技术领域
本发明涉及一种管阵式液氮罐。
背景技术
液氮罐广泛应用于医院和实验室中,主要用于细胞、组织等生物材料的冻存。传统的液氮罐的结构是采用焊接而成的双层真空罐,顶部偏离中心处有一个开口,内部有一个可以旋转的内转体,内转体上放置提篮,提篮内装载冻存管,由于大型设备的焊接存在一定的形变,内转体旋转时难以保证精度,所以无法应用于冻存管的自动化存储。
发明内容
为解决现有的液氮罐无法应用于冻存管的自动化存储的技术问题,提供一种管阵式液氮罐。
本发明提供了一种管阵式液氮罐,它包括设有罐口的罐体、放置在罐体内的管阵组件和密封盖在罐口上的顶盖,顶盖能在罐口内转动,管阵组件由多个用于放置冻存管的放置管组成,放置管的一端开口,放置管的开口面向顶盖,顶盖上设有贯穿顶盖的至少一个取管口,每个取管口上盖有一个取管口盖。上述管阵式液氮罐,采用由多个放置管组成的管阵组件储存冻存管,配合顶盖、外部机械手的使用,实现了冻存管的自动化存取。
优选地,罐体为双层结构,罐体的双层结构之间的空间为真空。罐体的中间夹层抽真空,形成真空层,对罐体的内部进行绝热。
优选地,罐体包括内筒体和套在内筒体的外部的外筒体,内筒体、外筒体的底部相固定,内筒体的顶部低于外筒体的顶部,内筒体的顶部与外筒体的顶部之间通过波纹管相连接。波纹管的壁厚远小于内筒体的厚度,同时行程增大了一倍以上,能够减少热量传导到内筒体的底部,减少液氮的损失。
进一步地优选,罐体还包括波纹管卡套,波纹管卡套包括与外筒体的顶部相固定的卡套端部和从卡套端部向下延伸的卡套筒,卡套筒位于波纹管内,卡套筒面向波纹管的外周面与波纹管的内周面相配合,卡套筒的下端部与内筒体相固定。波纹管卡套,可防止波纹管被拉长导致内筒体的形变。

优选地,取管口盖包括取管口盖顶板和位于取管口盖顶板下方的取管口盖保温层,取管口盖保温层与取管口密封配合。取管口盖保温层与取管口密封配合,使取管口的保温效果佳。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
如图1至图5所示,本发明提供一种管阵式液氮罐,它包括设有罐口11的罐体1、放置在罐体1内的管阵组件2和密封盖在罐口11上的顶盖3,顶盖3能在罐口11内转动,管阵组件2由多个用于放置冻存管4的放置管21组成,放置管21的一端开口,放置管21的开口面向顶盖3,顶盖3上设有贯穿顶盖3的至少一个取管口31,每个取管口31上盖有一个取管口盖32。
使用上述管阵式液氮罐,配合外部机械手,可实现自动存取冻存管,具体过程为如下。
需要提取冻存管4时,外部机械手先转动顶盖3,将顶盖3的取管口31旋转到目标区域(即放置有目标冻存管4的放置管21的上方),再提升取管口盖32,打开取管口31。最后,机械手的吸管头开启并贴近管阵组件2的上方,在放置有目标冻存管4的放置管21内形成向上的抽力,将冻存管4向上吸出,直到进入吸管头内。
需要存储冻存管4时,外部机械手先转动顶盖3,将顶盖3的取管口31旋转到目标区域(即预备放置冻存管4的放置管21的上方),再提升取管口盖32,打开取管口31。最后,机械手将待存储的冻存管4放入放置管21中。
上述管阵式液氮罐,采用由多个放置管21组成的管阵组件2储存冻存管4,配合顶盖3、外部机械手的使用,实现了冻存管4的自动化存取。
如图2至图3所示,罐体1为双层结构,罐体1的双层结构之间的空间为真空。罐体1的中间夹层抽真空,形成真空层,对罐体1的内部进行绝热。
罐体1的一种具体结构如下。罐体1包括内筒体13和套在内筒体13的外部的外筒体12,内筒体13、外筒体12的底部相固定,内筒体13的顶部低于外筒体12的顶部,内筒体13的顶部与外筒体12的顶部之间通过波纹管14相连接。波纹管14的壁厚远小于内筒体13的厚度,同时行程增大了一倍以上,能够减少热量传导到内筒体13的底部,减少液氮的损失。
真空层使内筒体13受到向下的压力,为了防止波纹管14被拉长导致内筒体13的形变,在波纹管14上套一个完全贴合波纹轨迹的波纹管卡套15,波纹管卡套15由导热系数低的非金属材料制成。
波纹管卡套15的具体结构如下。
波纹管卡套15包括与外筒体12的顶部相固定的卡套端部151和从卡套端部151向下延伸的卡套筒152,卡套筒152位于波纹管14内,卡套筒152面向波纹管14的外周面与波纹管14的内周面相配合,卡套筒152的下端部与内筒体13相固定。
卡套筒152的内周面沿轴向具有斜度,卡套筒152的内周面与顶盖3密封配合。其中,顶盖3包括顶盖顶板33和位于顶盖顶板33下方的顶盖保温层34,卡套筒152的内周面与顶盖保温层34的外周面密封配合。
如图4至图5所示,管阵组件2还包括上定位板22、下定位板23和将上定位板22、下定位板23固定连接的中心轴24,上定位板22设有多个上定位孔,下定位板23设有多个下定位孔,上定位孔、下定位孔一一对应同轴设置,放置管21穿过上定位孔后固定于对应的下定位孔中。上定位板22、下定位板23相互平行,中心轴24位于上定位板22、下定位板23的中心,多个上定位孔沿中心轴24的周向分布为多层环形,多个下定位孔沿中心轴24的周向分布为多层环形。
