本发明涉及一种烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷在纯油体系个人护理产品的用途。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷在纯油体系个人护理产品的应用。
背景技术
专利WO03075864A1 公开了一种聚甘油改性聚硅氧烷在油性化妆品中的应用,声称其具有不黏腻、轻柔、顺滑的效果。油性化妆品的应用例为唇膏、滚珠止汗剂和油性粉底液。但其在油性粉底液产品中,需要用脂肪酸酯类乳化剂来帮助体系中粉体的悬浮。
专利US6066326公开了一种化妆品组合物,其中含有至少一种共乳化剂和一种含糖苷的聚二甲基硅氧烷。其公开的实施例1-4中,含糖苷的聚二甲基硅氧烷是用在油包水乳液中的。
专利US6881416B2公开了使用WACKER BELSIL SPG 128 VP、WACKER BELSIL RG100与粉体混合制备油包水粉底乳液 。
专利 US5831080描述了一种糖苷改性聚硅氧烷的制备方法。
专利US6919071公开了一种油包水防晒乳液,糖苷改性硅氧烷在其中用作乳化剂。
专利WO2015091378A公开了一种新型的烷基糖苷聚硅氧烷弹性体凝胶,其交联的分子链段中含有硅树脂片段。
发明内容
本发明意外地发现将烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷应用于纯油体系个人护理产品可以明显改善纯油体系产品的粘腻感。并且将烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷应用于纯油体系护发组合物时,能明显改善毛发的顺滑感。而将烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷应用于含有粉体的纯油体系皮肤用组合物时,能够明显改善高粉体含量组合物的稳定性,表现出极佳的悬浮粉体能力。
本发明中的纯油体系个人护理产品:包括纯油体系的护发用组合物(其中包括留存型护发组合物),纯油体系的皮肤用组合物(其中包括面部皮肤用组合物,特别是含较高粉体量的面部皮肤用组合物)。
本发明中的留存型护发用组合物:将组合物用于毛发后,在毛发上的停留时间大于等于1小时的护发用组合物。
本发明中挥发性的疏水溶剂:23oC条件下根据DIN53249测试挥发速率大于等于0.1wt%/min,且适用于一般个人护理产品的疏水溶剂,包括环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、异构十二烷,异构十六烷等。
本发明中非挥发性油脂:23oC条件下根据DIN53249测试挥发速率小于 0.1wt%/min的油脂,包括有机硅类油脂比如聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、各种粘度的聚二甲基硅氧烷(25oC条件下根据DIN 53019测试粘度在0.1-2,000 mPa.s之间)、各种粘度的苯基改性的聚二甲基硅氧烷(25oC 条件下根据DIN 53019测试粘度在0.1-2,000 mPa.s之间)等;碳氢类油脂比如白油、液体石蜡、微晶蜡、蜂蜡、C12-15苯甲酸酯、棕榈酸、泛醇、鲸蜡醇、肉豆蔻醇、棕榈酸异丙酯、山梨酸硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-3、甘油月桂酸酯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯等,植物性油脂比如葵花籽油、蓖麻油、霍霍巴油、乳木果油、鳄梨油、葡萄籽油等,动物性油脂比如羊毛脂油,水貂油等。
本发明中可用于个人护理品的粉体:在个人护理品领域,为实现调整颜色或阻挡紫外线目的使用的、粒径为纳米级或者微米级的无机物粉末和聚合物粉末,包括二氧化硅、滑石粉、云母粉、钛白粉、色粉(如铁黄、铁黑、铁红等)、高岭土、氧化锌、聚甲基丙烯酸酯等。
本发明中的烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷,可参考CN102492147B描述的方法制备。本发明中的烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷,主链是线性的聚硅氧烷链,部分侧基由烷基和糖苷基团取代,其不是交联聚合物。
本发明的实现方式如下:
烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷在纯油体系个人护理产品的应用,其中纯油体系含有少于等于1wt%的水,优选少于等于0.1wt%的水;烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷的结构如式(I)
其中,x, y 和z分别表示1-10000的正整数,优选1-5000的正整数, n和m分别表示1-20的数,优选1-15的数, Alkyl表示线性或支链C2-C20的碳氢链,优选Alky是至少一种烷基,该烷基选自甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基、戊基、己基、庚基、辛基构成的组, W表示线性或支链C2-C20的亚烷基,该亚烷基选自亚甲基、亚乙基、亚丙基、亚丁基、亚戊基、亚己基、亚庚基、亚辛基构成的组。
如上所述的应用,其中烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷占纯油体系个人护理产品的比例为0.1 -50wt%。
如上所述的应用,其中纯油体系个人护理产品是留存型护发用组合物,其中按照ISO7027标准测试,组合物浊度低于80NTU;优选低于30NTU。
如上所述的应用,其中该护发用纯油体系组合物,包含: (a)0.1-50wt%烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷; (b)0-85wt%挥发性的疏水溶剂; (c)0-20 wt%非挥发性油脂; (d)0-10wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物; 且(b)和(c)组分不同时为零;上述各组分比例以纯油体系组合物的总量计。
如上所述的应用,其中该护发用纯油体系组合物,包含: (a)0.1-30wt%烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷; (b)20-85 wt%挥发性的疏水溶剂; (c)5-35 wt%非挥发性油脂,其中含0.5-35 wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷醇; 上述各组分比例以纯油体系组合物的总量计。
