The instant heating type water boiler according to claim 2, wherein the top end of the heating pipe is connected with a cold and hot control device for controlling whether the heating pipe is heated or not and controlling the water outlet temperature of the heating pipe by controlling the liquid flow of the liquid flowing out after heating, the cold and hot control device comprises a liquid outlet groove, a top cover, a first roller switch, a second roller switch, a knob, a disc switch with a cam structure and a temperature regulating column, the bottom rear side of the liquid outlet groove is provided with a liquid guide port communicated with the top end of the heating pipe and lower than the balance water level opening of the overflow groove in the horizontal direction, the front side of the bottom of the liquid outlet groove is provided with a liquid outlet port convenient for liquid to automatically flow out, an overflow plate which is level with the balance water level opening of the overflow groove in the horizontal direction is also arranged in the liquid outlet groove between the liquid outlet port and the liquid guide port, the center of the overflow plate forms a flow passage matched with a flow baffle arranged at the lower end of the temperature regulating column and controlling whether the liquid guide port supplies liquid and the flow to the liquid outlet port, the disc switch with the cam structure is pinned at the upper part of the temperature regulating column, the top cover with the cam structure and the disc switch with the cam structure is positioned and sealed, the disc switch with the cam structure is coaxially arranged on the top cover and the disc switch with the cam structure is arranged on the rotary positioning and fixed baffle;
When the knob is rotated, the first roller switch contacted with the disc switch with the cam structure is separated from the positioning convex part and is in press contact with the outer edge of the positioning convex part, the first roller switch starts to drive pump liquid, meanwhile, a flow baffle at the lower end of the temperature regulating column is completely opened with a valve channel matched with a flow channel valve hole in the center of the overflow plate, and unheated cold liquid automatically flows out from a liquid outlet of the liquid outlet groove; and when the knob is continuously rotated, a second roller switch contacted with the disc switch with the cam structure is separated from the positioning convex part and is in press contact with the outer edge of the disc switch with the cam structure, the second roller switch starts the heating pipe to supply power, meanwhile, the valve channel matched with the flow baffle and the flow channel valve hole is gradually reduced until the valve channel is completely closed, and the temperature of the liquid flowing out from the liquid outlet of the liquid outlet groove is gradually increased until the liquid is boiled.
