a first sending module 702, configured to send a power control policy of a base station to the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is an uplink and downlink decoupling user;
a receiving module 703 is configured to receive downlink query information sent by the mobile terminal, where the downlink query information includes information of a required downlink channel.
Wherein, as shown in fig. 8, the method further comprises:
a second sending module 704, configured to send the downlink query information to the downlink base station of the mobile terminal through an interactive interface when the downlink query information is received and the base station is the uplink base station of the mobile terminal.
The device for acquiring the downlink information of the heterogeneous network is applied to a base station, and after the mobile terminal belonging to an uplink and downlink decoupling user is judged, the power control strategy of the device is issued to the mobile terminal, so that the transmitting power and the receiving base station when the downlink query information is transmitted are determined by the mobile terminal, the effectiveness of information transmission is ensured, and the mobile terminal is further ensured to acquire the downlink information to realize data transmission.
It should be noted that, the apparatus is an apparatus to which the above method for acquiring heterogeneous network downlink information applied to a base station is applied, and an implementation manner of the method for acquiring heterogeneous network downlink information is applied to the apparatus, and the same technical effect can be achieved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a base station, which comprises the device for acquiring the downlink information of the heterogeneous network.
After judging the mobile terminal belonging to the uplink and downlink decoupling user, the base station issues a power control strategy of the base station to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal can determine the sending power and the receiving base station when sending the downlink query information according to the power control strategy, the effectiveness of information sending is ensured, and the mobile terminal is further ensured to acquire the downlink information to realize data transmission.
It should be noted that the base station is a base station to which the above method for acquiring heterogeneous network downlink information applied to the base station is applied, and an implementation manner of the method for acquiring heterogeneous network downlink information is applied to the base station, and the same technical effect can be achieved.
It is further noted that the electronic devices described in this specification include, but are not limited to, smart phones, tablets, etc., and that many of the functional components described are referred to as modules in order to more particularly emphasize their implementation independence.

Likewise, operational data may be identified within the modules and may be embodied in any suitable form and organized within any suitable type of data structure. The operational data may be collected as a single data set, or may be distributed over different locations including over different storage devices, and may exist, at least partially, merely as electronic signals on a system or network.
When a module can be implemented by software, considering the level of existing hardware technology, a module that can be implemented by software can build corresponding hardware circuits including conventional very large scale integration (V L SI) circuits or gate arrays and existing semiconductors such as logic chips, transistors, or other discrete components to implement corresponding functions, without considering the cost.

Claims (14)