如上所述的应用,其中该护发用纯油体系组合物,包含: (a)0.1-30wt%烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷; (b)30-85 wt%挥发性的疏水溶剂; (c)5-30 wt%非挥发性油脂,其中含0.5-30 wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷醇; (d)0.5-10 wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物 上述各组分比例以纯油体系组合物的总量计。
如上所述的应用,其中纯油体系个人护理产品是皮肤用组合物,优选面部皮肤用组合物。
如上所述的应用,其中该皮肤用纯油体系组合物,包含: (a)0.1-10 wt%烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷; (b)10-90 wt%挥发性的疏水溶剂; (c)5-80 wt%非挥发性油脂,其中含0.5-10 wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷醇; (d)0.1-10 wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物; 上述各组分比例以纯油体系组合物的总量计。
如上所述的应用,其中该皮肤用纯油体系组合物,包含: (a)0.1-10 wt%烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷; (b)10-70 wt%挥发性的疏水溶剂; (c)19-80 wt%非挥发性油脂,其中含0.5-10 wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷醇; (d)0-10 wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物; (e)0.5-50 wt%可用于个人护理品的粉体; 上述各组分比例以纯油体系组合物的总量计。
如上所述的应用,其中该皮肤用纯油体系组合物,包含:
(a)0.1-10 wt%烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷; (b)10-70 wt%挥发性的疏水溶剂; (c)19-75wt%非挥发性油脂,其中含0.5-10 wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷醇; (d)0.1-10 wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物; (e)10-50 wt%可用于个人护理品的粉体; 上述各组分比例以纯油体系组合物的总量计。
实施例
本发明使用产品的信息如下:
瓦克化学公司BELSIL® GB 1020,其中含有12wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷醇,88wt%的聚二甲基硅氧烷,该聚二甲基硅氧烷粘度为5 mPa.s DIN 53019 25oC。
瓦克化学公司BELSIL® EG 2,其中含有14wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物,86wt% 环五聚二甲基硅氧烷。
瓦克化学公司BELSIL® SPG 128 VP,其中含有20wt%辛基聚二甲基硅氧烷乙氧基葡糖苷,80wt% 环五聚二甲基硅氧烷。
瓦克化学公司BELSIL® WO 5000,其中含有30wt%辛基聚二甲基硅氧烷乙氧基葡糖苷,70wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷,该聚二甲基硅氧烷粘度为5 mPa.s DIN 53019 25oC。
瓦克化学公司BELSIL® DM 5,其中含有100wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷,粘度为5 mPa.sDIN 53019 25oC。
瓦克化学公司BELSIL® CM 040 CN,其中含有100wt%环五聚二甲基硅氧烷。
瓦克化学公司烷基糖苷聚硅氧烷弹性体凝胶样品,其聚硅氧烷分子链中含有硅树脂片段,制备方法参照WO2015091378A表5的样品14,其中含有烷基糖苷聚硅氧烷弹性体。
信越公司KF-6104,其中含有100wt%聚甘油-3 聚二甲基硅羟乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷。
瓦克化学公司BELSIL® PDM 20,含100wt%三甲基硅烷氧苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷。
上海联锴日用化工有限公司Landpowder Si BB88231,二氧化钛及色粉的混合物。
护发用纯油体系组合物实施例1-3
将以下原料在室温中等转速200-300 rpm条件下搅拌混合,得到实施例1-3和对比例1-3。

按照ISO7027标准测试,本发明制备的实施例1-3的 3个组合物的浊度均低于30NTU。
本发明的实验用发为每缕长度26cm重量12g的中国人自然直发,且该直发是未经染烫的。
用2015年市场购买的潘婷净润养护(产品号98573610)洗发水1.4ml,将每缕直发清洗一遍后,自然晾干。
将实施例1-3,对比例1-3的护理产品0.7ml,均匀涂抹于一缕上述清洗处理后的实验用发。自样品上样起10秒内,定义为涂抹前期。自样品上样起60秒以后,定义为涂抹后期。
评价指标如下:
纯油护发产品组合物实施例、对比例的性能参数如表2所示。

对比例3处理后的样品不够顺滑,是由于烷基糖苷聚硅氧烷弹性体中,聚硅氧烷分子链不是线性结构,其结构中的硅树脂片段对产生顺滑感没有帮助。此外,在实施例3中添加聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物,由此得到的产品,可明显提高毛发的蓬松感。
实施例4
实施例4中添加了占组合物总量3.6wt%的聚二甲基硅氧醇,使得该产品的顺滑感明显提高。
纯油体系皮肤/面部用组合物
在室温下将油相原料依次混合中等速度200-300 rpm下搅拌混合,制备实施例5和对比例5的皮肤按摩油。
在室温下将油相原料依次混合室温中等速度下搅拌混合,油相物质混合均匀后加入粉体低速200-300rpm搅拌2分钟,然后均质10, 000 rpm 3分钟;制备实施例6、7和对比例6、7的油性粉底液。

将本发明制备的皮肤和面部用组合物实施例5-7,对比例5-7,涂抹在手臂内侧,用中指打圈按摩至吸收完全,5分钟后评价粘腻感或顺滑感。
参照如下评价粘腻感手感:
羊毛脂蜡的粘腻感,评价为10分(粘腻感明显);
Jergens Aloe & Lanolin(市售产品) 水包油润肤露,评价为5分(粘腻感适中);
婴儿油(纯矿物油)的粘腻感,评价为0分(无明显粘腻感)。
参照如下评价顺滑感:
