Description

Sanitary water outlet fitting
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sanitary water outlet fitting (sanitäreausslaufarmer) with a housing base body and a water outlet body.
Background
The sanitary outlet fitting can be, for example, a tap for supplying a water flow to a wash basin.
DE 102004003133 a1 discloses a sanitary fitting with a fitting housing and a water outlet, which is placed on the upper side of the fitting housing and is fastened by means of two screws screwed into the fitting housing.
Furthermore, DE 102012212303 a1 discloses a sanitary fitting having a fitting housing and a water outlet arranged at an upper end face of the fitting housing, which is mounted rotatably about an axis extending perpendicularly to the end face.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention takes the provision of a sanitary outlet fitting as a technical problem, which further improves the prior art mentioned above and in particular enables a plurality of degrees of freedom in the design of the outlet body and the housing base and the arrangement of the outlet body at the housing base.
The invention solves this problem by providing a sanitary water outlet fitting with the features of claim 1.
The sanitary water outlet fitting according to the invention comprises a housing base body which has a wall opening in a housing wall. The water outlet fitting furthermore comprises a coupling fitting which is fixed at the wall opening. It is to be understood that the coupling joint is fastened axially (which can also be referred to as fixed in position) and rotationally fixed in the region of the wall opening at the housing wall. The coupling fitting has a passage opening which is in fluid connection with the fluid outlet opening of the housing base body, i.e. when the sanitary outlet fitting is in use, fluid flows from the fluid outlet opening through the wall opening to the passage opening. The outlet fitting furthermore comprises an outlet body which is fixed in the axial direction at the coupling joint and into which the passage opening opens. In addition, the water outlet body can be fastened in a rotationally fixed manner to the coupling joint and/or can be fixed axially and/or rotationally fixed to the housing base by interacting with the housing wall.
It is possible here for the water outlet body to be fastened only at the coupling joint and not directly at the wall opening. The coupling joint need not be fixed at the wall opening by means of a water outlet body. The outlet body can furthermore be pushed onto the coupling nipple in such a way that the coupling nipple in the installed position cannot be seen from the outside during normal use. In other words, the water outlet body can be arranged directly at the housing base body. Furthermore, the outlet body can be fastened releasably to the connection fitting.
The use of the coupling joint makes it possible to design the outlet body and the housing base body with relatively little consideration given to the direct fastening of the outlet body to the housing base body. The housing base body can, for example, have a cylindrical shape with a circular or angular cross section and, independently thereof, the water outlet body can, for example, have a circular or angular cross section. Thus, a kind of construction assembly system with different shapes of the housing base and/or the water outlet body can be provided, and the sanitary water outlet fitting can be formed by the shapes.
In a development of the invention, the housing wall in the installed position extends vertically. Extending vertically should here mean that the housing wall does not necessarily have to extend exactly parallel to the vertical line within manufacturing and assembly tolerances, but alternatively extends obliquely to the vertical line at an angle of up to 45 degrees. By the fastening of the coupling joint at the vertically extending housing wall, it is advantageously possible at the upper side of the fitting housing (if present) for arranging further elements to remain free (for example for user-manipulable operating elements).
In one embodiment of the invention, the sanitary outlet comprises a mixing valve cartridge (mischventilskatusche). Which is arranged in the receiving space of the housing base body and whose fluid outlet opening is in fluid connection with the passage opening of the coupling nipple. In the installed position, the wall opening is arranged with its upper edge above the lower edge of the mixing valve cartridge, in particular with its lower edge above the lower edge of the mixing valve cartridge. The mixing valve cartridge can be arranged relatively far above in the housing base body, in particular at the upper side of the housing base body. The outlet body can thereby be arranged relatively far above the housing base, in particular in the immediate vicinity of the upper side at the upper end of the vertically extending housing wall, and thus a visually appealing design of the sanitary outlet fitting is achieved.
In addition, the sanitary water outlet fitting can comprise a cartridge receptacle base which, in the installed position, can be arranged in the receiving space below the mixing valve cartridge in a manner coupled thereto. In this case, the mixing valve cartridge and the cartridge receiving base are designed such that, when the sanitary outlet fitting is used, fluid passes from the mixing valve cartridge through the cartridge receiving base into the receiving space, in particular such that the fluid merges from the cartridge receiving base below the upper edge of the wall opening or even below the lower edge and flows from there upwards to the wall opening and the passage opening. The coupling joint need not be fixed at the cartridge receiving bottom.