放置管21的底部放置有辅助球25,冻存管4放置于辅助球25上。辅助球25的直径略小于放置管21的直径。辅助球25采用材质较软且质量较轻的材料制成,如硅胶。在机械手的吸管头将冻存管4向上吸出时,辅助球25被吸住向上移动,从而推动位于辅助球25上方的冻存管4向上移动。辅助球25除在吸出冻存管4时对冻存管4起到推动作用外,在冻存管4下落至放置管21中时,也起到缓冲的作用。
顶盖3上设有至少一个位置传感器35,位置传感器35绕顶盖3的周向分布。在存取前,先定位待存取的冻存管4的位置,再通过机械手转动顶盖3,使顶盖3转动至预定位置。在转动过程中,位置传感器35对顶盖3的转动角度进行定位,以确保顶盖3的转动位置正确无误。位置传感器35的数量为多个,沿顶盖3的周向布置;其中,最好设置六个位置传感器35,该六个位置传感器35均匀布置于顶盖3的周向。
取管口31覆盖了沿管阵组件2的径向的所有区域。不管冻存管4的存取位置位于管阵组件2的何处,只要将顶盖3旋转一定的角度,均能将取管口31对准存取位置,实现对管阵组件2的全部存取位置的全覆盖。为了在全覆盖的同时,取管口31仍保持较小的面积,取管口31可设为多个,分布于沿管阵组件2的径向的不同位置。其中,最好如图1所示,取管口31设计为2个。较小的取管口31,可减少打开取管口31时的液氮消耗。
如图1所示,取管口盖32包括取管口盖顶板321和位于取管口盖顶板321下方的取管口盖保温层322,取管口盖保温层322与取管口31密封配合。
上述放置管21为通常为铝管,且放置管21的长度可设计成冻存管4的长度的数倍,放置管21内可依次放置多个冻存管4。
综上所述,本发明管阵式液氮罐,采用多个放置管组成的管阵组件储存冻存管,配合可转动的顶盖和外部机械手,增大了空间利用率,增大了保温能力,有效保证了冻存管的安全性,而且对冻存管的自动化存储提供了方便。
本发明不局限于上述实施方式,不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的,本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。

2.根据权利要求1所述的管阵式液氮罐,其特征在于:所述罐体(1)为双层结构,所述罐体(1)的双层结构之间的空间为真空。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的管阵式液氮罐,其特征在于:所述罐体(1)包括内筒体(13)和套在所述内筒体(13)的外部的外筒体(12),所述内筒体(13)、外筒体(12)的底部相固定,所述内筒体(13)的顶部低于所述外筒体(12)的顶部,所述内筒体(13)的顶部与所述外筒体(12)的顶部之间通过波纹管(14)相连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的管阵式液氮罐,其特征在于:所述罐体(1)还包括波纹管卡套(15),所述波纹管卡套(15)包括与所述外筒体(12)的顶部相固定的卡套端部(151)和从所述卡套端部(151)向下延伸的卡套筒(152),所述卡套筒(152)位于所述波纹管(14)内,所述卡套筒(152)面向所述波纹管(14)的外周面与所述波纹管(14)的内周面相配合,所述卡套筒(152)的下端部与所述内筒体(13)相固定。
5.根据权利要求4所述的管阵式液氮罐,其特征在于:所述卡套筒(152)的内周面沿轴向具有斜度,所述卡套筒(152)的内周面与所述顶盖(3)密封配合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的管阵式液氮罐,其特征在于:所述管阵组件(2)还包括上定位板(22)、下定位板(23)和将所述上定位板(22)、下定位板(23)固定连接的中心轴(24),所述上定位板(22)设有多个上定位孔,所述下定位板(23)设有多个下定位孔,所述上定位孔、下定位孔一一对应同轴设置,所述放置管(21)穿过所述上定位孔后固定于对应的所述下定位孔中。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的管阵式液氮罐,其特征在于:所述放置管(21)的底部放置有辅助球(25),所述冻存管(4)放置于所述辅助球(25)上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的管阵式液氮罐,其特征在于:所述顶盖(3)上设有至少一个位置传感器(35),所述位置传感器(35)绕所述顶盖(3)的周向分布。
9.根据权利要求1所述的管阵式液氮罐,其特征在于:所述取管口(31)覆盖了沿所述管阵组件(2)的径向的所有区域。
10.根据权利要求1所述的管阵式液氮罐,其特征在于:所述取管口盖(32)包括取管口盖顶板(321)和位于所述取管口盖顶板(321)下方的取管口盖保温层(322),所述取管口盖保温层(322)与所述取管口(31)密封配合。