以滑石粉作为参照物,评价为10分(滑感明显);
Jergens Aloe & Lanolin市售产品,评价为5(滑感适中);
以水作为参照物,评价为0分(无滑感)。
参照如下评价组合物的储存稳定性,特别是粉体悬浮能力:
可悬浮粉体,室温静置4个小时后无分层、相分离现象,评价为10分;
悬浮粉体能力适中,室温静置4个小时后,有轻微分层,但分层界面不明显,评价为5分;
不可悬浮粉体 ,室温静置1个小时内,出现明显的分层界面,评价为0分。
纯油面部用组合物实施例、对比例的性能参数如表4所示。实验证实聚甘油-3 聚二甲基硅羟乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷和烷基糖苷聚硅氧烷弹性体在对比例6和对比例7中,没有表现出帮助悬浮粉体的能力。实施例6和7中使用了2wt%辛基聚二甲基硅氧烷乙氧基葡糖苷即得到了均一稳定的无分层、相分离的纯油粉底液产品,且其中粉体含量高达15wt%。

实施例8护肤用按摩油
实施例8制备的产品含有3wt%的聚二甲基硅氧醇,该产品的顺滑感评分为8,顺滑感得到明显改善。
Claims (10)
1.烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷在纯油体系个人护理产品的应用,其中纯油体系含有少于等于1wt%的水,优选少于等于0.1wt%的水;烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷的结构如式(I)
其中,x, y 和z分别表示1-10000的正整数,优选1-5000的正整数, n和m分别表示1-20的数,优选1-15的数, Alkyl表示线性或支链C2-C20的碳氢链,优选Alky是至少一种烷基,该烷基选自甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基、戊基、己基、庚基、辛基构成的组, W表示线性或支链C2-C20的亚烷基,该亚烷基选自亚甲基、亚乙基、亚丙基、亚丁基、亚戊基、亚己基、亚庚基、亚辛基构成的组。
2.如权利要求1所述的应用,其中烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷占纯油体系个人护理产品的比例为0.1 -50wt%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的应用,其特征在于纯油体系个人护理产品是留存型护发用组合物,其中按照ISO7027标准测试,组合物浊度低于80NTU;优选低于30NTU。
4.如权利要求3所述的应用,其特征在于该护发用纯油体系组合物,包含: (a)0.1-50wt%烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷; (b)0-85wt%挥发性的疏水溶剂; (c)0-20 wt%非挥发性油脂; (d)0.1-10 wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物; 且(b)和(c)组分不同时为零;上述各组分比例以纯油体系组合物的总量计。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的应用,其特征在于该护发用纯油体系组合物,包含: (a)0.1-30wt%烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷; (b)20-85 wt%挥发性的疏水溶剂; (c)5-35 wt%非挥发性油脂,其中含0.5-35 wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷醇; 上述各组分比例以纯油体系组合物的总量计。
6.如权利要求2-5之任一所述的应用,其特征在于该护发用纯油体系组合物,包含:(a)0.1-30wt%烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷; (b)30-85 wt%挥发性的疏水溶剂; (c)5-30 wt%非挥发性油脂,其中含0.5-30 wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷醇; (d)0.5-10 wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物; 上述各组分比例以纯油体系组合物的总量计。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的应用,其特征在油体系个人护理产品是皮肤用组合物,优选面部皮肤用组合物。
8.如权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于该皮肤用纯油体系组合物,包含: (a)0.1-10wt%烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷; (b)10-90 wt%挥发性的疏水溶剂; (c)5-80 wt%非挥发性油脂,其中含0.5-10 wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷醇; (d)0.1-10 wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物; 上述各组分比例以纯油体系组合物的总量计。
9.如权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于该皮肤用纯油体系组合物,包含: (a)0.1-10wt%烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷; (b)10-70 wt%挥发性的疏水溶剂; (c)19-80 wt%非挥发性油脂,其中含0.5-10 wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷醇; (d)0-10 wt%聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物; (e)0.5-50 wt%可用于个人护理品的粉体; 上述各组分比例以纯油体系组合物的总量计。
10.如权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于该皮肤用纯油体系组合物,包含:
(a)0.1-10 wt%烷基糖苷改性聚硅氧烷; (b)10-70 wt%挥发性的疏水溶剂; (c)19-75wt%非挥发性油脂,其中含0.5-10 wt% 聚二甲基硅氧烷醇; (d)0.1-10 wt%聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物; (e)10-50 wt%可用于个人护理品的粉体; 上述各组分比例以纯油体系组合物的总量计。
