according to the invention, the Battery Management System (BMS) is arranged on the outer side surface of the power battery pack box body, and the external BMS is connected with the signal acquisition line of the power battery pack in the box body through the connector arranged on the box body, so that the external BMS can detect information such as voltage, current and temperature in the battery pack through the connector. By adopting the invention, when the battery core in the battery pack needs to be detected and repaired in the vehicle maintenance process or the battery management system needs to be disassembled for maintenance and replacement, the power battery pack box body does not need to be disassembled for inspection, maintenance or replacement (including balanced maintenance of the battery core monomer and the battery pack box body does not need to be opened when the BMS module needs to be upgraded or replaced), not only is maintenance convenient, but also the pollution of water or dust to the power battery pack caused by the box body being opened due to improper operation can be fundamentally avoided. Therefore, compared with the prior art, the scheme of the invention has the advantages of good waterproof and dustproof sealing performance, convenience in debugging and overhauling, safety and reliability in maintenance and the like.
The preferred solution also allows to obtain further advantages. For example, in a preferred embodiment, the plug for connecting the connector on the circuit board of the BMS is disposed on the other side (i.e., the side facing the outside) of the circuit board of the BMS to form a plurality of measurement contacts, and each measurement contact may be disposed to correspond to each signal collection line, so that the battery voltage, temperature, and other signals can be conveniently tested through the measurement contacts to realize detection and maintenance. In another preferred scheme, a cover plate is further arranged on the outer side surface of the box body to cover and protect the circuit board of the BMS positioned on the outer side surface of the box body, and a maintenance window which can be opened or closed is arranged on the cover plate corresponding to the plug, so that the detection and maintenance can be more conveniently carried out through the maintenance window.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below. It should be emphasized that the following description is merely exemplary in nature and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention or its application.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, in an embodiment, a power battery PACK with a Battery Management System (BMS) includes a case 1 (only a part of which is shown) for mounting a power battery PACK and a battery management system connected to the power battery PACK (not shown) through a signal collection wire 2, the case 1 is provided with a connector mounting hole, a connector 3 is mounted on the connector mounting hole, the signal collection wire 2 is connected to the connector 3 at an inner side of the case 1, the connector 3 is configured at an outer side of the case 1 to form a socket 4, the battery management system includes a circuit board 5, the circuit board 5 is provided with a plug 6 that can be correspondingly plugged into the socket 4, and the circuit board 5 is connected to the signal collection wire 2 through the plug 6 and the socket 4.
In a preferred embodiment, the plug 6 is configured to pass through the circuit board 5 towards one side of the socket 4 and form a plurality of measurement contacts on the other side of the circuit board 5.
In a more preferred embodiment, the plurality of measurement contacts are configured to form a plurality of pins 7 protruding from the surface of the circuit board 5.
In the preferred embodiment, the pins 7 are 1-10mm higher than the surface of the circuit board 5, preferably, the pins 7 are 4-6mm higher than the surface of the circuit board 5, and more preferably, about 5mm higher.
In a preferred embodiment, the power battery box further comprises a cover plate 8, wherein the cover plate 8 is detachably mounted on the outer side surface of the box body 1 of the power battery pack and covers the circuit board 5.
In a more preferred embodiment, the cover plate 8 is provided with a maintenance window 9 which can be opened or closed at a position corresponding to the plug 6. Preferably, the maintenance window 9 is equipped with a screw cap 10 mounted in a threaded manner.
In a preferred embodiment, a recessed portion is formed on an outer side surface of the case 1, and the battery management system is at least partially embedded in the recessed portion. The outer side surface is designed into a concave shape, so that the whole battery management system can be embedded into a part, the possibility of direct impact can be avoided or reduced to a certain extent, and the battery management system is protected.
In a more preferred embodiment, a groove for placing the circuit board 5 is formed on the recessed portion, a sealing ring 12 is disposed on the periphery of the groove, a cover plate 8 covering the circuit board 5 covers the groove, and the sealing ring 12 is pressed to achieve waterproof sealing between the cover plate 8 and the box body 1.
In some embodiments, the circuit board 5 is fixed to the cover plate 8 by screws, and the cover plate 8 is fixed to the case 1 by screws.