In a development of the invention, the coupling fitting is fastened in a non-releasable manner to the wall opening. For example, the coupling joint can be formed by welding, soldering, gluing or stamping at the housing base body.
As an alternative to the non-releasable fastening of the coupling fitting at the wall opening, in a development of the invention the sanitary water outlet fitting comprises a connecting flange arranged at the wall opening, with which connecting flange the coupling fitting can be releasably fastened at the wall opening. By releasable fastening is meant that the coupling joint and the connecting flange are established and dimensioned such that the coupling joint can be installed at the connecting flange repeatedly and without damage in daily use. The sanitary outlet fitting can thus be assembled simply by the user, possible installation errors can be corrected or parts of the sanitary outlet fitting can be used several times. For example, the coupling nipple and the connecting flange can be connected to one another by means of a threaded connection, a snap connection or a bayonet connection.
The coupling joint is secured against detachment from the housing base body by the connecting flange when connected thereto. In the direction of the housing base body, the coupling joint can be fastened by the connecting flange and/or by co-action with the housing wall, in particular by bearing the coupling joint against the outside of the housing wall. Along the housing wall, the coupling joint can likewise be fastened by means of the connecting flange and/or by co-action with the housing wall, for example by engaging the coupling joint into the wall opening and against its edge. Additionally, the coupling joint can be fastened in a rotationally fixed manner by the connecting flange and/or by co-action with the housing wall. The connection flange can be formed integrally with the housing base body by casting, hot pressing and/or flow-hole forming (Flie β dichlorfonn). Alternatively, the connecting flange can be constructed separately from the housing base body and be fastened in a non-releasable manner at the wall opening.
In one embodiment of the invention, the sanitary outlet fitting comprises a fastening flange having a connecting flange and an abutment surface. The fastening flange is thereby pressed against the inside of the housing wall by means of the contact surface and the coupling head is tensioned against the outside of the housing wall. It can therefore be sufficient for the housing base body to have a wall opening only in the housing wall and no further parts for fixing the coupling fitting at the wall opening. In particular, the contact surface and/or the coupling joint can directly contact the housing wall. Furthermore, the housing base body can have a recess at the inner side of the housing wall, into which recess the fastening flange is inserted or sunk in the installed position. Advantageously, the fastening flange therefore does not need to extend through the housing wall into the housing base body outside the recess, which can simplify the insertion of the mixing valve cartridge and cartridge receiving base (if present) into the housing base body.
In one embodiment of the invention, the coupling fitting has a through-opening and the sanitary water outlet fitting comprises a connecting element in the through-opening, which connects the coupling fitting to the connecting flange in a releasable manner. The passage opening has at least one axial groove at the edge of the lead-through opening. Additionally or alternatively, the fastening flange has a through-opening between its contact surface and its connecting flange. The fluid thus passes from the interior of the housing base body into the water outlet body (in particular if the connecting element is of solid construction). Alternatively or additionally, the passage opening has a fluid passage in the connecting element, for example a hollow screw may be provided for the threaded connection.
In one embodiment of the invention, the coupling joint comprises the adapter sleeve and the connecting piece as separate parts. The connecting piece is releasably connected to the connecting flange. The adapter sleeve is arranged radially between the connecting piece and the water outlet body. Advantageously, the adapter sleeve can be adapted to the contour of the outer side of the housing wall. In particular, the connection can tension the adapter sleeve against the outside of the housing wall. The water outlet body is fastened at the adapter sleeve and can optionally be fastened at the connecting piece.
In a development of the invention, the coupling fitting has a first fixing element on its upper side and the outlet body has a corresponding second fixing element on the inside in the installed position. The first fixing element and the second fixing element cooperate to form a fixing. With such a form-fit, a gap between the housing base body and the water outlet body can be avoided or kept to a minimum. The first and second fixing elements may be configured, for example, in the form of lugs and corresponding recesses.
In a development of the invention, an actuating plane (anal effläche) is arranged in the outlet body fastening region at the coupling joint, said actuating plane extending obliquely in the direction of the housing base body towards the center axis thereof, against which actuating plane a screw thread arranged at the outlet body is applied, in order to provide an application force acting in the direction of the housing base body on the outlet body, whereby a gap between the housing base body and the outlet body can be avoided or kept to a minimum.
The coupling joint may itself have an activation plane. Alternatively or additionally thereto, in a configuration of the invention, the sanitary water outlet fitting comprises a ring of hard material separate from the coupling joint. Which is arranged in the outlet body fastening region at the coupling joint and has an activation plane. Advantageously, the hard material ring is configured for protecting the coupling joint against dents and point loads due to the threaded nail. This creates more possibilities for the material selection of the connection joint.