1. A method for acquiring downlink information of a heterogeneous network is applied to a mobile terminal in the heterogeneous network, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a power control strategy of an uplink base station and/or a downlink base station which establishes communication connection with the mobile terminal;
determining the sending power and the receiving base station of the downlink query information according to the power control strategy; wherein the downlink query information comprises required downlink channel information;
transmitting the downlink query information to the receiving base station in the working frequency band of the receiving base station according to the transmitting power;
if the receiving base station is a downlink base station, the downlink base station feeds back corresponding downlink information according to the downlink query information after receiving the downlink query information; and if the receiving base station is an uplink base station, the uplink base station forwards the downlink query information to the downlink base station of the mobile terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the transmission power of the downlink query information and the receiving base station according to the power control policy comprises:
determining the sending power of the downlink query information according to the power control strategy of the uplink base station;
and determining the uplink base station as a receiving base station.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the transmission power of the downlink query information and the receiving base station according to the power control policy comprises:
determining the sending power of the downlink query information according to the power control strategy of the downlink base station;
and determining the downlink base station as a receiving base station.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the transmission power of the downlink query information and the receiving base station according to the power control policy comprises:
obtaining a first transmission power of the downlink query information according to a power control strategy of the uplink base station;
obtaining a second sending power of the downlink query information according to a power control strategy of the downlink base station;
determining the maximum transmission power as the transmission power of the downlink query information in the first transmission power and the second transmission power;
and determining the base station to which the power control strategy belongs as a receiving base station according to the power control strategy corresponding to the determined transmission power.
5. A method for acquiring downlink information of a heterogeneous network is applied to a base station in the heterogeneous network, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a mobile terminal belonging to an uplink and downlink decoupling user according to uplink and downlink channel quality and service volume reported by the mobile terminal;
when the mobile terminal is an uplink and downlink decoupling user, sending a power control strategy of a base station to the mobile terminal;
receiving downlink query information sent by the mobile terminal, wherein the downlink query information comprises required downlink channel information; if the receiving base station is possibly a downlink base station, after receiving the downlink query information, the downlink base station feeds back corresponding downlink information according to the downlink query information; and if the receiving base station is an uplink base station, the uplink base station forwards the downlink query information to the downlink base station of the mobile terminal.
6. The method for acquiring downlink information of a heterogeneous network according to claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
and when the downlink query information is received and the base station is the uplink base station of the mobile terminal, sending the downlink query information to the downlink base station of the mobile terminal through an interactive interface.
7. An apparatus for acquiring downlink information of a heterogeneous network, applied to a mobile terminal in the heterogeneous network, is characterized by comprising:
an obtaining module, configured to obtain a power control policy of an uplink base station and/or a downlink base station that establishes a communication connection with the mobile terminal;
a first determining module, configured to determine, according to the power control policy, a transmission power of downlink query information and a receiving base station; wherein the downlink query information comprises required downlink channel information;
a transmission module, configured to transmit the downlink query information to the receiving base station in a working frequency band of the receiving base station according to the transmission power; if the receiving base station is a downlink base station, the downlink base station feeds back corresponding downlink information according to the downlink query information after receiving the downlink query information; and if the receiving base station is an uplink base station, the uplink base station forwards the downlink query information to the downlink base station of the mobile terminal.
8. The apparatus for acquiring downlink information of a heterogeneous network according to claim 7, wherein the first determining module includes:
a first determining submodule, configured to determine a sending power of the downlink query information according to a power control policy of the uplink base station;
and the second determining submodule is used for determining the uplink base station as a receiving base station.
9. The apparatus for acquiring downlink information of a heterogeneous network according to claim 7, wherein the first determining module includes:
a third determining submodule, configured to determine a sending power of the downlink query information according to a power control policy of the downlink base station;
and the fourth determining submodule is used for determining the downlink base station as a receiving base station.
10. The apparatus for acquiring downlink information of a heterogeneous network according to claim 7, wherein the first determining module includes:
the first obtaining submodule is used for obtaining a first sending power of the downlink query information according to the power control strategy of the uplink base station;
a second obtaining submodule, configured to obtain a second sending power of the downlink query information according to a power control policy of the downlink base station;
a fifth determining submodule, configured to determine, as the transmit power of the downlink query information, a transmit power with a maximum transmit power in the first transmit power and the second transmit power;
and a sixth determining submodule, configured to determine, according to a power control policy corresponding to the determined transmission power, a base station to which the power control policy belongs as a receiving base station.
11. An apparatus for acquiring downlink information of a heterogeneous network, applied to a base station in the heterogeneous network, is characterized by comprising:
the second determining module is used for determining the mobile terminal belonging to the uplink and downlink decoupling user according to the uplink and downlink channel quality and the service volume reported by the mobile terminal;
a first sending module, configured to send a power control policy of a base station to a mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is an uplink and downlink decoupling user;
a receiving module, configured to receive downlink query information sent by the mobile terminal, where the downlink query information includes information of a required downlink channel; if the receiving base station is a downlink base station, the downlink base station feeds back corresponding downlink information according to the downlink query information after receiving the downlink query information; and if the receiving base station is an uplink base station, the uplink base station forwards the downlink query information to the downlink base station of the mobile terminal.
12. The apparatus for acquiring downlink information of a heterogeneous network according to claim 11, further comprising:
and the second sending module is used for sending the downlink inquiry information to the downlink base station of the mobile terminal through an interactive interface when the downlink inquiry information is received and the base station is the uplink base station of the mobile terminal.
13. A terminal, characterized by comprising the apparatus for acquiring the downlink information of the heterogeneous network according to any one of claims 7 to 10.
14. A base station, characterized by comprising the apparatus for acquiring downlink information of heterogeneous network according to any one of claim 11 or claim 12.
