随着经济建设的发展,人们的生活水平也不断的提高,人们房间内以及车内都会有一些地垫,地垫用来隔绝地面的冰凉。传统的毛毯地垫普遍存在清洁难度大,清洗之后不易干,滋生霉菌和味道的缺陷,给使用带来了诸多不变。目前市场上出现了一种新的PVC地垫,这种地垫几乎完全由PVC材料制成,清洁方便易干。但是目前市场上的PVC地垫普遍存在纵横抗拉性能较差,容易开裂的缺陷。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种PVC地垫,该PVC地垫设置有玻纤网,且玻纤网由相互垂直的纵玻纤和横玻纤交叉排列而成,纵横抗拉性能优异,PVC地垫在收到较大纵向或者横向拉力时也不会开裂。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种PVC地垫的制备方法,该制备方法工艺流程简单,生产高效,制得的PVC地垫的紧密性好,纵向和横向抗拉性能优异,不易开裂。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种PVC地垫,包括PVC基材层和贴合于PVC基材层上表面的丝线编织层,PVC基材层和丝线编织层之间夹设有玻纤网,玻纤网由相互垂直的纵玻纤和横玻纤交叉排列而成。
本发明的PVC地垫设置有玻纤网,且玻纤网由相互垂直的纵玻纤和横玻纤交叉排列而成,纵横抗拉性能优异,PVC地垫在收到较大纵向或者横向拉力时也不会开裂。
所述PVC基材层的下表面贴合有隔音层,所述隔音层为无纺布层、涤纶布层、隔音棉层或尼龙布层。本发明的PVC地垫可以作为壁纸直接粘贴到墙壁上使用,通常PVC地垫会在卧室会议室等比较安静的环境下使用,隔音层使得本发明的PVC地垫具有良好的隔音性能,能够保证卧室或者会议室具有较为安静的环境,而不会受到外界杂音的影响;且无纺布层、涤纶布层、隔音棉层或尼龙布层的价格低廉,且具有良好的粘结性能和隔音性能。

一种应用于PVC地垫的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:A、制备PVC基材层原料,并熔融成型制得丝线编织层;熔融PVC胶套原料,对玻纤束进行PVC胶套包线处理,制得抗拉经线;B、整线:对步骤A得到的抗拉经线进行整线处理,根据丝线编织层图案纹理需求将抗拉丝线有序地收卷到整线轴上;C、上机编织丝线编织层:将步骤B得到的整线轴、第一抗拉经线和第二抗拉经线装入编织机,进行丝线编织层编织,得到丝线编织层;D、定型:步骤C得到的丝线编织层经定型机进行经纬拉伸,定型处理,增强丝线编织层的结构紧密性,并切除丝线编织层多余的边料;E、压合:将步骤A得到的丝线编织层、玻纤网和丝线编织层由下而上依次置于压合机中,对丝线编织层的上表面进行加热处理,使其表面软化,再通过压辊将丝线编织层、玻纤网和丝线编织层压合为一体,冷却收卷,制得PVC地垫成品。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的PVC地垫设置有玻纤网,且玻纤网由相互垂直的纵玻纤和横玻纤交叉排列而成,纵横抗拉性能优异,PVC地垫在收到较大纵向或者横向拉力时也不会开裂。

所述丝线编织层3包括第一防滑纬线7、第二防滑纬线8、第三防滑纬线9、第四防滑纬线10、第五防滑纬线11以及均为空心扁平状设置的第一抗拉经线12和第二抗拉经线13,第一防滑纬线7、第二防滑纬线8、第三防滑纬线9、第四防滑纬线10和第五防滑纬线11依次等距相间平行设置,第一抗拉经线12和第二抗拉经线13相邻且平行设置,第一抗拉经线12的一端穿过第一防滑纬线7的底部,另一端穿过第二防滑纬线8和第三防滑纬线9的顶部后穿过第四防滑纬线10的底部最后向上翘起穿过第五防滑纬线11的顶部,第二抗拉经线13的一端穿过第二防滑纬线8的底部并向上翘起穿过第一防滑纬线7的顶部,另一端穿过第三防滑纬线9和第四防滑纬线10的顶部后再穿过第五防滑纬线11的底部。
所述第一防滑纬线7、第二防滑纬线8、第三防滑纬线9、第四防滑纬线10和第五防滑纬线11均由玻纤束和套设在玻纤束外的PVC胶套组成。
所述PVC基材层1包含以下重量份的原料:PVC110份,阻燃剂2份,抗老剂1份,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯10份,硬脂酸5份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10份,碳酸钙11份,环氧大豆油2份,橡胶粉12份,苯骈三氮唑1份,丙烯酸异丙酯12份,石蜡1份。
所述PVC基材层1包含以下重量份的原料:PVC110份,阻燃剂2份,抗老剂1份,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯10份,硬脂酸5份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10份,碳酸钙11份,环氧大豆油2份,橡胶粉12份,苯骈三氮唑1份,丙烯酸异丙酯12份,石蜡1份。