In a development of the invention, the connection fitting has, in the installed position, an upper sliding surface (Aufgleit-Fläche) on its upper side, which extends at an angle in the direction of the housing base body away from the center axis of the connection fitting, the water outlet body has, on the inner side, an upper sliding counter surface (Aufgleit-Gegenfläche), which extends at an angle in the direction of the housing base body away from the center axis and bears against the upper sliding surface, as a result of which a gap between the housing base body and the water outlet body can be avoided or in any case kept to a minimum.

Detailed Description
The sanitary outlet fitting 1 shown in fig. 1 and 2 is suitable, for example, as a water tap for the controlled supply of cold and/or warm water to a wash basin. The sanitary outlet fitting 1 comprises a housing base body 2. With this housing base, the sanitary outlet fitting 1 can be fastened to a bottom layer (not shown), which is connected to the bottom in fig. 1 (for example a wash basin). The housing base body 2 has a wall opening 3 in its housing wall 4. The outlet fitting 1 furthermore comprises a coupling joint 5 which is fixed at the wall opening 3. The coupling joint 5 has a passage opening 6 which is in fluid connection with the fluid outlet opening of the housing base body 2. The water outlet fitting 1 furthermore comprises a water outlet body 7 which is fixed in the axial direction at the coupling joint 5 and into which the passage opening 6 opens. Optionally, the fastening of the outlet body 7 is effected in a rotationally fixed manner at the coupling joint 5. In the example shown, the outlet body 7 is arranged directly on the housing base body 2, but is fastened only at the coupling joint 5 and not directly at the wall opening 3 or at the housing base body 2.
In the example shown, the housing wall 4 extends parallel to a vertical line in the installed position, from the bottom to the top in fig. 1. In addition, the water outlet body 7 is perpendicular to the housing wall 4, is remote from the housing base body 2 in the region of the wall opening 3, here horizontal.
The sanitary outlet fitting 1 furthermore comprises a mixing valve cartridge 8. Which is arranged in the receiving space 9 of the housing base body 2 and whose fluid outlet opening 10 is in fluid connection with the passage opening 6 of the coupling nipple 5. In particular, the mixing valve cartridge 8 is arranged at the upper side 40 of the housing base body 2. In this case, a user-actuable actuating element, not shown, of the mixing valve cartridge 8 in the form of a handle projects upward in fig. 1 from the housing base 2 and can thus be easily grasped. In the installed position, the wall opening 3 is arranged with its upper edge 11 and additionally with its lower edge 42 above the lower edge 12 of the mixing valve cartridge 8.
In addition, the sanitary outlet fitting 1 comprises a cartridge receiving base 43, which is arranged in the mounting position in the receiving space 9 below the mixing valve cartridge 8 in a manner coupled thereto. At the cartridge receiving bottom 43, two not shown fluid conduits for warm and cold water from the bottom layer are connected. In the example shown, the mixing valve cartridge 8 is of the closed type, i.e. its inlet and outlet are all arranged at the lower side of the mixing valve cartridge 8. The mixing valve cartridge 8 is in fluid connection with the fluid conduit by means of the cartridge receiving bottom 43. In use of the sanitary outlet fitting 1, fluid passes from the mixing valve cartridge 8 through the cartridge receiving bottom 43 and out from there below the lower edge 42 of the wall opening 3 into the receiving space 9 and from there up to the wall opening 3 and to the passage opening 6, as is indicated in fig. 1 by the flow arrows P1. Currently, the mixing valve cartridge 8 and additionally the cartridge receiving base 43 are fastened in the receiving space 9 by means of a jacket sleeve 44 fastened to the housing base body 2. The housing base body 2 is closed upward by a cover cap, not shown, arranged on its upper side 40.
Furthermore, the sanitary water outlet fitting 1 comprises a connecting flange 13 arranged at the wall opening 3, with which the coupling fitting 5 can be releasably fastened at the wall opening 3. In particular, the outlet pipe fitting 1 comprises a fastening flange 14 having a connecting flange 13 and an abutment face 15, which are constructed in this case integrally with one another. The contact surface 15 has an annular shape and the connecting flange 13 is arranged at the inner edge of the contact surface 15. Currently, the housing base body 2 has a hollow cylindrical shape with a circular cross section, wherein the housing wall 4 forms a jacket of the cylinder, as can be seen in fig. 2. Furthermore, the wall opening 3 is circular. The contact surface 15 is adapted to the contour of the inner side 16 of the housing wall 4. Furthermore, the housing wall 4 has, in the region of the wall opening 3, an inner recess 46 in which the fastening flange 14 is inserted in the installed position. Outside of the inner recess 46, the fastening flange 14 extends inwardly into the housing base 2 without passing through the housing wall 4. The wall thickness D of the housing wall 4 in the region of the wall opening 3 amounts to a maximum of 10mm (millimeters), in particular a maximum of 5 mm. The connecting flange 13 extends through the wall opening 3 and beyond the housing wall 4.
