背景技术
水瓶常被运动员和其他人用来容纳和配给液体,例如水和运动饮料。水瓶通常包括瓶体、瓶盖和阀,所述阀能相对于瓶盖在打开位置和关闭位置之间移动。在打开位置,液体可以从水瓶流出,而在关闭位置,液体被禁止从水瓶流出。

基于上述设置,所述阀门元件可以由壳体的外部插入而无需额外的固定件。具体而言,通过使楔子与壁的外缘接合、朝向壳体移动阀门元件使楔子穿过开口、以及使楔子与壁的内缘接合,以将所述阀门元件固定在壳体上。当阀门元件包括有垫圈时,所述方法包括使楔子变形与壁接合的步骤。较佳地,移动步骤包括使楔子变形远离壁。当楔子包括有斜面时,包括使所述斜面与壁的外缘接合的步骤。

具体实施方式
图1-4示出了一种液体配给容器,包括壳体12和阀门元件14。所示的壳体12由具有外螺纹17的瓶体15以及具有内螺纹19并螺合于瓶体15上的瓶盖16构成。类似结构在水瓶领域是熟知的。所述瓶盖16包括由侧壁20所围成的中心开口18,所述中心开口18收容阀门元件14。
如图5、图6和图8所示,所述阀门元件14包括内支撑28以及共同模制(co-molded)于内支撑28上的外盖30。所述内支撑14为管状结构,由相对较硬的塑料制成,所述塑料具有大约1,450,000psi的拉伸弹性模量。所述内支撑28包括外表面32和内表面34,所述内表面34定义出内通道36,一直延伸贯穿阀门元件14。所述内支撑28的长度几乎延伸阀门元件14的整个长度。所述内支撑28的外表面32定义出内凸缘(inner ledge)31。所述内支撑28的下端包括四个由凹槽35隔开的弹性支腿33。每一支腿33的端部形成有楔子(cleat)37,所述楔子37将在阀门元件14被插入至中心开口18内后与侧壁20的内缘接合。在此位置,如图5-6所示,所述内凸缘31与侧壁20的外缘接合,以将阀门元件14固定在中心开口18内。每一楔子37包括有斜面39,便于将阀门元件14插入至中心开口18内,详述如下。
所述外盖30使用与内支撑28相比硬度较低、弹性更大的材料与内支撑28共同模制。在示出的实施例中,所述外盖30由具有大约肖氏A50(Shore A 50)的硬度以及大约800psi的拉伸弹性模量的弹性材料制成。将所述较低密度的外盖30共同模制在较高密度的内支撑28上减少了密封所述液体配给容器以避免泄漏所需零件的数量,因此,相较于现有的阀门元件,所示实施例的阀门元件14的耐久性得以提升。所述外盖30包括内部件38以及与内部件38一体成型的外部件40。所述内部件38与内支撑28的上端的内表面34的相对小的部分接合并将其覆盖。所述内部件38包括环形部42,所述环形部42接合并固定(例如,共同模制)于内支撑28的内表面34。所述内部件38还包括自闭阀44,所述自闭阀44由环形部42支撑并且基本上阻断所述内支撑28的内通道36。所述自闭阀44包括狭缝46,其定义出四个阀瓣(flap),当足够的压力施加在自闭阀44上时,阀瓣打开。附图中示出的这类自闭阀在水瓶领域是熟知的。
所述外部件40包括一体的垫圈72,该垫圈72位于内凸缘31与楔子37之间。所述垫圈72的尺寸设计为接触并抵压所述瓶盖16的侧壁20,以在阀门元件14与瓶盖16之间提供不透水密封。
为将阀门元件14组装在瓶盖16上,所述阀门元件14与瓶盖16的中心开口18对齐,然后将所述楔子37的斜面39与瓶盖16的侧壁20的外缘接触。进一步朝向所述瓶盖14移动阀门元件14,使得楔子37轻微向内变形和/或侧壁20轻微向外变形,便于所述阀门元件14插入至瓶盖16的中心开口18内。最终,所述楔子37穿过并机械地锁定在侧壁20的内缘上。在此位置,所述垫圈72在侧壁20的作用下变形,所述阀门元件14固定在中心开口18内。

Claims (18)

1.一种液体配给容器包括:
一壳体,其适于在其内部容积内容纳液体,所述壳体包括一开口,所述开口由具有内缘与外缘的壁形成;及
一阀门元件,包括与所述壁的外缘接合的内凸缘,以及与所述内凸缘间隔并与所述壁的内缘接合的楔子。
2.如权利要求1所述的液体配给容器,其中所述壳体包括瓶体以及可分离的瓶盖。
3.如权利要求2所述的液体配给容器,其中所述开口形成于所述瓶盖内。
4.如权利要求2所述的液体配给容器,其中所述瓶盖螺合于所述瓶体上。
5.如权利要求1所述的液体配给容器,其中所述阀门元件还包括位于所述内凸缘与楔子之间的一体的垫圈,所述垫圈产生形变与所述壁接合。
6.如权利要求1所述的液体配给容器,其中所述楔子包括若干沿周向间隔设置的楔子。
7.如权利要求1所述的液体配给容器,其中所述楔子包括有斜面,所述斜面便于所述阀门元件插入至所述壳体。
8.一种组装液体配给容器的方法,包括:
提供一适于在其内部容积内容纳液体的壳体,所述壳体包括一开口,所述开口由具有内缘与外缘的壁形成;
提供一具有楔子的阀门元件;
使所述楔子与所述壁的外缘接触;
朝向所述壳体移动所述阀门元件,使所述楔子穿过所述开口;及
使所述楔子与所述壁的内缘接合。
9.如权利要求1所述的液体配给容器,其中所述壳体包括瓶体与可分离的瓶盖,其中提供壳体包括将所述瓶盖安装在所述瓶体上。
10.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述阀门元件还包括一体的垫圈,所述方法还包括使所述垫圈变形与所述壁接合。
11.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中使所述楔子与所述壁的外缘接触包括使所述楔子向内变形远离所述壁。
12.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述楔子包括斜面,所述斜面方便所述阀门元件插入所述壳体,其中使所述楔子与所述壁的外缘接触包括使所述斜面与所述壁的外缘接触。
13.一种液体配给容器包括:
一壳体,其适于在其内部容积内容纳液体,所述壳体包括一由内缘和外缘形成的开口;及
一阀门元件,包括与所述外缘接合的凸缘,以及与所述凸缘间隔并与所述内缘接合的楔子。
14.如权利要求13所述的液体配给容器,其中所述壳体包括瓶体以及可分离的瓶盖。
15.如权利要求13所述的液体配给容器,其中所述内缘和外缘由一壁形成,所述阀门元件还包括位于所述内凸缘与楔子之间的一体的垫圈,所述垫圈产生形变与所述壁接合。
16.如权利要求13所述的液体配给容器,其中所述楔子包括若干沿周向间隔设置的楔子。
17.如权利要求13所述的液体配给容器,其中所述楔子包括斜面,所述斜面便于所述阀门元件插入至所述壳体中。
18.如权利要求13所述的液体配给容器,其中所述楔子固定于一弹性支腿以便于所述楔子偏离所述内缘的偏置移动。