所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁、硬脂酸钡、铝酸钙、辛酸亚锡、二氧化锑和硅烷偶联剂以质量比1:1:2:1:2:2组成的混合物。
所述抗老剂为抗氧化剂1010和抗氧化剂168以重量比1:1组成的混合物。
一种应用于PVC地垫的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:A、制备PVC基材层1原料,并熔融成型制得丝线编织层3;熔融PVC胶套原料,对玻纤束进行PVC胶套包线处理,制得抗拉经线;B、整线:对步骤A得到的抗拉经线进行整线处理,根据丝线编织层3图案纹理需求将抗拉丝线有序地收卷到整线轴上;C、上机编织丝线编织层3:将步骤B得到的整线轴、第一抗拉经线和第二抗拉经线装入编织机,进行丝线编织层3编织,得到丝线编织层3;D、定型:步骤C得到的丝线编织层3经定型机进行经纬拉伸,定型处理,增强丝线编织层3的结构紧密性,并切除丝线编织层3多余的边料;E、压合:将步骤A得到的丝线编织层3、玻纤网2和丝线编织层3由下而上依次置于压合机中,对丝线编织层3的上表面进行加热处理,使其表面软化,再通过压辊将丝线编织层3、玻纤网2和丝线编织层3压合为一体,冷却收卷,制得PVC地垫成品。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
所述PVC基材层1包含以下重量份的原料:PVC120份,阻燃剂3份,抗老剂1.5份,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯12份,硬脂酸6份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯13份,碳酸钙12份,环氧大豆油2.2份,橡胶粉12.5份,苯骈三氮唑1.2份,丙烯酸异丙酯14份,石蜡1.2份。
所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁、硬脂酸钡、铝酸钙、辛酸亚锡、二氧化锑和硅烷偶联剂以质量比1:2:3:1:2.5:2组成的混合物。
所述抗老剂为抗氧化剂1010和抗氧化剂168以重量比1.5:1组成的混合物。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
所述PVC基材层1包含以下重量份的原料:PVC130份,阻燃剂4份,抗老剂2份,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯13份,硬脂酸7份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯15份,碳酸钙13份,环氧大豆油2.5份,橡胶粉13份,苯骈三氮唑1.5份,丙烯酸异丙酯16份,石蜡1.5份。
所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁、硬脂酸钡、铝酸钙、辛酸亚锡、二氧化锑和硅烷偶联剂以质量比1:2:3:1:2.5:2组成的混合物。
所述抗老剂为抗氧化剂1010和抗氧化剂168以重量比1.5:1组成的混合物。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
所述PVC基材层1包含以下重量份的原料:PVC140份,阻燃剂5份,抗老剂2.5份,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯14份,硬脂酸8份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯18份,碳酸钙14份,环氧大豆油2.8份,橡胶粉13.5份,苯骈三氮唑1.8份,丙烯酸异丙酯18份,石蜡1.8份。
所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁、硬脂酸钡、铝酸钙、辛酸亚锡、二氧化锑和硅烷偶联剂以质量比1:2:3:1:2.5:2组成的混合物。
所述抗老剂为抗氧化剂1010和抗氧化剂168以重量比1.5:1组成的混合物。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
所述PVC基材层1包含以下重量份的原料:PVC150份,阻燃剂6份,抗老剂3份,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯15份,硬脂酸9份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯20份,碳酸钙15份,环氧大豆油3份,橡胶粉14份,苯骈三氮唑2份,丙烯酸异丙酯20份,石蜡2份。