In the example shown, the coupling joint 5 comprises an adapter sleeve 24 and a connecting piece 23 as separate parts. An adapter sleeve 24 is arranged radially between the connecting piece 23 and the outlet body 7. Furthermore, the adapter sleeve 24 is adapted to the contour of the outer side 17 of the housing wall 4. The coupling joint 5 or its connecting piece 23 is directly releasably connected to the connecting flange 13. Currently, the connecting piece 23 and the connecting flange 13 are each threaded and are connected to one another by means of a threaded connection. The fastening flange 14 is thereby pressed against the inner side 16 by means of the contact surface 15 and the coupling fitting or its adapter sleeve 24 is tensioned against the outer side 17 by means of the connecting piece 23. In particular, the contact surface 15 and the adapter sleeve 24 directly contact the housing wall 4. Thus, the coupling joint 5 is fixed against loosening from the housing base body 2. In the direction of the housing base body 2, the coupling joint 5 is fastened by its adapter sleeve 24 against the outer side 17. Along the housing wall 4, the coupling joint 5 or its connecting piece 23 and thus also its adapter sleeve 24 are fastened by the engagement of the connecting piece 23 into the wall opening 3 and the abutment at its edge. In addition, the coupling joint 5 is fastened in a rotationally fixed manner about its central axis 29 by the interaction of its adapter sleeve 24 and the housing wall 4. By unscrewing the connecting piece 23 from the connecting flange 13, the coupling joint 5 and, in addition, the fastening flange 14 are released from the housing base body 2.
In the present case, the connecting piece 23 is configured as a rotationally symmetrical sleeve with the passage opening 6. In use of the sanitary outlet fitting, fluid flows from the housing base body 2 through the connecting flange 13 and the connecting piece 23 into the outlet body 7 (as illustrated in fig. 1 and 2 by the flow arrow P1) and leaves the outlet body 7 there, and thus generally continues to flow out of the outlet fitting into an outlet opening, not shown, for example into a wash basin.
In particular, the outlet body 7 has a hollow cylindrical shape with a circular cross section. The outlet body 7 is pushed onto the coupling joint 5 or its connecting piece 23 and its adapter sleeve 24. As a result, the coupling joint is not visible from the outside in the installed position. The water outlet body 7 is fastened in a rotationally fixed manner by the coupling joint 5 around the coupling joint 5 and thus along the housing wall 4 and about the intermediate axis 29. Furthermore, the outlet body 7 is adapted to the contour of the outer side 17 of the housing wall 4 and rests against it, but is not in particular joined into the housing base body 2. The outlet body 7 is thus axially secured in the direction of the housing base body 2. In addition, the water outlet body 7 is fastened in a rotationally fixed manner about the central axis 29 by interaction with the housing wall 4.
The coupling fitting 5 has, in the mounted position, a first fixing element 26 in the form of a lug on its upper side 25 and the outlet body 7 has a corresponding second fixing element 27 in the form of a recess on the inside. The first fixing element 26 and the second fixing element 27 cooperate in the form of a fixing. By such a fixing, the outlet body 7 is fixed against detachment from the coupling fitting 5 and thus from the housing base body 2 and is fixed in its position on its upper side with respect to the housing base body 2.
Furthermore, an actuating plane 30, which extends obliquely in the direction of the housing base body 2 toward its center axis 29, is arranged in the outlet body fastening region 28 at the coupling joint 5. In the example shown, the coupling joint 5 itself has an activation plane 30. Against this actuating surface, a screw 31 arranged on the outlet body 7 is applied, so that an application force acting in the direction of the housing base body 2 is applied to the outlet body 7. Also thereby, the water outlet body 7 is secured against loosening from the coupling joint 5 and from the housing base body 2. The outlet body fastening region 28 or the threaded nail 31 is arranged in the mounted position at the underside of the coupling joint 5 or the outlet body 7. The outlet body fastening region 28 extends along the central axis 29 over a greater width than the screw 31, so that the further the screw 31 is screwed into the outlet body 7, the more the outlet body 7 is forced in the direction of the housing base body 2. By unscrewing the screw 31, the outlet body 7 can be released from the coupling.
