Abstract
The invention discloses a rotary vibration sieve umbrella-shaped cap polishing supporting device which comprises a rotary supporting mechanism at the lower part and a clamping and positioning mechanism at the upper part, wherein the rotary supporting mechanism mainly comprises a bracket, a motor, a speed reducer and a connecting shaft, and the clamping and positioning mechanism mainly comprises a rotary platform, an upper cross-shaped bidirectional screw rod, a lower cross-shaped bidirectional screw rod, a supporting body and a workpiece clamping block. The rotary vibration sieve umbrella-shaped cap clamp is simple in structure and convenient to use, can be used for rapidly clamping and fixing rotary vibration sieve umbrella-shaped caps of different types on the supporting device, and is convenient to match with a polishing machine for polishing.

Referring to fig. 1, the polishing and supporting device for the umbrella-shaped cap of the rotary vibration sieve comprises a rotary supporting mechanism at the lower part and a clamping and positioning mechanism at the upper part, wherein the rotary supporting mechanism mainly comprises a bracket 1, a motor 2, a speed reducer 3 and a connecting shaft 4, the motor 2 and the speed reducer 3 are fixed on the bracket 1, the motor 2 is connected with the speed reducer 3, an output shaft of the speed reducer 3 is vertically upward, a connecting shaft 4 is fixed at the tail end of the output shaft of the speed reducer 3 through a coupling 5, and a connecting flange 6 is fixed at the top end of the connecting shaft 4 through a key; the clamping and positioning mechanism mainly comprises a rotary platform 7, an upper crossed bidirectional screw rod 8, a lower crossed bidirectional screw rod 8, a supporting body and a workpiece clamping block 9, wherein the center part of the bottom surface of the rotary platform 7 is fixedly connected with a connecting flange 6 on a connecting shaft 4 through a bolt, the upper crossed bidirectional screw rod 8 and the lower crossed bidirectional screw rod 8 are fixed on the rotary platform 7 through a fixing support 10 arranged at the outer edge and the middle part of the rotary platform 7, one end of the bidirectional screw rod 8 is provided with an adjusting fixing block 11, two sides of the bidirectional screw rod 8 are respectively connected with a screw sleeve 12, the workpiece clamping block 9 is vertically fixed on the screw sleeve 12, the upper part of the workpiece clamping block 9 is provided with a V-shaped groove which is opened towards the center of the rotary platform 7, the lower bottom surface of the V-shaped groove is horizontal, the upper bottom surface of the V-shaped groove is inclined upwards, the supporting body is fixed on the rotary platform 7 between the upper crossed bidirectional screw rod 8 and the lower bottom surface of the V-shaped groove of the workpiece clamping block 9 is positioned on the same horizontal plane.

The rotary platform 7 at the lower part of the upper and lower crisscross bidirectional screw rods 8 is respectively provided with a screwed hole which is distributed in the radial direction, the limiting block is fixed on the rotary platform 7 through screws which are matched with the screwed holes, the screwed holes which are distributed in the radial direction are used for adjusting the position of the limiting block aiming at the umbrella-shaped caps of the rotary vibrating sieves with different diameters, the lower part of the screw sleeve 12 is provided with a stop block which is opposite to the limiting block, and the stop block is used for positioning the screw sleeve 12 after the workpiece clamping block 9 clamps the umbrella-shaped cap of the rotary vibrating sieve so as to prevent the workpiece clamping block 9 from compressing the umbrella-shaped cap of the rotary vibrating sieve to deform by continuously rotating the bidirectional screw rods 8 and tightening the screw sleeve 12.
The workpiece clamping block 9 is provided with a buffer pad, and the width of the upper bottom surface of the V-shaped groove of the workpiece clamping block 9 is smaller than that of the lower bottom surface of the V-shaped groove. The connecting shaft 4 is vertically fixed on the upper part of the bracket 1 through a bearing and a bearing seat.

A rotary vibration sieve umbrella-shaped cap polishing supporting device is characterized by comprising a rotary supporting mechanism at the lower part and a clamping and positioning mechanism at the upper part, wherein the rotary supporting mechanism mainly comprises a bracket, a motor, a speed reducer and a connecting shaft; the clamping and positioning mechanism mainly comprises a rotary platform, an upper crossed bidirectional screw rod, a lower crossed bidirectional screw rod, a supporting body and a workpiece clamping block, wherein the center part of the bottom surface of the rotary platform is fixedly connected with a connecting flange on a connecting shaft through a bolt, the upper crossed bidirectional screw rod and the lower crossed bidirectional screw rod are fixed on the rotary platform through fixed supports arranged at the outer edge and the middle part of the rotary platform, one end of the bidirectional screw rod is provided with an adjusting fixed block, two sides of the bidirectional screw rod are respectively connected with a screw sleeve, the workpiece clamping block is vertically fixed on the screw sleeve, the upper part of the workpiece clamping block is provided with a V-shaped groove which is opened towards the center of the rotary platform and is horizontal in the lower bottom surface and upwards inclined in the upper bottom surface, the supporting body is fixed on the rotary platform between the upper crossed bidirectional screw rod and the lower crossed bidirectional screw rod, and the supporting surface of the supporting body and the lower bottom surface of the V-shaped groove of the workpiece clamping block are positioned on the same horizontal plane;
the rotary platform at the lower part of the upper and lower crisscross bidirectional screw rods is respectively provided with a plurality of radially distributed screwing holes, the limiting block is fixed on the rotary platform through screws matched with the screwing holes, the radially distributed screwing holes are used for adjusting the position of the limiting block aiming at the rotary vibrating screen umbrella-shaped caps with different diameters, the lower part of the screw sleeve is provided with a stop block opposite to the limiting block, and the stop block is used for positioning the screw sleeve after the workpiece clamping block clamps the rotary vibrating screen umbrella-shaped caps;