In some embodiments, the battery management system is arranged on the outer side surface of the case 1 of the power battery pack, the signal collecting line 2 inside the battery case is led to the outer side of the case 1 through one connector 3, the plug 6 on the circuit board 5 of the external BMS is directly plugged into the socket 4 of the connector 3 positioned on the outer side of the case 1, and the external BMS can detect information such as voltage, temperature, current and the like inside the battery pack through the plug 6 and the socket 4. The circuit board 5 of the BMS may be externally covered and protected by a cover plate 8, and the cover plate 8 may be detachably opened for maintenance. In addition, a maintenance window 9 may be further provided on the cover plate 8 of the BMS, and signals of the battery voltage, temperature, etc. may be more conveniently tested through the maintenance window 9 which is more easily opened. By adopting the embodiment of the invention, the operations such as balanced maintenance and the like can be directly carried out on the single battery cell outside the box body 1, and the box body 1 of the battery pack does not need to be opened when the BMS module needs to be upgraded or replaced, so that the battery pack has the advantages of good waterproof sealing, convenience in debugging and maintenance, safety and reliability in maintenance and the like.
In some embodiments, the outer side surface is designed to be concave, so that the whole battery management system can be embedded into a part, and the battery management system is better protected. A groove can be formed on the concave surface, the circuit board 5 of the BMS is arranged in the groove, the sealing ring 12 is assembled on the periphery of the groove, the cover plate 8 is arranged in the groove through the screw 14, the circuit board 5 is covered, and meanwhile, the sealing ring 12 is compressed, so that the sealing ring 12 plays a waterproof sealing role between the cover plate 8 and the box body 1. The socket 4 is similar in construction to an aircraft socket. The pin 6 may be soldered directly to the circuit board 5. The contact pin 7 outside the plug 6 is higher than the 5 welding spots of the circuit board by about 5mm, and the data information of each pin is directly measured when the maintenance is convenient. When the BMS is mounted, the circuit board 5 of the BMS is fixed to the cover plate 8 by the screws 13, and then the cover plate 8 is fastened to the case by the screws 14 after the plug 6 of the circuit board 5 is inserted into the socket 4 in alignment. In order to avoid frequent disassembly and assembly of the cover plate 8 on the box body 1 of the battery pack, a maintenance window 9 for debugging and maintenance is formed in the cover plate 8 and is sealed through a screw cap 10 and a sealing ring 11, and the screw cap 10 is provided with threads which are matched with the threads on the maintenance window 9 to play a waterproof role. During maintenance, the detection tool can directly measure signals and data of each contact pin 7 on the plug 6 through the maintenance window 9, and can judge whether the battery pack works normally.

1. A power battery box with a battery management system comprises a box body for installing a power battery pack and the battery management system connected with the power battery pack through a signal acquisition line, it is characterized in that the box body is provided with a connector mounting hole, the connector mounting hole is provided with a connector, the signal collecting wire is connected with the connector, the connector is configured on the outer side surface of the box body to form a socket, the battery management system comprises a circuit board, a plug which can be correspondingly plugged into the socket is arranged on the circuit board, the circuit board is connected with the signal acquisition line through the plug and the socket, the plug is configured to penetrate through one surface of the circuit board facing the socket, and a plurality of measuring contacts are formed on the other surface of the circuit board, so that the detection and maintenance of the battery in the box body are realized through the measuring contacts.
2. The power cell box of claim 1, wherein the plurality of measurement contacts are configured to form a plurality of pins protruding from a surface of the circuit board.
3. The power cell box of claim 2, wherein the pins are 1-10mm above the surface of the circuit board.
4. The power cell box of claim 3, wherein the pins are 4-6mm above the surface of the circuit board.
5. The power battery box according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a cover plate detachably mounted on an outer side surface of the box body of the power battery pack and covering the circuit board.
6. The power battery box of claim 5, wherein the cover plate is provided with a maintenance window which can be opened or closed corresponding to the plug.
7. The power cell box of claim 6, wherein the service window is provided with a screw cap that is threadably mounted.
8. The power battery box according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a recessed portion is formed on an outer side surface of the box body, and the battery management system is at least partially embedded in the recessed portion.
9. The power battery box according to claim 8, wherein a groove for accommodating the circuit board is formed on the recessed portion, a sealing ring is provided on the periphery of the groove, a cover plate covering the circuit board covers the groove, and the sealing ring is compressed to achieve waterproof sealing between the cover plate and the box body.
10. The power battery box of claim 5, wherein the circuit board is fixed to the cover plate by screws, and the cover plate is fixed to the box body by screws.