Furthermore, the coupling joint 5 has, in the installed position, an upper slide surface 32 on its upper side 25, which extends obliquely away from the center axis 29 of the coupling joint in the direction of the housing base body 2. The water outlet body 7 has an upper slide-fit counter surface 33 on the inside, which extends obliquely away from the center axis 29 in the direction of the housing base body 2 and bears against the upper slide surface 32.
Gaps between the housing base body 2 and the outlet body 7 are kept to a minimum or even avoided by the fastening portions 26, 27, the start-up plane 30 together with the screw 31 and the upper slide surface 32 together with the upper slide-fitting surface 33, respectively.
In the example shown, a plurality of sealing elements (in particular in the form of sealing rings) are provided for the fluid-tight sealing of the sanitary outlet fitting 1. Furthermore, the parts which come into contact with the fluid are accordingly composed partially or completely of a fluid-compatible material, in particular a material which is acceptable for drinking water. The housing base body 2 and the outlet body 7 can be made of a visually high-value metal. The coupling joint 5 and the fastening flange 14 can be made of plastic.
Fig. 3 to 5 show a further sanitary water outlet fitting 1' according to the invention, wherein for easier understanding not only identical but also functionally equivalent elements are provided with the same reference symbols as in the embodiments explained above, to which extent reference is made to the description of the embodiments explained above. In contrast to the coupling joint 5 with the connecting piece 23 and the adapter sleeve 24 of the embodiment of fig. 1 and 2, the coupling joint 5' is formed in one piece in the exemplary embodiment of fig. 3 to 5. The coupling fitting 5 ' has a lead-through opening 18 ' and the sanitary water outlet fitting 1 ' comprises a connecting element 19 ' in the form of a screw thread in the lead-through opening 18 '. The connecting element 19 'connects the coupling nipple 5' indirectly to the connecting flange 13 'of the fastening flange 14'.
The passage opening 6 'has a plurality of axial grooves 21', in the present case four, at the edge 20 'of the lead-through opening 18'. Additionally, the fastening flange 14 'has a through-opening 22' between its contact surface 15 'and its connecting flange 13'. Fluid can thus pass from the interior of the housing base body 2 into the outlet body 7 ', as is represented in fig. 3 by the flow arrows P1'. Alternatively or additionally, in a further embodiment, the passage opening has a fluid passage in the connecting element, for example a hollow screw may be provided for a threaded connection. The connecting element 19' is partially or completely made of a fluid-compatible material, in particular a material that is acceptable for drinking water. The connecting element 19' can be made of plastic, for example.
Furthermore, the sanitary outlet fitting 1 ' comprises a ring 47 ' of hard material separate from the coupling joint 5 '. Which is arranged in the tap body fastening area 28 at the coupling joint 5' and has an activation plane 30. The hard material ring 47 'is configured to protect the coupling joint 5' from dents and point loads generated by the threaded nail 31.
As can be seen in fig. 4, the wall opening 3' is circular except for the flattened section, currently at its upper edge 11. In addition to the interaction of the coupling joint 5 'with the housing wall 4, the coupling joint is also secured in a rotationally fixed manner about its central axis 29 by engagement into the wall opening 3' and abutment at its edge.
In the illustrated embodiment, the sanitary outlet fittings each comprise a cartridge receiving bottom. In an alternative embodiment, the cartridge receiving bottom can be omitted. In this case, the fluid conduit may be directly coupled to the mixing valve cartridge. In a further alternative embodiment, the mixing valve cartridge is configured such that, in use, fluid merges directly from the mixing valve cartridge into the receiving space, advantageously if the mixing valve cartridge is of the open type with a lateral fluid outlet.
Further, in the illustrated embodiment, the fluid is in contact with a plurality of parts. In an alternative embodiment, the sanitary outlet fitting may comprise a fluid line, such as a hose, leading from the mixing valve cartridge or cartridge receiving bottom (if present) to the outlet opening of the outlet body. This creates more possibilities for the choice of material for a large part of the component.
As the illustrated and above-explained embodiments demonstrate, the invention provides an advantageously hygienic water outlet fitting which improves the prior art and in particular enables a plurality of degrees of freedom in the design and arrangement of the water outlet body and the housing base body, wherein a gap between the housing base body and the water outlet body is kept to a minimum or even avoided.