所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁、硬脂酸钡、铝酸钙、辛酸亚锡、二氧化锑和硅烷偶联剂以质量比1:3:4:1:3:2组成的混合物。
所述抗老剂为抗氧化剂1010和抗氧化剂168以重量比2:1组成的混合物。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实现方案,除此之外,本发明还可以其它方式实现,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下任何显而易见的替换均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种PVC地垫,其特征在于:包括PVC基材层和贴合于PVC基材层上表面的丝线编织层,PVC基材层和丝线编织层之间夹设有玻纤网,玻纤网由相互垂直的纵玻纤和横玻纤交叉排列而成;所述PVC基材层包含以下重量份的原料:PVC 110-150份,阻燃剂2-6份,抗老剂1-3份,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯10-15份,硬脂酸5-9份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10-20份,碳酸钙11-15份,环氧大豆油2-3份,橡胶粉12-14份,苯骈三氮唑1-2份,丙烯酸异丙酯12-20份,石蜡1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC地垫,其特征在于:所述PVC基材层的下表面贴合有隔音层,所述隔音层为无纺布层、涤纶布层、隔音棉层或尼龙布层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC地垫,其特征在于:所述丝线编织层包括第一防滑纬线、第二防滑纬线、第三防滑纬线、第四防滑纬线、第五防滑纬线以及均为空心扁平状设置的第一抗拉经线和第二抗拉经线,第一防滑纬线、第二防滑纬线、第三防滑纬线、第四防滑纬线和第五防滑纬线依次等距相间平行设置,第一抗拉经线和第二抗拉经线相邻且平行设置,第一抗拉经线的一端穿过第一防滑纬线的底部,另一端穿过第二防滑纬线和第三防滑纬线的顶部后穿过第四防滑纬线的底部最后向上翘起穿过第五防滑纬线的顶部,第二抗拉经线的一端穿过第二防滑纬线的底部并向上翘起穿过第一防滑纬线的顶部,另一端穿过第三防滑纬线和第四防滑纬线的顶部后再穿过第五防滑纬线的底部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种PVC地垫,其特征在于:所述第一防滑纬线、第二防滑纬线、第三防滑纬线、第四防滑纬线和第五防滑纬线均由玻纤束和套设在玻纤束外的PVC胶套组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC地垫,其特征在于:所述PVC基材层包含以下重量份的原料:PVC 110-130份,阻燃剂2-4份,抗老剂1-2份,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯10-13份,硬脂酸5-7份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10-15份,碳酸钙11-13份,环氧大豆油2-2.5份,橡胶粉12-13份,苯骈三氮唑1-1.5份,丙烯酸异丙酯12-16份,石蜡1-1.5份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC地垫,其特征在于:所述PVC基材层包含以下重量份的原料:PVC130-150份,阻燃剂4-6份,抗老剂2-3份,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯13-15份,硬脂酸7-9份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯15-20份,碳酸钙13-15份,环氧大豆油2.5-3份,橡胶粉13-14份,苯骈三氮唑1.5-2份,丙烯酸异丙酯16-20份,石蜡1.5-2份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC地垫,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁、硬脂酸钡、铝酸钙、辛酸亚锡、二氧化锑和硅烷偶联剂以质量比1:1-3:2-4:1:2-3:2组成的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC地垫,其特征在于:所述抗老剂为抗氧化剂1010和抗氧化剂168以重量比1-2:1组成的混合物。
