本发明涉及热打印相纸制备技术领域,具体为一种热升华打印专用相纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
数码相机的发展和普及,取代了传统的胶卷相机,使柯达、富士、乐凯三大胶卷厂商先后停止胶卷的生产。照片输出也从传统的银盐感光相纸转到热升华打印相纸。热升华打印机热敏头采用256阶温度控制,按黄、品红、青三元色色序叠加打印,实现1677万种色彩输出。在打印时,色带和打印介质紧密贴合,同步通过打印头,在打印头下被加热,色带的染料升华,同时相纸表面的高分子聚合物涂层受热活化,被染料染色而形成色域宽广、分辨率高、层次丰富、连续色调的影像。现有的热升华打印用相纸打印过程中容易出现弯曲现象,影响转印质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种热升华打印专用相纸及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种热升华打印专用相纸,包括基纸,所述基纸的正面涂覆一层接收涂料层,所述基纸的反面涂覆一层抗卷曲涂层,所述接收涂料层组份按重量份数包括水性聚氨酯乳液20-40份、水性有机硅乳液10-30份、聚酯粉末10-20份、环氧粉末10-20份、有机硅离型剂5-20份、蒸馏水20-40份、交联剂5-10份、丙烯酸多元醇5-17份以及甲基含氢硅油10-20份。
优选的,所述抗卷曲涂层组份按重量份数包括甘油2-10份、淀粉5-15份、聚乙烯醇4-12份、二氧化硅5-15份、纤维素10-20份、硫酸钡5-15份、膨润土粉末4-12份、氧化铝7-18份、二氧化钛5-20份、碳酸钙8-18份以及聚氯乙烯树脂5-25份。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明制备方法简单,制得的打印相纸接收性能、耐热性能、耐磨性能均较好,同时打印后不会出现弯曲现象,提高了热升华打印质量。
(2)本发明采用的接收涂料层能够提高色彩还原性和良好的耐久性能。
(3)本发明采用的抗卷曲涂层能够提高相纸的硬度和柔韧性,防止在打印过程中出现弯曲现象影响打印质量。

1.一种热升华打印专用相纸,包括基纸,其特征在于:所述基纸的正面涂覆一层接收涂料层,所述基纸的反面涂覆一层抗卷曲涂层,所述接收涂料层组份按重量份数包括水性聚氨酯乳液20-40份、水性有机硅乳液10-30份、聚酯粉末10-20份、环氧粉末10-20份、有机硅离型剂5-20份、蒸馏水20-40份、交联剂5-10份、丙烯酸多元醇5-17份以及甲基含氢硅油10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热升华打印专用相纸,其特征在于:所述抗卷曲涂层组份按重量份数包括甘油2-10份、淀粉5-15份、聚乙烯醇4-12份、二氧化硅5-15份、纤维素10-20份、硫酸钡5-15份、膨润土粉末4-12份、氧化铝7-18份、二氧化钛5-20份、碳酸钙8-18份以及聚氯乙烯树脂5-25份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热升华打印专用相纸,其特征在于:所述接收涂料层厚度为4-10微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种热升华打印专用相纸,其特征在于:所述抗卷曲涂层厚度为5-12微米。
5.实现权利要求1所述的一种热升华打印专用相纸的制备方法,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将基纸放入50℃恒温干燥箱中干燥20-40min,之后取出在自然风环境下冷却;
B、在基纸正面采用坡流挤压涂布方式均匀涂覆一层接收涂料层;
C、之后将步骤B处理后的基纸再次放入60℃恒温干燥箱中干燥10min-20min,之后取出在自然风环境下冷却;
D、之后在基纸的反面均匀涂覆一层抗卷曲涂层后放入40℃恒温干燥箱中干燥20min-30min,之后取出在自然风环境下冷却,即得到相纸。
