support the belt pulley, and the driving motor 203 is connected with the cutting or trimming tool 201 through the rotating shaft 204 and the belt pulley, so as to drive the cutting or trimming tool 201 to rotate, thereby realizing cutting or trimming of the die 1.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cutting or trimming tool 201 is a knife or knife blade.
As shown in fig. 3, the guide mechanism 3 includes a guide wheel 301, a guide wheel connecting plate 302, and a guide wheel rotating shaft 303. One end of the guide wheel connecting plate 302 is connected with the guide wheel 301, and the other end is in rotary connection with the frame 5 through the guide wheel rotating shaft 303, so that the guide wheel connecting plate 302 can rotate along the guide wheel rotating shaft 303, the driving motor 203 is connected with the guide wheel connecting plate 302 through the rotating shaft 204, and the cutting or trimming tool 201 is used for cutting or trimming parts.
As shown in fig. 3, the feed adjusting mechanism 4 includes a connecting rod 401, a screw rod 402, a nut 403 and an adjusting hand wheel 404, one end of the connecting rod 401 is connected with the cutter or knife 201, the other end is connected with the screw rod 402, the screw rod 402 is a stepped shaft, one end is connected with the connecting rod 401, the other end is connected with the adjusting hand wheel 404, the frame 5 is preferably a rectangular frame structure, square frames are arranged around, supporting beams are uniformly arranged in the middle, a backing plate is arranged on one supporting beam, two struts are symmetrically arranged on the backing plate, the top ends of the struts are round structures, round through holes are formed in the top ends of the struts, the nut 403 is sleeved on the screw rod 402, protrusions are arranged at two ends of the nut 403, and penetrate through the round through holes in the top ends of the struts, so that the screw rod 402 is fixed on the struts.
The section of the screw rod 402, which is contacted with the nut 403, is arranged on the external thread, and the screw rod 402 is driven to rotate relative to the nut 403 by rotating the adjusting hand wheel 404, so that the feed of the cutter or knife 201 is adjusted, and the cutting or trimming of the die is better realized.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the guide mechanisms 4 on the left and right sides can be adjusted according to actual needs.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a servo or stepper electronic control system is added to achieve automatic feed.
According to the cutting and trimming device, when in cutting and trimming, the die and the workpiece rotate, the self weight of the device is utilized to enable the cutting and trimming device to be attached to the surface of the workpiece, the guide mechanism rolls along the surface of the workpiece, and the feeding amount is adjusted, so that cutting or trimming is realized.
The cutting and trimming device is convenient to detach, can be assembled at any time without special equipment, and saves space and cost.

the guide mechanism (3) comprises a guide wheel (301), a guide wheel connecting plate (302) and a guide wheel rotating shaft (303), one end of the guide wheel connecting plate (302) is connected with the guide wheel (301), the other end of the guide wheel connecting plate is connected with the frame (5) through the guide wheel rotating shaft (303), and the guide wheel (301) is used for rolling along the surface of the die (1), so that the profiling cutting and trimming device swings up and down along the surface of the die (1) to realize profiling movement;
the cutting and trimming mechanism (2) is arranged at the front end of the frame (5), the cutting and trimming mechanism (2) comprises a cutting or trimming tool (201), a driving motor (203), a rotating shaft (204) and a bearing seat (205), a through hole is formed in the middle of the cutting or trimming tool (201), the cutting or trimming tool (201) is sleeved on the bearing seat (205) through the through hole, and the driving motor (203) is connected with the cutting or trimming tool (201) through the rotating shaft (204) and a belt pulley and is used for driving the cutting or trimming tool (201) to rotate and be attached to the surface of a workpiece;
